Stayed here for a business conference, which this site is well suited and designed for -- the Front Desk staff were professional yet warm and friendly. The meeting rooms were fine -- good space and lighting, adequate power plugs and outlets, freezing cold like all other meeting rooms the world over. We recently visited Washington DC for the first time. Since we weren't familiar wth this area, I was searching for a hotel that had easy access to the metro. This hotel was a great value and was next to the White Flint metro. The room was had comfortable beds and was very clean. There were numerous restaurants within walking distance. We would certainly stay in this hotel again.

I have been to this Marriott for several conferences and events. Located near the White Flint metro train station, restaurants, and not to far off Rte. 270, this is a nice, modern, clean Marriott with a large conference center building attached. If you are coming for a conference or event, it is best to park near the conference center entrance, as opposed to farther down at the hotel side. Hotel is very modern and feels new. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Marriott beds are super comfy by definition and this one is nothing different. You will enjoy night there in any case. Staff very competent and helpfull. Location is great - few minuts walk to Washington metro red line.

We stayed one night while attending an event nearby. The hotel is clean and well run. It has great access to Metro and nearby restaurants. The only thing I can really say is that it has typical Marriott quality.

The Hotel has a fresh feel to it. It is located across from the new Pike and Rose center where there are places to eat, a cool movies theater and some shops. It is also across from the redline metro which takes you right into DC. The only down fall is that is tends to be more expensive than other places in the area because of it's location and amenities and high volume of business customers.

I came here for a meeting in June. The conference facilities here are massive and can host every size meeting from small to gigantic. The only drawback is it is a long Metro ride from Reagan and with the summer weather, arrival time for me (5 PM) and single track delays, it was rather harsh to reach. Two night stay for business. Very typical Marriott room and quality. Clean, well run. Restaurant was nice - good service and decent menu. Many nearby restaurants that I didn't have time to check out. Staff was very helpful. The only issue I had was with WiFi. My room was located at the far end of the building, and I simply could not connect to their WiFi in my room. No problem in the lobby or restaurant. They could use some boosters to ensure adequate wi-fi.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. It is conveniently located near my work location and is a very big facility with a restaurant, Concierge lounge and coffee shop. In the last few years the property has deteriorated and I have encountered unfriendly staff and management who do not seem interested in making you feel welcome. I stay here several times a year. The hotel is walking distance to my office - so no metro needed. This trip I didn't have hot water 3 of the 5 days. They comped me 5000 points. I like this hotel for the location and the concierge lounge, as well as town cars are right outside for airport trip.

Attended a wedding in the area; reception was at hotel. Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (2 rooms). Clean comfortable rooms. Had breakfast at hotel: lots of choices and large dining area. Great service from friendly and courteous staff. Parking was free during stay (Friday afternoon- Sunday). Stayed here with a group of school kids while touring DC. Beds were super comfortable. Subway/ Metro is super close so easy to tour DC and not have to worry about traffic and parking. Swimming pool was closed in peak tourist season- not good. Buffet breakfast was good.

Stayed here for a conference- everything was excellent! Friendly and helpful staff. Location is great as it is right next to the subway so easy to go to DC for a couple hours in the evening. Also within walking distance of convenience stores and food!

This is a huge complex so expect large groups to flood the halls and lobby. That said, the room was quiet and the parking convenient. We were there during a very expensive time, however, so make sure you are careful about rates.

The hotel grounds and conference room setting was great. The food and lounge was very appealing. The staff at this location was very accommodating. As our items were dwindling down, the staff ensure that we had adequate refills.

This is the second time we stayed here because it's a short walk to the pool where the meet was held. It's a very nice and clean hotel. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Room was very clean and comfortable. We also had concierge access, which was great because we got to eat breakfast each morning. Here are my only 2 complaints. Great hotel. Staff go way beyond to make you feel like your at home. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Defiantly would highly recommend coming here. The only thing I didn't like was the store where can buy snacks and water ect... Closes early and I wasn't able to purchased things after they closed.

We stayed here last weekend and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Everything we requested for was answered immediately and with a smile. Coming from the service industry, I understand the importance of good customer service, and this hotel certainly exceeded my expectations. My wife and I are staying here on a business trip. The hotel has very close access to the Metro red line and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean. The only difficulty is in the entertainment center in the room. While there is a set of inputs for the TV on the side of the dress, none of them work so we were unable to plug out computers into the TV. Maybe a small issue, but still annoying.

I've stayed a compile times at this place. Not by choice, but because of a required business meeting. I don't sat at Marriotts generally given sameness as a McHotel. This one was plain gross. Room was moderately clean, although dated bathroom and cheap toiletries. The best was the used soap in the dish from prior occupant. Shabby and dated facilities, but the staff was good. You know what to expect from a Marriott and you get it here, but just dirtier.

I was so happy staying at this Marriott. Restaurants, convenience stores, and the White Flint Metro Station (red line) are all conveniently close to the premise. The Metro station is only about 200 yards from the entrance of the hotel. Staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. The gym was a plus as it is well-equipped with gratis snacks. Rooms are clean and cool -- important as I stayed when the temperature for the entire week was breaking 100 degrees.

I have been staying at this hotel at least 1-2 times a year for the past 15 years. Every time I stay here I am satisfied with my stay! They recently got new TV's and have a new room service menu. They rebranded the room service and it is much nicer and much better. The rooms are clean and so is the hotel. They have plenty of parking out back and the people at the concierge are very kind and helpful. I enjoy my stay when I come here.

I am a Marriott rewards member, so I am faithful to the brand. However, it's clear standard Marriotts need to step it up a bit. The service was good, the room was clean, and the location was 2 minutes away from the iPic theaters, which was our destination. I stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a very nice experience. Very friendly front desk staff. Great location directly across the street from White Flint Metro. Obviously you have to be very weary of the Metro right now. Anyway, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby.

This is a good comfortable business hotel. Close to some good restaurants. The lobby is very welcoming and has good seating. Cabs are plentiful if you need one. I would return if in the area again. Good service all around.

Walking into the hotel it was absolutely beautiful. My room was very quiet and clean and there's not much more you could ask for than that.
