I stay at this hotel a couple of times a year. It's clean, it's cute (as in boutique) and in walking distance to great stores, a Whole Foods, a movie theater, and the harbor. This is a great hotel for a quick stay in Baltimore. You feel safe here and the surrounding area. There are upscale stores such as Banana Republic and Black House White Market. There are some super restaurants too such as Moe's Crab. It's a great location. Parking is either valet or a lot around the back.

I have been visiting Baltimore for a conference at the conference center. Given the reviews for most of the hotels nearby were not that great, I went with this hotel. It was a good choice. The hotel was fine, the rooms were quiet and I had a nice view towards the east. The location is a bit off, but I still consider it walking distance. On the way to the conference center you cross the habor etc. and this was nice and interesting. Next to the hotel, there is also Wholefoods which for me was a... Read more

Below standard for a HP. Terrible morning breakfast buffet. Noisy room, bathroom had mold around tub. Low water pressure in shower. $35 a day just to park your car. Took forever to get a luggage cart to check out. Stay somewhere else.

First time in staying Baltimore. The Hyatt was conveniently located near the harbor. The rooms and common areas were very clean and neat, and the rate was reasonable. We were never up early enough for the complimentary breakfast. Valet parking was expensive at $35 a day, but we never waited more than 5 minutes for our car. The parking attendants and front desk staff were pleasant, helpful, and attentive. We would consider staying at the Hyatt again.

This is one of those hotels that has the ultra-modern, 'open' look. The room was very modern and well-equipped with the usual amenities. Breakfast had the usual assortment expected. They have valet parking for --- $35 !!!. Do yourself a favor: there's a large, modern, city-run self-park facility immediately behind the hotel. I was in at about 4 and out by 10 and the fee was $14. The difference will get you a drink or two.

room was ok, coffee/tea selection was not that good. no proper cream/milk provided which is a basic in any business hotel. Breakfast closes at 9am, not suitable for all profiles of visitors. overpriced for a very average stay.

My husband and I stayed here recently for one night. We are locals and just wanted to cap off date night with a night "away" from home. Location is great! Close to the inner harbor or canton/fells point. Staff was friendly and hotel is well maintained. The room was well appointed and spacious. Bathroom was also a great size. Hotel offers free breakfast but we didn't try it. Only minor complaints would be valet parking price is advertised as $35 but you're actually charged $42. We opted to sel... Read more

The best part of this hotel definitely was the staff - all were so friendly, kind and helpful which made my lengthy stay there one I will never forget. Food there was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. The rooms were gorgeous and impeccably clean. I loved the pool - the water temperature was perfect every time! The shuttle drivers were wonderful and upon leaving I'd felt as though I'd made many new wonderful friends. Will definitely return. Thank you!
