This place needs a good makeover! Got a decent price through a hot booking website but the rating is OVERLY GENEROUS!! The room was small, cramped and HOT!! the A/C does not work! It never caught up. 4 people in a room means 3 towels? The furniture is scuffed and broken. The carpet is loose, stained and disgusting. Stains on the carpet under the A/C. The wall even had stains!?! Check in was a disaster! There was a conference in the area and the front desk could not handle the people ... Read more

The room was consistent with the price. It was clean and pleasantly appointed. The public areas were nicer, as far as decor. I would have given it a higher rating except that the AC was obviously not working at check in. I went down to the desk to report it and was pleasantly told "we'll send up a mechanic to fix it". I saw her write it down. Problem was no one ever came to fix it, no follow up. Nothing. It was after dinner and we were tired so tried to sleep, but it was just way too warm.... Read more

I traveled to Baltimore to take my 18-month old daughter to the Aquarium on Memorial Day weekend, 2016. I agreed to spend more than $300 for a corner room that I was told would come equipped with a microwave, a fridge and a crib. Upon arrival, only the fridge was there. I called the front desk. They promised to rectify the issues. We went to sight see. Came back 4 hours later. Nothing corrected. Oh - by the way - the AC didn't work at the hotel and the front desk was completely understaffed to h... Read more

Staff met us stating they were backed up turning over rooms but the we could check in and be contacted when rooms were ready. We were informed one of two rooms were ready and the second should be ready in about an hour. Although we reserved 1 King and 1 double we informed the desk that a king with a roll away was an option if it was easier . Have stayed at many hotels in Baltimore and this is my least favorite. I was there for my birthday weekend and was the only hotel available near the Inner Harbor. Will start with the Pros - location. Walking distance to major attractions. Valet parking - expensive $38/tax. Read negative reviews, but didn't experience any problems. Had the most attentive valet attendant - wish I had gotten his name. Cons - where do I start. Very small rooms with queen size bed. Think was due to Hotwire price. The... Read more

The room was clean, we had to wait to check in since they were booked the night before. For some reason there was a problem with the elevators so the lines were long to get checked in. This was our third stay. Hotel is located on the outskirts of the inner harbor. Most important to me is clean room, they are somewhat outdated and can use some sprucing hp, but you can't beat the price.

The location at this hotel is fairly good. Not on the harbor or anything but within walking distance to the football and baseball stadiums. The staff is friendly. In all honesty we have stayed at some pretty nice hotels the last 3 nights.... Aloft in Boston, Yotel in NYC, and the Hilton in philly so this place had a lot to live up to! Parking at a hotel should definitely included with the price. Parking is valet only and I don't want a stranger driving my car! There is public parking nearby in an underground garage but I didn't feel safe down there. There are all kinds of shady characters wondering around. Other than the parking situation everything else is very nice.

Public underground parking very close and reasonable rate for the area. We arrived on a Sunday around noon, left on a Tuesday afternoon and our parking bill was only $36.00, some places charged that per night! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The pool area and fitness center were very nice. I did not have a great experience at this hotel. The air conditioner didn't work and the cold water on our sink didn't work either. I was there for a conference and was given a "discount" to stay but it still was almost $200 after taxes. The lobby looked fantastic but that was where the elegance stopped. The highlight of the Radisson was the staff. There weren't many of them (the place is horribly understaffed) but they did the best they could to handle the load and they were always friendly and helpful. As for the rest of the place, it wasn't terribly clean, the elevators took an eternity to show up (I often just used the stairs), and the room was much smaller than it appeared online. Also, we hardly got any towels and had to continually ask for more.

The hotel is huge and it's located right in the heart of Baltimore. There is no parking so be prepared to pay $32.00 per day for valet. This allows you to go in and out as often as you wish. For $20.00 you can park on your own but can't go out . This is a cheaper option if you wish to Uber around town. The lobby and pool area are nice. Hotel staff had an insanely busy weekend during the days I was staying there. Regardless - service was fast and efficient; any problems I had were quickly resolved with a trip to the front desk. Literally everyone I encountered had excellent customer service and was so kind. Only major complaint was we had a hard time adjusting the AC in the room to not be frigid but when it was one of the hottest weekends of the year, it was hardly the worst thing to encounter.

Stayed at this hotel last weekend and was very disappointed. The pictures on the website look nice and there were decent reviews, however, our room in reality did not match up. The armchair was covered in so many stains that I would not touch it; the bathroom walls were also stained. Sheets/towels had small holes. Also, we had a room that overlooked the pool and were not told in advance a very loud DJ would be spinning until 10 pm under our window the night before our early morning flight until ... Read more

My wife and I arrived late in the afternoon with our dog, and we had plans for dinner so we did not have a lot of time initially at the hotel. We arrived to find large stains on the carpet and on one of the chairs. The carpet was also stretched or ill-fitted as it had several ridges running across the floor; it was not completely flat and needed to be replaced. The grout between the tiles in the bathroom was also moldy and needed to be scrubbed and cleaned. I suspect that this was one of the... Read more

Used Kleenex stuffed back into the box and a fairly questionable location. Walking distance from Camden, but make sure you head in the right direction when you leave (or else).
