Right on the harbor, beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious, room was very clean. Cherish was phenomenal at the desk. She was welcoming, and extremely accommodating. Definitely made our weekend! All other staff were extremely kind also, including the lady making omelets in the morning (1/15/17), and the lady serving food (Chrissy?). All around great stay. Only drawback about the place is that it's somewhat outdated and while it didn't bother us at all, you can hear hallway noise pretty clearly ... Read more

My wife and I returned to the site where we got married in Baltimore harbor. The Pier 5 hotel was just as lovely this time around as it was when we first visited it 25 years ago. The hotel is ideally located inside the Inner Harbor area and offers great views and access to most of the downtown attractions. The rooms are very comfortable and roomy with many of the usual upgrades and amenities. The lobby offers some spectacular murals that represent Baltimore harbor traditions and sites. The ... The room was adequate. We had a Harbor view and balcony which was a plus! We TRULY enjoyed the "Crabby Hour"! The chef, the food, and the libations were such a nice addition to our stay! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Special kudos go to VonJenay for her superb service, friendliness, and AWESOME anniversary waffle! Julian, in the parking lot, could not have been more helpful with directions and suggestions. The entire staff at Pier 5 was friendly, approachable, and welcoming!

We have been to Baltimore multiple time and loved this tucked away quiet jem. Very welcoming, not too big, and close to the attractions. It is right behind the aquarium. Best part was the breakfast bar in the morning. Chef Christine made wonderful omelets and Von Janey was a great hostess.

Stayed here for a weekend in town for a Raven's game. Disappointed for the price. The lobby is deceiving -- everything beyond the lobby is tired and run down. Room has worn carpeting, peeling wallpaper (at multiple seams), and uncomfortable King bed, dated bathroom fixtures (... all needing a good cleaning) and a toilet that would kick on to refill itself every hour -- all night long. Service was non-existent. Barely noticed, let alone smile or speak to people coming and going after check-i... Read more

Came up to visit family and friends, even though the hotel needs a renovation the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast looks updated from the website. The lobby was nice but the rooms definitely need an update compared to other hotels.

Great Chef, Christine who taught my 11 year old daughter to make sushi. She also was the chef for morning meals that made our breakfast excellent. We also had the pleasure of having been served by a staff member by the name of Tyrone who waited on us as if we were the only guests in the place. He was very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend Pier 5 as a stopping point for any visitors visiting the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Respectfully submitted by Jim Carson
