As usual Hampton Inns are the best value. We only stay at Hamptons when traveling and this inn was typical of all Hamptons. Clean, well equipt friendly and convienently located. Free breakfast was of good quality, WiFi was good and TV was a nice flatscreen HD TV.

My daughter and I stopped at the Hampton Inn Hagerstown I-81 driving from Nashville to Boston. Our car was full of clothes and other things as we were returning home after 4 years of college. We had heard stories of things being stolen (not here) and were worried about leaving a full car overnight. When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they assured me that the parking lot was safe and that there were cameras surrounding the property. I was still a little worried and then one of the... As is usual, Hampton has THE BEST beds! This hotel was no different. Nice location, right off of I-81, with several nice resturants close by. It was extremely crowded during our stay, as there was a softball tournament going on, but noise levels were more than acceptable in our room. I would stay here again.

Some idiot at Hilton headquarters decided it would be a great idea to locate a hotel right next to the part of a major interstate where the truckers are revvng their engines all night. If you stand next to your car on the side of the hotel nearer the road you can't hold a conversation without shouting. If you are unfortunate enough to be in a room on that side, even putting pillows over your head won't stop the noise when the very walls are shaking! Could not get any sleep the entire night. They... We used this place to visit historic places. It was relatively close to Antienam Battlefield, and close to the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal (some locations), but it was a bit of a drive to do daily visits to Harpers Ferry National Park. Because of the drive to where we wanted to visit we did not fully experience all of what the hotel has to offer. We may consider staying there again if we return to the area.

This was a very nice facility, just as I have come to expect with Hampton Inn. No problems with staff or facility other than some reception issues with a channel on the TV. Did not have time to exercise, swim or take advantage of the printing process.

This hotel was a little older and more tired than most Hamptons i've stayed in lately. The room was on the small side for 2 adults and 2 children. Although we asked for queen beds, I think these were full size beds. I was disappointed that in my requests, I had asked for a room on the quiet side of the hotel with no feather, queen bedding. When we got there, we had been given exactly the opposite. The front desk staff was lovely and very accommodating. They changed our room and one host, i'm sor... Read more

It is in a field off the beaten path which on that end we enjoyed....It was very clean and for the price again it was OK....We only stayed one night and the restaurants were about 5 miles away on the next road (Primanti Bros)....the Inn was quiet and the breakfast was a basic pre-made food stuff so we went to Dunkin Donuts....So when all is said and done we would probably stay at the next exit....

Love being to reserve a room using the Hilton Honors App while on the road or prior to the trip! Love most of all the consistent standard of clean, accessible rooms and excellent service which allows me to relax knowing that the hotel will be able to accommodate my daughter's needs. Especially love that when making the reservation that you can now indicate that a member of your party will require special assistance in the event of an emergency!

Last year at this time we stayed at this hotel and absolutely LOVED everything about it. I never gave it a review because I didn't consider it necessary at the time. This year I needed to book a room for 2 nights in Hagerstown, MD for this past weekend. We stayed at this hotel last year and liked it well enough to stay again. This year we stayed two nights and had the same great experience. Quick check in - the Hilton app made quick work of that, and we got to select our room. More than any other hotel we have stayed in, this one is quiet.
