Room smelled like mildew /mold. They were responsive and moved us to another room. Restaurant not open for lunch and didn't open early enough for our schedule. Hallways were freezing and room could use a refresh. Stay at the B Nearby Hilton Garden Inn. It was fully booked. We have stayed there in the past

Lackluster experience. The woman at check out was incredibly friendly. All downhill from there. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower was borderline painful. The room was cold even in the morning after I adjusted the thermostat. Most annoying was that the cafe was not open for business at 7. The surly staff was just starting to set up at 7. All around a disappointing experience. Was my first experience in a Marriott, will not choose Marriott again.

This is the third time in less than a year that I have stayed in this hotel. It has gone down hill in that time. Overall the hotel is starting to look dated in the hall ways and rooms. The lobby is nice for a hotel of this level. The service is unenthusiastic and dismissive. A few small annoyances on this trip: my in room coffee maker did not work. I reported it at the desk and was told that it would be resolved in less than 20 minutes. That never happened, so I called guest services ... Read more

Checked in late am on a Tuesday hoping my room was ready! The manager at the front was polite and professional. I booked a king with sofa bed standard room and requested a non adjoining room. Well the 1st room was just that..an adjoining room. Went to change to 2nd room and almost walked in on someone in the bathroom so our 3rd room was upgraded to a king suite! A beautiful room! Bed was comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights. Yes it was hard to regulate heat/air but that didn't bother us becaus... Read more

This is a well-maintained, very clean property with a friendly and helpful staff. My room was well furnished, and quickly and well serviced by housekeeping. Good shower and bed. All in all, excellent value for money. However, during my stay, there were a large number of very young children roaming the hallways at all hours, including at midnight. This was not just one family, or one particular meeting or school group. It might be the case that employee families are given a special rate, or pe... Read more

Good property and good place to stay, The staff were incredibly nice and gracious and wanted to be sure everything was right. Good water pressure for the shower (a particular thing in my view), the food and bar service was good also.

This property has lots of useful amenities for business travelers: computers and printers in lobby, shuttle service to local area, meeting rooms, etc. The service from hotel staff was adequate but not stellar. For example, several guests and I had to wait in line 15 mins past time for the bistro to open for breakfast. Then another 15 mins for our meals to arrive. Otherwise, nice stay, clean accommodations, convenient location.

Let me start by saying that I've stayed at some nice Courtyard Marriotts, not this one. Kids running the halls late at night; rude neighbors being loud until 2am; was served a breakfast sandwich with the cheese wrapper cooked inside of it; stains all over the room floor; digital channels intermittent, only analog channels work okay; elevator smelled horrible; wi-fi intermittent after 9pm; people loitering at all hours outside, being loud, drinking, trash all over the place outside. Stay here..... Read more

I didn't have to pay for it so I don't know what kind of value it is, but the staff is friendly and helpful. Bistro has good food, though portions aren't huge. Upscale atmosphere and decor and kept pretty clean.

Very nice alternative to the hotels in College Park. Greenbelt is only a couple of miles away from the university and an easy drive. The room was clean, quiet and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

The only reason I stayed here was because I had some Marriott Rewards points that I wanted to use and it saved me money. My room smelled like dirty mop water. Thank goodness I had some fragrance oil with me. The blanket in the drawer had hair all over it which led me to believe that it wasn't clean. The hallways were smelly and the floor was very lumpy and bumpy. My friend saw a can of Combat on a housekeeping cart which was not a good look and led me to believe that they had a pest problem. Yik... Read more

This is a very dated Courtyard Hotel. The hotel had distinct unpleasant owners. The front desk staff was not exceptionally friendly. Free parking and convenience to College Park and DC makes this a very affordable option when visiting DC.

We are STEELER fans from Pittsburgh and stayed here to attend the STEELER-Redskins game. Nice place. Front desk personal were very congenial. Helped us get a great driver to take us to and from the game! Room was clean and had plenty of room for our two day stay. Nice spacious bathroom. Mini refrigerator in room. Don't bother with the coffee make in the room - coffee it makes is terrible!!! Go downstairs to the Starbucks - not a full Starbucks but they serve a limited menu. No free breakfast at ... Read more

Invited to attend an event in Kent‚??s Island where hotels are very expensive, we‚??ve selected the Courtyard Greenbelt although a 40 min. ride from it. The hotel was very easy to find, the room was comfortable but noisy as we were located on main floor nearby the elevator and a large group was in attendance (awaken at 2 am by rowdy people). Unlike the other reviewers there was nothing wrong with the smell or cleanliness of the room but some of the fixtures were damaged and are in need of TLC.... Read more

Here for 3 nights. On one hand, I was about as far away from the lobby as it was possible to be, on the top floor at the end. This made for a (relatively) quiet room, which I enjoyed. It also made for poor Wifi reception, which I did not. The other oddity was, for the in-room coffee maker, they provide just one packet of (weak) regular coffee. I don't know if this is meant to compel you to use the retail coffee outlet in the lobby, but, I thought it was kinda cheap.

On Saturday November 18, 2016 I was treated in the most digesting and dehumanizing manner by Vanessa, front desk agent. I arrived shortly after 10:30pm to check in for one night. My grandmother died and I had to make an emergency trip from Atlanta to DC. In my haste I left my wallet in my car at the airport, but prepaid for my room online. When I arrived I was greeted by Akon, who was lovely by the way. I explained my situation to her that I had left my wallet and that I would be going to Su... Read more

Stayed here for a week while on business. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful albeit more casual than I'm typically used to. The hotel itself is convienietly located. The interior lobby has been very nicely updated, however the rooms appear to have only received a minor facelift, which makes them feel somewhat lackluster. So, here's the thing....as someone that has worked in the hospitality industry, this staff is set up for failure. They have incredible potential and desire but need g... Read more
