Nice Property tucked away from the Mall and Casino crowd. The hotel is down the road from Arundel Mills. The hotel was nice and clean with an indoor pool. Front desk staff was nice and knowledgeable about the area and hotel.

Hotel is very clean. Free shuttle service is great. Only took 1 minute to check in and we were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to do anything in Arundel Mills area (casino) and only a 10 minute drive into Baltimore.

We took an adult trip for the weekend to go to the casino. The staff was more than accommodating, and checked us in fast and friendly. The complimentary shuttle to the casino was awesome and quick! Will stay here again on our next trip.

The Hilton Garden Inn recently hosted a group of athletes for the weekend. The hotel staff was polite, helpful and accommodating in every way. The location of the hotel was great. Being so close the Arundel Mills Mall we had countless food and entertainment options. The complimentary shuttle was very accessible and made getting large groups of people around very easy.

My husband and I spent four nights over memorial day weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn . We were greeted on arrival with a very friendly and helpful front desk staff. They informed us of their free shuttle that was available to take us anywhere within a 5 mile radius. We parked our car and never used it again for the whole weekend. On arrival to our room the first thing I noticed was a lovely clean mint smell. The air-conditioning worked beautifully. The bed had adjustable comfort levels which I... Read more

We didn't have housekeeping services the entire time that we were there. I had to call the front desk a couple of times to request service, but never received it. I'm terribly disappointed that there was such a disconnect in regard to having my room cleaned.

We visited the Hilton Garden Inn near Baltimore while visiting our daughter and family. We were able to easily park and check in was efficient. The lobby and room were clean. There were large groups of people obviously enjoying the hotel and amenities. We would highly recommend this location with easy access to Baltimore and airport.

I was going to the airport, we are told the Van leaves every 30 minutes. I went to get on Van and the driver asked were are you going I said airport he goes no one told me than as he walks by shacking his head like it was my fault. The staff seems unhappy lately and I should of never had there issues brought out to me

The hotel was very convenient to Arundel Mills and Maryland Live Casino. I had the best hotel breakfast ever. The entrance to the hotel was difficult to find, passed by it on the first go round. The staff was very courteous. However, the lobby trash can appeared not to have been emptied from the day before.

This trip was a high valued and highly chlorinated experience. For the price I paid for the room it was very small. I have stayed at Hilton location many times and I believe they need to re-evaluate their room size. But the reason I am upset about this visit is the overly chlorinated pool. My children, my spouse and I all have to rinse our eyes out and throw away our clothes after this trip. That is how strong the chlorine was. Even after washing our clothes it reeked of chlorine.

A little disappointing for a Hilton garden inn. Floors dirty in hallway and lobby. Coffee was not there in the lobby 24 hours. Shuttle service was great and convenient. Bed comfortable and pool was great! Breakfast was confusing, but flavor was good, but overpriced for quality.

Hotel was excellent, clean, well maintained, great location with a great staff. Shuttle to mall excellent as parking is an issue. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the weather. Indoor pool was lovely and well maintained. Be aware that breakfast is not included in the price and can be extremely costly for a family, especially young children with small appetites.

I stayed her for a work trip last week and enjoyed my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and you were able to set its firmness which was nice. There were only four small pillows, so I wish they were bigger or more pillows in the King rooms. The bathroom was small but great for one person. I enjoyed the stand up shower. The amenities were pleasant. The gym was small but had all the essential equipment I needed. The pool looked pleasant and it was quiet at night which is nice. Only complaint... Read more

The stay was a great one and I do intend to visit again, however, always be sure to check to make sure you aren't charged twice. Everyone make mistakes, however management didn't resolve this issue in a timely manner for my liking.

First let me start by saying I had really high hopes for this hotel. My wife and I had a staycation as we live in the area. We wanted to get away and have a nice time away from home. The issues began once we arrived around 5pm for check in. It took the receptionist 10 minutes to acknowledge us as we stood there at the desk waiting to check in. We found that to be incredible rude. She eventually greeted us. I guess they were adjusting something in the computer. She gave us room 531. so we made ou... Read more

HGI is our preference while traveling. Staff is always friendly and quite helpful with local directions. The rooms are tastefully decorated and CLEAN. The beds are adjustable for a comfortable night's sleep. Hilton Honors (GOLD) provides us with a hot made-to-order breakfast and free internet. Checking out is a breeze.

Nice hotel but I couldn't use anything because of the family reunions. They took over the lobby, dining area, outside patio, parking lot, pool, gym, on the floor making noise until early a.m. I had to run my air conditioner all night just to drown out the noise outside. Inquire before you stay! Hgi is a great chain hotel but beware of them catering to multiple family reunions at the same time. No offense to the families which I'm sure had a great stay but made a less desirable one for others.

It was an easy trip from the airport. The shuttle service also took me shopping while I waited for my room to be ready. The pool was clean and fresh. The room was cozy, but the bed was not as soft as I like. The complimentary bottled water was appreciated.

This was a great place to stay during a visit to the Baltimore area. I love that it was close to shops and dining options and had a shuttle that ran 24hrs. If ever in the area again, would probably stay at this location. Nice place to stay when visiting the Baltimore area.

Front desk personnel has a great sense of humor and quick to solve any problems you may have. The bartender Larry was awesome! He was great at keeping everyone at the bar engaged in conversation, and help us all feel at home while we unwind. Very comfortable atmosphere with awesome employees. I definitely recommend the stay, even if it's just to hang out with Larry. He made my day!

During my stay here it seems like they have no air conditioning in any part of the hotel except the rooms. The lobby, restaurant, elevators, hallways and bar area all stayed extremely hot and muggy. It's July in the Baltimore area...95-100 degrees and 75% humidity. When I arrived there was one person working the front desk and a line of people. Had to wait about 10 minutes. We came back at 4:00 to find out our room arrangements were changed by another staff member which put our family on 2 different floors. There were 2 other families having check in issues as well. This HGI is in a great location, with a nice lobby area. However, the beds are supposed to be Sleep Number beds-but they didn't work! This made the beds hard and uneven-resulting in the worst night's sleep ever! We reported this problem to the front desk clerk but she only shrugged in response. Since we have family in the area we would love to stay here again but probably won't without calling to confirm that the beds have been fixed.

On check-in I asked if our rooms were adjoining. Clerk said she didn't know but they were next door to each other. They weren't. Apparently she's never toured the hotel to know that odd and even numbers are on different sides of hall and in this case were down the hall also. There was no mat in the bathroom so used a towel. Room was not cleaned the first day. Second day they made a perfunctory pass, pulled comforter up but sheets didn't fit and were coming off. Did not check toilet paper so we ... Read more
