Lobby looks great, elevators are clean, fitness center is up to date. Rooms are in need of an upgrade. Beds are on the older springy side of things and incredibly bouncy and noisy. The fridge and microwave look out of place and made the room look like an hourly motel. Bathroom is fine. Not a lot of room for toiletries. It's well maintained and more than acceptable to stay here if you need a bed to lay down in for the night.

I was in town with my 82 year old Mother for my sister who was in Johns Hopkins for open heart surgery. The Hotel (Embassy Suites) the hospital set me up with the staff was rude and it was dirty and had BED BUGS!! I was devastated to say the least. Now here we are 10:30 at night in a strange town, exhausted, stressed and no where to stay. Thanks to google for finding the Radisson. From the moment the phone was answered to check out 4 days later I got nothing but the utmost respect and impeccable... Read more

We stayed here on Jan 1, 2017 since we were going on a cruise the next day on Carnival. The hotel is clean, safe area, and the room was comfortable. The parking is limited if you have a car and needless to say an additional fee. The night we stayed we walked down to the Inner Harbor ( about 5-10 min walk). Staff was very friendly. We used and received a great deal to stay here.

Near the hotel is a 24-hour parking lot... or so it says. But when we arrived at 11PM, it was closed. We were forced to use the $30+/day valet service. On top of that, there is no breakfast included in the rather high (for the area) rate. On the other hand, the staff was great/helpful/going out of their way to accommodate us. That goes double for the in-house restaurant staff.

So I'm re-writing this review because for some strange reason TripAdvisor chose to not publish my other review with no explanation. Maybe I was too critical of the hotel in my first one but here goes... So stayed here for New Year's eve and was problem after problem from start to finish. My wife goes to check-in while I wait in the car because she had booked the romance package as a surprise. The package was to include parking, breakfast and champagne, cider or wine and chocolates in the room. ... Read more

I didn't enjoy My stay. My room was small and had no TV remote. Valet was $40 but we found Free street parking. I hated the bathroom. There was a baby monitor or something in our room; was it cleaned?

I found this hotel searching for pet friendly lodging and was very pleased with the value I received for the cleanliness, professionalism, and amenities provided. I brought my dog, who also enjoyed his stay. The hotel was easy to find and located in a nice area. I lived in baltimore for a few years so I know a centrally located spot when I find one. I recommend this for a standard, low cost stay.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. First experience was bad. I was given a corner room thinking I had gotten lucky. The room in front of me had a connecting door which allowed their loud night into my room. It went from 1-4 am when I had to get up and leave for my flight with no sleep. I decided to stay again hoping it would be better than last time but instead I ended up with another corner room....this time the noise wasn't the problem. The rooms smell old, dust everywhere as if n... Read more
