the room was clean and nice, was quiet. this hotel is within 15 minute of BWI airport. shuttle van needs much improvement, it needs to be replaced with a much better vehicle. We had to wait at airport for 45 minutes to be picked up to go back to hotel after our return flight to get our car. breakfast area was in poor shape do to two bus of tourists using most of the items and they were not refilled. may consider staying there again , but will look at other hotel in area

The hotel is getting a facelift (new carpeting is evident), but it is the lack of attention to detail that makes it less than it could be. Queen bed made up with full sized pad and bottom sheet - You might be able to stretch it, but of course it doesn't stay attached when slept on. Either the hotel doesn't mark/stock correctly so housekeepers can find what they need, or no one cares. The mattress was comfortable, but it is hard to sleep on a bunched up sheet/ half bare mattress. Hopefully th... Read more

Excellent service from staff. The hotel is undergoing a remodel but it did nit affect our stay. Very reasonable rates. Close to Maryland Live casino, Mall and food places. If airplanes taking off bother you, it may be a problem, although it was no problem for us. Close to airport and you can leave car there and shuttle to BWI.

Upon arrival there were several people loudly fighting in the lobby. Got to room (dirty) and found my "patio" was a 2 foot wide slab with a loose banister on it that was covered in bird poop. Not a great stay. Parking was troublesome and inconvenient. For the cost per night I'd at least expect as good as a budget Red Roof.

The staff was pleasant and helpful which made up for the appearance of the hotel. There were signs all around stating pardon our appearance while under renovation. The continental breakfast was hard bagels and overripe fruit. The coffee was also watered down. The room was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't mind staying here AFTER the renovations are completed. The hotel is a few exits away from Arundel Mills mall.

Great stay. Super convenient to airport and arundel mills (oulet mall/casino). Great customer service. Ongoing renovation did not interfere with our stay at all. Did not use the offered breakfast or restaurant so cannot comment. Wish this hotel offered the powerstrip on the dresser that another Ramada we stayed at had. Several outlets and USB outlets right on the dresser, no hunting. ALL HOTELS SHOULD HAVE THIS!

The motel looked it had been hit by a bomb. Housekeeping skipped making up my room Saturday night. I canâ??t complain about the food in the restaurant but there was disgruntlement about the bar by some in the group. It did not open until 6 pm. The pool had so much chlorine in it that the water looked like a mouthwash I used years ago. There were three kids in the pool who were so disruptive that they discouraged anyone from using the facility. The "lifeguard" looked like he had never seen water.... Read more

It's 3:30 am and I checked my family and I out of the hotel because we felt unsafe. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was more than friendly. Although the appearance of the hotel wasn't the best, I noticed it was going through renovations and there were signs at the front desk. This Ramada in Hanover, MD. is filthy, at 12 o'clock at night the floors in the coffee area were filthy and not vacuumed. The Keys did not work to my room and after going back downstairs to get them fixed a second time the manager had to come up and open the door, and then when I returned at midnight the new keys didn't work either. The black chair in the room was filthy filthy filthy and so was the big chair. This will be my last time staying at this hotel :-(

I saw small children running around with their mothers cleaning rooms in one child jumping in a laundry bin in the laundry room. Then I saw a small girl with a bungee cord with a room key on it around her neck like she was the Room Keeper. I thought it was very inappropriate to have all these small children in this place of business like it was a daycare. This hotel was very dirty. Good Value for a Stay-Park-Fly Hotel at BWI Weak part of stay is breakfast. The food options were limited and they ran out of danish before 9:15 in the morning. No one around too keep area in order or to refill empty food dishes. This is one factor that would lead me to look elswhere. Also, due to distance from airport and only one shuttle, the wait at the airport has been a little long on two different trips

Returning to NJ, we wanted to try Maryland Live Casino and the Remada was only about a mile and a half away. It is tucked into a corner off the highway. Looks like it is also popular with those flying out of BWI. The bar and restaurant on the premises was more than reasonable cost wise. Although it had a microwave, it had no refrigerator in the room. Good price and we had a good nights sleep.

The hotel seemed to be under repair. The Continental Breakfast was coffee and a roll. The trip to the airport was good. When I called to be picked up from the airport the automated phone system failed twice to provide human contact. On the third try I got a got a "smart mouth." I had arrived at the International Terminal (door 18). The person told me to go to door 1 to be picked up. I insisted on door 18. She said it would take 15 min. This hotel needs a lot of improvements. We only needed to get rest before our flight and leave our car for the week. We did both, however when we came back at 10:00 pm the following week the restaurant/bar was closed. It would have been great to have a beer and relax but we had to make do with soda. Not too sure I would stay there next time.

Hotel was average. The continental breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, apples, bananas and some small thawed pastries. Only coffee creamer was the powdered stuff. Whenever we fly out of BWI we stay at the Ramada BWI/Arundel Mills the night before. We book the hotel through ParkSleepFly.com which provides complimentary parking for up to 14 days at this Ramada. Currently the hotel is undergoing renovations but that task is almost complete and they've done a nice job. The beds are comfortable and the hotel usually has complimentary coffee and breakfast, but leaving at 4 AM on this trip I missed that. One of the "renovations" is a new van that replaces th...
