Andrew and Erika were very professional. They worked great as a team, answered questions with a smile and were very resourceful with tips on things/places to eat, places to go. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, served hot and fresh. I am truly enjoying my stay here, so far so good.

I must say I had the best experience at the Holiday Inn express. The decor is what 1st caught my eye, very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Their complimentary breakfast very satisfying. The staff, especially Erika was very nice and welcoming. I must say I was very impressed and would highly recommended this hotel, I can't find anything to complain about and before I go, thank you for allowing us to check in so early.

The service is by far the best around. The room had all the comforts . This location has many restaurants and easy access to freeways. Excellent customer service, Erika and Andrew went above and beyond there duty with outstanding customer service and greeting. Always a big smile and hello. Outsanding!!!!!!!

We had a great stay at this hotel; Andrew and Erika went above and beyond to make sure we had rooms with the features we needed. Will definitely stay here again; the staff was absolutely fabulous. Very good breakfast buffet.

The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was clean and modern. The service was good, other than the shuttle being late on numerous occasions. Front desk staff was very helpful, however the two staff members were training and would only work with one guest at a time, which was a little frustrating. This is the second time we stayed at this property as we attended the HS graduations of our nephews! The service was wonderful, great room amenities, clean as a whistle and a delicious full breakfast. People were friendly! Can't beat it!

I came to spend about a week there with family because we came into town for a wedding. This hotel is neat and I didn't encounter any issues. Out of the four front desk agents I interacted with throughout the stay the only one whose service stood out was Andrew. I booked this stay kind of last minute due to some meetings that ran late during my busy day. I arrived very tired and hungry about 8pm or so only to be greeted by Mr. Andrew and his wonderful warm personality. He quickly checked me into my room with no issues. He quickly and thoroughly explained all the standard nuances and sent me on my way. Free WiFi (low bandwidth, about 6Mbs). Free breakfast (not just a doughnut and coffee either). The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and up-to-date and well-equipped. It was a very quiet stay. The staff was friendly. I was very pleased with my stay here and I would recommend staying here to family and friends alike. Plenty of quality restaurants in the immediate area, as well as fast-food establishments. A mall nearby as well. About 30 minutes (under ideal conditions) from DC.

We traveled to Maryland for my Uncle's funeral. My sister and I booked 2 rooms each. She arrived before I did and was checked into my 2 rooms in error by previous shift. Upon my families arrival for a funeral, a room mix up was discovered. Receiving great help from the competent and friendly front desk, Andrew and Bernadette, the mix up was resolved in a very short amount of time. With being in a safe atmosphere of the highest importance our rooms, the breakfast, the parking lot, and Andrew and Bernadette certainly came up to expectations.

I have to give this hotel the top rating! I come here with my wife to visit our son every 6-8 weeks for two days. The hotel is consistently very clean. My room is always immaculate as are the hallways and lobby. I must have cleanliness. The other reason for my top rating is that Andrew and the Ladies at the front desk are always professional, friendly, and helpful! They want you to enjoy your stay at their hotel. For me, this is a winning combination that can't be topped!

I stayed here with a student group touring Washington, D.C. and I want to acknowledge that Andrew at the front desk was beyond helpful. He was a delight to work with, very accommodating and professional. He is bright and courteous and made our stay better than ever. This is an elegant Holiday Inn that is easy to find and a pleasure to be in. The bed was alittle firm for me but you may like that. Staff is excellent and caters to any request. The hotel was spotless. Many eateries and grocery stores within a mile of the hotel. Easy access to major roads and interstates. If you need help, ask at the desk. Free breakfast with lots of choices. Enjoy!

You always notice the bad things first, right? But we actually were going to have a very bad experience here and it took a call to corporate IHG to get it fixed. We did a 3 day/4 night trip to Washington. In planning this I called the Laurel Holiday Inn Express directly and asked if they had a shuttle van to take us to the Metro rail station so we could get into D.C. They said yes. A good solid choice for this area. Hotel was clean and fairly updated. Nothing fancy, but the rooms were good and it's nice to have a small sitting area. Looked well-taken care of overall. The bed was amazing (my hubby and I like a very firm mattress and the bed had one). We both slept great on it. I originally wasn't happy with my stay. I came to the area for work (I work 3rd shift), and when I came back to my room in the early hours, there was an unidentified man in there with my belongings. I immediately went downstairs and notified the front desk and was eventually offered another room (and the chance to get my belongings, which weren't harmed). I'm not sure what all the exceptional reviews and high marks are about. My wife and I stayed there last week and this is just your basic Holiday Inn Express. Wjile the rooms were comfortable the couch was dated and there was nothing exceptional about the facility or the service we received. I was in town for a family reunion so my stay was for 4 days & 3 nights. Rooms are pretty updated with big flat screen tvs. Your typical HIE. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The negatives: walls are extremely thin where you can hear every conversation in the hallway. HIE experience is very inconsistent. Recent stays in North Dakota showed the best and the worst. This one is on the "worst" side of the spectrum. Dirty carpet, leaky ceiling, non-functioning TV and very inconsiderate partygoers. I made my reservation over the phone and used my points so my night's stay was supposed to be a flat $40 after using my points. I paid the $40 when the reservation was made. When I checked into the hotel, I received a print out showing that I owed nothing at all. I checked out the next morning and went on a cruise. Made the reservation through Hotels.com and I asked 3 times if they were pet friendly. Show up at Hotel and they are Not pet friendly. They just renovated entire place and they will not allow pets. Made it hard as we could not leave our dog in the car.
