I booked online and check in was very easy. The front desk girl with the cool fingernails was very sweet and helpful. Our room was simple, but clean. Pillows are all small and very soft (bring your own if you like a firm pillow) Toiletries weren't great-bring your own shampoo. Breakfast was pretty good-- biscuits, eggs, make your own waffles. Not many healthy options though. Less than 10 min. from Six Flags America, close to many restaurants and shopping. Good for the price.

We stayed at the inn last night. We stayed in a lot of chains but use Comfort Inns often because of their discounts for Farm Bureau. This one took us by surprise for how very nice it was. Room was spacious and well appointed, bathroom was clean and new appearing. My wife loved the deep tub. Thanks for a nice stay!

As background, my husband and I travel on business, spend 20-25 weeks a year in hotels. We know the ropes. We planned to stay at the Comfort Inn and Conference Center for 3 nights. We left early. On night 1, the fire alarm went off at 11:55 and woke us up. We were driftin back to sleep when the fire alarm went off again and again - at 2:45, 3:22, 3:26. At 3:50 am, DH went to the front desk, asked the clerk to call someone who could stop the racket. The clerk said she called the manager but he... Read more

The banquet rooms at this property are an excellent location for a business group meeting or an awards ceremony. In fact we had our 9th annual business awards breakfast here. The staff is professional and courteous and very interested in making certain the event is a success. The banquet department prepares and serves very good buffet style breakfast items.

Quite impressed! Breakfast on Sunday was an amazing spread for a free breakfast. Tasty, and good quantities. Room was comfortable and towels were very nice. Excellent shower. Bed was very comfortable and there were lots of pillows. Check in was a little slow as hotel was full the night before. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants, and just off the highway. Overall an excellent experience.

The Comfort Inn conference center is a large property that has its best days behind, and while the hotel, rooms and furnishings show their age, the rooms are large, beds comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast is included which is always a nice plus, and the selection is plentiful. This is not a 5 stars, but delivers a solid value for the traveler. The pool was gross though (and by that I mean brown), we were told due to some inclement weather. Free wifi, small workout room, easy check-in.

We stayed two nights, Saturday to Monday. We were meeting family members for a wedding in Annapolis and the Comfort Inn was a convenient location, recommended by a family member. The positives: Quick check in, cold air conditioning, convenient location, plush towels, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, many choices for breakfast. The negatives: not enough general seating in the lobby for our group to gather, the pool wasn't open yet (though there were flyers indicating that t... Read more

I am currently staying here and could not be more happy. I do not do a lot of traveling with my work. The staff has been very helpful. The room is spacious, clean, everything work and is in good order. I am generally very apprehensive about booking on line. The few times I have previously used online booking I have generally been disappointed. This is better than I was anticipating. I am glad this will be my home for the next 9 days.

A quick one night in and out. Room was fine. Staff courteous. No problems. We use Choice Hotels whenever we can. Breakfast was very good. We had a little time to visit with other family members before rushing off to the airport.

The room was pretty clean and the hotel would otherwise be fine, but our 'non smoking' room smells like a smoking room. Will not stay here again for that singular reason. It's probably just seepage from another floor or previously a smoking room and I may be overly sensitive but it's yucky.

There is a moldy smell in the hotel. Inside the hotel it is and dated needs some renovations. The rooms are okay and the the beds are not comfortable. I can deal with all that, but the biggest issue is when we changed credit cards, BOTH WERE CHARGED. The initial card was CHARGED MORE than what was due and we were told by the night clerk she was not able to look into anything because she had no billing authority and we would have to wait until morning. Meanwhile, CHOICE HOTELS HAS CHARGED ov... Read more

Great front desk staff. Pet friendly hotel - add $15 per pet. Good bar, but a bit pricey. two Makers' Mark + tim = $20.00. Pool closed and locked - they'd done some renovation work and were waiting on inspection from the county. When will it be open? Don't know. How long has it been closed? A while. Good restaurant in the hotel, nice room, very quiet, not crowded.

Only stayed one night. I was here for a birthday party. Price was reasonable. Hotel was clean and so was room. They were short staffed at the desk. Needed more help but they were very friendly. I would definitely stay again. Great location. Two malls nearby. Stores at the entrance of hotel. ( Big Lots, Kohl's, Sports Authority, etc).

Conveniently located just off the highway at the intersection of two major thoroughfares. Plenty of free parking. Reception was slow due to understaffing and the lobby is nothing special. Room was comfortable, but old and outdated. Bed was very good and noise level was low. Free wifi worked well. Free breakfast is better than most, but they stop serving at 9:30 AM, even on weekends.

We were there for a wedding a week ago, stayed over the weekend. Don't usually stay in. Of forts but this was a nice, friendly hotel. Staff was nice and the room was good. The breakfast wasn't bad but there wasn't a lot of room to sit considering the number of guest in the hotel. It was very convenient to all the events we attended that weekend. Would recommend staying there and would stay again myself.

We had a great experience with this hotel. It's right off an exit, tucked back in and quiet. The pool was great, we were there for a good part of the very hot day. Very relaxing! The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very nice...not just your typical OJ and muffins. Our dog even enjoyed the stay! We will stay here again.

I stayed one night and the room was nice ! We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was good but had limited items to choose from. You don't have to worry about safety we saw at least 12-20 police cars in the parking lot and for a reason we don't know !! I think the hotel is located in a good area

Before I begin I would want everyone know why there are a lot of PG County Police Cars parked in the Lot The Police are allowed to park their Cars here b/c they are not allowed to take their Police Vehicles home if they do not reside in PG County (they are considerate of the guests & park farther away from the main entrance).. Be grateful, it deters crime (this is NOT a high crime area by any means whatsoever just pointing out that it makes criminals think twice). There is ample Parking for all... Read more

We were in town for one night for a wedding. There were five of us staying in a one bedroom suite. When we called to book the room we inquired about an early check-in beings we were there for a wedding and we're driving several hours we could not be ready before we got there, they told us it should not be a problem and to call the night before. When I called the night before I spoke with Alicia. Alicia is not a a very friendly person. I was told that I need to call once we got down there and if ... Read more

Me and my family checked into the hotel around 10:30 at Night. The front desk was very nice. We had reserved a nonsmoking room and upon arrival we realized that the previous occupants had obviously smoked in the room. The room absolutely stunk. This is not somethings house keeping could have missed. It was a cross between mildew and smoke. I walked in and tried to walk out but we have young kids. They were just too tired and wanted to go to bed or we would have changed rooms. The tv turned on b... Read more

The moment we walked it the room we picked up the gym socks smell; like a locker room that hasn't been opened in months. It was stuffy, the fan was off. Set the a/c to 70 to try to freshen up the room a bit and went to dinner. Arrived back and the 70 degrees (which should've felt pretty chilly) was barely cool. The beds were the worst. Only 48 inches wide, that doesn't even qualify as a "full" sized bed. We had to sleep in separate beds because there was no way 2 adults would fit in a bed only... Read more

A couple of buddies and I went to Annapolis for the Memphis game at Navy. Annapolis was booked up so the next closest available room was here in Bowie. I was pleasantly surprised! When they say "inn and suite" they definitely mean suite! My room was huge! The living room was probably just as big as normal rooms, but the bedroom was even bigger! The bathroom was very spacious and had a jacuzzi tub! Breakfast the next morning was a super surprise! Way more than the normal "one hot item" and ... Read more
