On the outside the hotel is nice and clean the entry is clean and the staff is very friendly. My first night here was met with lots of dog hair covering my socks and cloths. The vinyl "wood" floors look nice but gif lots of pet hair and dander. The staff only cleaned the room once a week so we all 20 of us had to ask for towels for our rooms. Room very nice/clean and the price is reasonable. The staffs are very nice and provided GREAT service especially Jay the sale Director is very nice/friendly and helpful. Also, the staff name Yolanda, she is very friendly and helpful.

I want to start off by saying this hotel was great, but I almost wish I would have stayed here first, before staying at their Boston Lexington Element property last month. Where do I start? OK Got it....I've been coming to this Hotel for the last 7 months since my new job requires me to travel to the Hanover site monthly. I chose this location because we were visiting our daughter in Maryland and didn't want her to have to drive us to the airport, so the airport shuttle and a spacious suite is why I chose this property for my 2 daughters and I. the person checking us in was not at all helpful. he asked how many keys we wanted and told us where the elevator was. the set up is a bit confusing, we found our room ok, but I had to ask about the shuttle service to the mall across the street and to the airport. The hotel's front facade lights stayed on all night, which would have been fine if the room had blackout blinds. I asked the front desk to turn them luck. The woman at the front had no idea where the power switch was, but said she would ask the day shift. Apparently they did not know either, because my second night had the same issue. Arrived at airport waited 30 minutes for shuttle no then the driver locked keys in van. Still waiting for Manager to contact me despite several promises. No customer service. The hotel reminds me of a college dorm.

I've stayed at other Element Hotels and I have stayed at this one in Hanover MD in the past. Something has changed here and not for the better. 1) They used to have a really nice breakfast. I'm a vegetarian and was always pleased that the breakfast buffet had a veg and non-veg side. But no more. The breakfast on the first morning of my 2-night stay was awful. it is very convenient t to the mall and the Maryland live casino. It is also nice that they have a shuttle that can pick you up and take you back to the place you want to go either casino or the mall.

We were caught up in the Southwest Airlines fiasco on 7/20 and had a flight cancelled very late. We called the Aloft BWI, they were full, but they found us a room at Elements Arundel Mills. Yolanda checked us in upon arrival and was extremely pleasant and comforting after a pretty harrowing experience at the airport. Twelve minute hotel shuttle ride 7 hours later got us to the airport and on our way home. Thanks Yolanda and Elements!

Very friendly employees, room is beautiful, there is a small kitchenette with small refrigerator, dishes and silverware in the cabinets, microwave, one cup coffee machine with creamer and sugar packets. Beautiful brown shades over the window that matches all furnitures. Beautiful bathroom, there is a large shower with a big showerhead, raised square sink.

Everything you need in there or only a short distance away. The staff was friendly. It was a great stay. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers as well as families with kids. It also fits the bill for a couples getaway.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We truly felt like they cared we were there. Room was clean and had all we needed to have a super weekend. I recommend this hotel for sure, and will be back myself.

I loved the layout of my room. The location couldn't have been better. The free shuttle to the airport and 3 mile radius of hotel running 24/7 was a real bonus. Yolanda my front desk person was exemplary in providing customer service. Room had everything you would need for an extended stay.

This hotel is MODERN IN DESIGN but PRIMITIVE IN SERVICE!! Paid & reserved for a 2 queen bed room which was not CLEANED AT ALL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! No sense of Customer Service at all! Beware!!!!

This was a last minute booking through Hotel Tonight, and I arrived quite late, so was only at this property for a short period of time and did not have the opportunity to fully explore all it had to offer. Excellent hotel staff! Rooms are clean and spacious but most important the beds are very comfortable! The morning breakfast had a wide variety. Great location with lots of activities to do nearby. Free shuttle available to go to casino, mall, ect.

Just checked in to this hotel and I am not pleased at all. For the price I didn't expect much but at the bare minimum the room should be CLEAN. After a long drive here I decided to lay down and nap only to find a pillow full of hair that does not belong to me. We politely called to have the linen changed TWICE and am still waiting. Booked this hotel for a one night stay for airport departure in the morning because our normal hotel was sold out. Don't stay here! We are not picky people, but we had to switch rooms because the first one was extremely dirty. Floors had dirt all over them and a battery laying on the floor. Also the bathroom smelled of sewage and had a broken floor tile and missing grout....SO we switched rooms. Next room was just as dirty. I hesitated to book this hotel based on some review but did because it was pet friendly which enabled a friend to visit and offered a kitchen which was convenient since I was traveling with 2 kids. I loved the shower/bathroom. The room was nice but not warm in decor for my taste. The people at the front desk were very nice. The free breakfast I wish had some eggs. It is a pet friendly hotel. Nice exercise room.

We stayed in room 201, in order to fly out of BWI the following morning. Booked it on a 3rd-party site. Staff (check-in and check-out, when I reported a couple of issues) was friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable (excellent pillows) and we slept well. The hotel was ok at best. The room was functional but the silverware was dirty and the shower was in need of major repairs. The drywall was peeling and the were yellow spots on the ceiling. Breakfast was way below average at best. But the rest of the room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The only reason I would go back there is because the staff was fabulous. Very friendly and accommodating.

Great stay very welcoming and smooth checkin and quiet and restful sleep... Keyless entry actually works makes I feel like you are at home then peaceful quiet restful sleep was the best .. will always recommend this hotel .. you won't be disappointed I love staying at this property.

I wasn't sure about the Element and the Hanover area, I usually stay in Baltimore Inner Harbor. I have found my ideal place to stay with the best breakfast attendant Joseph, the new manager so friendly! They have dedicated managers working here for sure, I will return
