I was staying for a company annual meeting. Meeting room was spacious and had a nice view of the Inner Harbor. We used additional meeting space for our breakfasts and lunch. The entire banquet crew were fantastic! William and Bre'a went out there way to make sure we had what we needed and went above and beyond on a last minute change our group had. "Crabby Hour" in the lobby was a nice touch. Samplings varied and complimentary wine/beer....good place to meet and arrange the rest of your night i... Read more

This was an amazing hotel, perfect location and awesome staff. Daniel, Evette and front desk teams were great. Our meals were excellent from breakfast to our catered lunch. Definitely would want to return on a leisure trip!

I would consider this a boutique hotel. Pretty unique in layout and location. Décor is unique and probably a little dated, post-modern, oranges and purples. The lobby is large for the size of the building. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or bar but they have daily happy hour events and do serve a nice breakfast in the lobby for a typical $15. Two high end restaurants attached, Ruth's Chris on one side and McCormick and Schmick's on the other. It was restaurant week so RC was booked an... Read more

Love that this hotel only had 3 floors. Smaller properties are best. The staff were phenomenal. A special shout out to the omelet diva, Christina and to Evette and Tyrone. The girls at the desk were friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. The executive staff were just as engaged and made sure my stay was everything that I had hoped for. Great location and within walking distance of many shops, attractions and restaurants. However, there are two situated right on property and both ha... Read more

This hotel was amazing. The staff were wonderful. Shamekia was very helpful and kind. She sets the Gold Standard for customer service! The kitchen staff were amazing as well. My room was very clean and comfortable. The location is prime for places to visit in the Inner Harbor. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Baltimore!

Loved the Pier 5. Staff was friendly, interactive, and helpful with all my needs. When I checked in there was a bag of local goodies and a personal note from the GM Dan. Room was very clean and spacious....just what I needed. I was in town for business but in my down time I was able to check out the area. Tons of things to do and all within walking distance. View was amazing. The hotel is near Camden Yards so I will definitely be back this summer to check out a game.

Excellent stay. Planning our event at Pier V was seamless, Mary Ann, Will, the GM and all the staff were most accommodating. From Crabby Hour to our meals and breaks, everything was perfect. Rooms are well appointed and larger than most. The property is centrally located and we were able to enjoy a nice walk outside to stretch our legs. Whats most noticeable is the team work with all the employees at this hotel. Looking forward to our return trip.

This hotel is cool. Funky boutique feel. Great location (you couldn't be closer to the Baltimore Aquarium), amazing food throughout our conference and just lovely service. You could tell this was a close team working at the hotel. The meals and breaks during our two-day meeting were just perfect! Very creative presentation and quality was top notch. I look forward to visiting Baltimore again soon and will definitely stay at this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Pier V Hotel for a 2 day meeting. The room was spacious and clean, the food was amazing, and the service was A+. When I travel back to Baltimore this summer to catch a baseball game I will stay at this hotel. Thanks for a great stay!
