the room was clean and nice, was quiet. this hotel is within 15 minute of BWI airport. shuttle van needs much improvement, it needs to be replaced with a much better vehicle. We had to wait at airport for 45 minutes to be picked up to go back to hotel after our return flight to get our car. breakfast area was in poor shape do to two bus of tourists using most of the items and they were not refilled. may consider staying there again , but will look at other hotel in area

The hotel is getting a facelift (new carpeting is evident), but it is the lack of attention to detail that makes it less than it could be. Queen bed made up with full sized pad and bottom sheet - You might be able to stretch it, but of course it doesn't stay attached when slept on. Either the hotel doesn't mark/stock correctly so housekeepers can find what they need, or no one cares. The mattress was comfortable, but it is hard to sleep on a bunched up sheet/ half bare mattress. Hopefully th... Read more

Excellent service from staff. The hotel is undergoing a remodel but it did nit affect our stay. Very reasonable rates. Close to Maryland Live casino, Mall and food places. If airplanes taking off bother you, it may be a problem, although it was no problem for us. Close to airport and you can leave car there and shuttle to BWI.

Upon arrival there were several people loudly fighting in the lobby. Got to room (dirty) and found my "patio" was a 2 foot wide slab with a loose banister on it that was covered in bird poop. Not a great stay. Parking was troublesome and inconvenient. For the cost per night I'd at least expect as good as a budget Red Roof.

The staff was pleasant and helpful which made up for the appearance of the hotel. There were signs all around stating pardon our appearance while under renovation. The continental breakfast was hard bagels and overripe fruit. The coffee was also watered down. The room was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't mind staying here AFTER the renovations are completed. The hotel is a few exits away from Arundel Mills mall.

Clean and comfortable beds. Free shuttle to the airport. Driver was friendly and came as soon as we called. Hotel is undergoing a major remodel. Price was excellent since we could park up to 14 days free. Would stay again for early air travel from BWI.

We stayed one night as part of the park-sleep-fly. The room was a little stuffy but it was quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep before our flight early the next morning. We will stay again in September before our next trip.

The room I stayed in was not clean. There was debris on the floor and the toilet had visible urine on the seat and behind the seat.

Great stay. Super convenient to airport and arundel mills (oulet mall/casino). Great customer service. Ongoing renovation did not interfere with our stay at all. Did not use the offered breakfast or restaurant so cannot comment. Wish this hotel offered the powerstrip on the dresser that another Ramada we stayed at had. Several outlets and USB outlets right on the dresser, no hunting. ALL HOTELS SHOULD HAVE THIS!

The motel looked it had been hit by a bomb. Housekeeping skipped making up my room Saturday night. I canā??t complain about the food in the restaurant but there was disgruntlement about the bar by some in the group. It did not open until 6 pm. The pool had so much chlorine in it that the water looked like a mouthwash I used years ago. There were three kids in the pool who were so disruptive that they discouraged anyone from using the facility. The "lifeguard" looked like he had never seen water.... Read more

It's 3:30 am and I checked my family and I out of the hotel because we felt unsafe. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was more than friendly. Although the appearance of the hotel wasn't the best, I noticed it was going through renovations and there were signs at the front desk. We had booked this hotel last minute at 8pm due to some unforseen circumstances. The lady working there was nice enough to accommodate to our requests due to having a 4month old child. I usually never do reviews but I felt compelled after this stay. I've never felt so uncomfortable, as much as they charge for a nights stay you would think you could at least not have to ask for toilet tissue and clean bedding that aren't see through and actually fit the bed! We thought at least we'll be able to have dinner at the restaurant in the lobby but they offered us a choice of two appetizers since they were closing 2 1/2 hrs early! This Ramada in Hanover, MD. is filthy, at 12 o'clock at night the floors in the coffee area were filthy and not vacuumed. The Keys did not work to my room and after going back downstairs to get them fixed a second time the manager had to come up and open the door, and then when I returned at midnight the new keys didn't work either. The black chair in the room was filthy filthy filthy and so was the big chair. This will be my last time staying at this hotel :-(

A quick overnight...Check -in with others off the hotel shuttle...The line moved smoothly...The usual complaints: room key cards intermittent, very warm halls, Typical pastry & juice breakfast...We enjoy looking for that "greasy spoon" where the locals have their "regular" seat...Not one around...We were "in and out" so fast, we did not find time to "dig" for more.

Upon arrival hotel front desk staff was not friendly; the lobby climate was very cool. We were assigned to a floor that didn't have air in the hall; in temperature was about 109. My room the air conditioner put out warm air. When I reported it to the front desk, I was given an apology. It was 3a.m., so I stayed the. night and cancelled my other day. Used my debit card to pay... money was held for totall stat.. I have to you extra money to pay for another hotel.

I guess you get what you pay for. I went to the resturant and they were out of just about everything on the menu. The chef and the manager kept running in and out of the resturant. It closed before its scheduled close time. The soda machine didn't work so I asked the front desk if they had water and could I buy one. The older woman at the desk, was very unfriendly and said yes. It cost $2.00. I bought a water the next morning and the new person at the desk charged me $1.25 for the size an... Read more

I saw small children running around with their mothers cleaning rooms in one child jumping in a laundry bin in the laundry room. Then I saw a small girl with a bungee cord with a room key on it around her neck like she was the Room Keeper. I thought it was very inappropriate to have all these small children in this place of business like it was a daycare. This hotel was very dirty. I will not stay at this hotel ever again and suggest that you do not either.

We had an early flight out of BWI and we tried to figure out what was our best option. A) we get up at 2 am and drive to the airport and pay for long term parking. B) we spend the night at a hotel with a shuttle to the airport. For the length of time we would be out, parking would be expensive so we looked into the hotel. I called the hotel's toll free line. I was very specific on what I wanted. I asked specifically if there was a charge to park and take the shuttle. She put me on hold and calle... Read more

Staff were all super nice & helpful. Hotel & room were both very outdated. Remodeling was taking place while we were there so maybe it will be nicer when they are finished. We stayed for the parking so we could fly out the next morning. Breakfast wasn't much. Not sure if we'll stay again.

I had a nice experience but despite being under renovation, it was very to my liking clean. I would recommend the salmon fish from the restaurant. The location is great for it being near the hotel and the parking is a plus. I will definitely stay over night before any flight out of BWI.

The Bad Hasan (I believe that was his name) the evening desk clerk was not helpful and was very condescending. Over the course of the check in I was treated poorly and with disdain. If I had not been picked up by the airport shuttle then I would have canceled and walked in elsewhere. The wifi is nonexistent. I was able to access the web intermittently. They were replacing the carpets on a few floors. Rather than finishing the first floor they were on many including the floor we were on. I appreciate the need to remodel. However, you need to complete the first floor especially. Also, had to walk around the outside to get to the pool area. There was a green slim on the walkway that was very slippery and dangerous and nearly fell.

I will have to look at reviews more carefully in the future. This place is run on the cheap. Terrible breakfast that consisted of children cereals, mini Bagels, mini Cupcakes and terrible coffee. Gym is a bunch of broke down equipment, hot and broke tv. Doors that will not lock and hot hallways to save money. Room has chipped walls. Only saving grace was a good bed.
