We were in Baltimore for 1 night and the Hyatt Place was great! We arrived earlier than expected so no rooms were ready, which we expected. The ladies were extremely nice and offered to store our bags while we explored. After hearing we were visiting the Aquarium they offered tickets which were cheaper than we'd have paid at the aquarium. The room and hotel were extremely clean. We had to leave before 7 (when breakfast is ready) the next day for a gymnastics meet, but the gentleman checking us w... Read more

Updated hotel. Nice lobby bar. Helpful front desk. Rooms are very nice, modern and well appointed. Whole Foods, CVS and tons of restaurants in close proximity. "Little Italy" section of city borders hotel, great dining options.

Friendly, clean place. Too far to walk anywhere in the winter as far as Aquarium or inner harbor but we felt safe the entire stay and welcomed. There is plenty to eat around the area so that is no issue and as I said the hotel is clean and well kept.

I was a bit apprehensive when I booked because the rates here were lower than other nearby hotels. When we arrived I realized that there was nothing to worry about. Fast, friendly valet service which was only a bit more expensive than the nearby public parking garage. Lobby was beautiful. Receptionist was very professional and friendly. The room was large, nicely decorated and immaculate. We had a nice view of the harbor. The beds were comfy and the bedding and pillows were nice. Room had... Read more

This conveniently located Hyatt is well-situated between the Little Italy and historic Fells Point neighborhoods. The hotel is comfortable and nicely-appointed. However, what made our stay great was the staffâ??particularly Franklin James, the manager who came on in the afternoon and was there to greet us when we'd return in the evening. He is personable, engaging, smart and runs a tight ship. The kind of manager you'd be happy to say hello to on a return trip.

It's by no means luxury but if you're doing a short visit or a visit where you're not in the hotel for most of it (i.e. out for most of the time etc. and really using the hotel to sleep and shower and get ready), then it will work perfectly. It's clean (not spotlessly) but it is clean and is in an EXCEPTIONAL location. It is located near to soooo many restaurants and generally in a very lovely location. Service is not phenomenal... we asked for extra soap the night we checked in and it didn't co... Read more

We stayed here during the Women's March along with 50 other people from our group. The staff was great during check in and made sure we were able to get breakfast before boarding the bus the next morning. Room was clean and spacious. Lobby bar was convenient after a really long day. Would definitely stay here again.

This Hotel really delivered. Rooms were beautiful, comfortable, roomy and reasonably priced. The rooms have a sitting area as well as a large area the bed is located. Great night sleep in the bed and the bathrooms are well thought out and incredibly clean. Breakfast was plentiful, there wasn't anything lacking. It was like a feast. Combine that with friendly personnel and excellent service. Can't beat the location. You can walk to the aquarium and many restaurants. This is the place to stay you ... Read more
