First of all this hotel has a great location as it right across the street from the inner harbor tourist area. A CVS and a Barnes and Noble are within walking distance. This hotel is huge! Long walks from the only bank of elevators in the hotel. Even 9 floors up It was quite noisy with the various and sundry city sounds. Get a harbor view room. Quite a nice view. The room had a gigantic TV but the remote would not change the channels.

The location is everything The Inner Harbor is right across the street. Phillips seafood and Chipotle, Five guys, Cheesecake Factory are all across the street as well ChickfilA is next door. And the best part is that this hotel is connected to a nice mini mall that has Forever 21, Childrens Place, Payless, kids gap, Victoria secret and bath and body works and Foot locker. I thought for the price we paid was a trick but it wasn't this hotel is not expensive at all. They don't have a free breakfas... Read more

We stayed for New year's event very nice place. The staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant was excellent, great bartender. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The only complaint we would have was that it was a long walk from the elevator.

It is my first time coming to Baltimore. I came for a friends event. The hotel is beautiful, staff was friendly. The bellmen was very helpful. I love the fact you have everything right there. The mall, restaurant, outing etc... I walked out to the harbor it was beautiful and cold. I would definitely come back to this hotel and Maryland.

I was there for a mini girl's trip mid week during the holidays. We had prompt, friendly service from check in until we left. While there we ate at the restaurant for a buffet breakfast and also a late dinner. The restaurant overlooks the harbor. Both times the food and service was very good. We also used the pool which was crowded at the time we were there but still clean. The location of the hotel is awesome as we were able to walk to the entire harbor area. We would stay here again!

In town for a business meeting and booked this hotel based on others' reviews. Self parking was very easy and valet parking is also available for a slightly higher price. The check in process was fast and friendly. As a rewards member I was able to get a complentary upgrade to an Inner Harbor facing room. A spectacular view! The room was very spacious and comfortable and the view amazing. The only issue we had was at 2 am a party broke out next door. We called security and they prompt... Read more

I booked a number of rooms for a corporate event, I have used this facility for the same purpose in the past. Our plans changed months in advance, we notified the hotel and they advised they would resell the rooms. Then when the event time passed they billed me for over 20,000. They claim they were not "full" for the night so we had to pay. I felt taken advantage of and lied to. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars in this hotel but will never return. Beware of signing any documents or ... Read more

We loved the Renaissance Hotel in Baltimore! our room was beautiful and the people there were so nice. There were caramel bulls eyes at the front desk and they were delicious. the rooms were nice, although our room looked out Onto the street and we did hear sirens during the night. the location was ideal as it was attached to the mall!!! it was a very nice hotel and the location was perfect!!
