My husband and I stayed here for 3 days while attending a convention. The convention was at the hotel, which is plenty large enough to host a good-sized group. The hotel staff were all pleasant and the room was clean. I had asked for a king bed but there wasn't a room ready with a king so we opted to take a room with 2 full size beds rather than wait. The room did have a min-fridge and a safe, which was nice. We had mostly a city view but we could see the harbor on one side. Proximity to the i... Read more

Block off the bay, a quick walk to many popular corporate offices, the aquarium, and although a bit further Camden yard is also within walking distance. Parking just across the street, or park for more with the valet. This hotel is connected to a multi story mall, in case you forget something, or are bored. Bar and a hotel Starbucks in the lobby, with a real Starbucks 1 block to the west and a Shake Shack just across the street to the east.

This was the second stay for me at this hotel. Both times were for a conference in the hotel. The last time was about 3 years ago, and nothing has changed. It needs to be updated. The lever for the water to come out of the shower instead of the faucet didn't work properly. I called for maintenance but no improvement. And the sheets didn't fit the bed properly. The location has pros and cons. It is close to the harborplace (if you pay extra you can get a view) which has lots of shopping a... Read more

I just spent the best weekend in Baltimore. This hotel is centrally located at the harbor. You can walk to the wonderful restaurants, shops and baseball or football venues. There is a very nice pool, restaurant, lobby, conference rooms, attached Galleria mall and Starbucks. The food at their restaurant is delicious and the view of the harbor is fantastic.

I spent the night here this past Saturday - we came to see the Orioles at Camden Yards. I booked the hotel and had never been to Baltimore before. We loved the hotel - it was across the street from the Inner Harbor and about a 10 minute walk to Camden Yards. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The location could not be beat. We were a big group with many rooms and the front desk was wonderful in helping us all get situated in the right configurations. A shout out to Craig at th... Read more

The hotel is located right in the Harborplace area, near restaurants and other attractions, including the National Aquarium. The food served for a training session I attended was good, but not exceptional. When I registered, I was given a nonfunctional room key that forced me to return to the front desk for a replacement. I also had a message waiting in the room that I had a package at the desk, which was not given to me on check-in. My room was acceptable, but the AC vent had blown dark mat... Read more

I was here for a conference and found the location is great! The hotel is comfortable and clean but tired. I stayed on the 10th floor and had a king bed room. Clean and relatively quiet. No view to speak of just a glass roof covering a pool I guess. The hallway carpets and wallpaper appear tired and in need of updating. One of the large windows on the corridor is shattered and needs replacement. The staff was outstanding! From the cable to my room and any questions they exceeded my expectation... Read more

Our room was at the very back of the hotel (a long walk from the elevator) so we didn't have the benefit of a harbour view. It was a pleasant stroll back to the hotel after watching a ball game at Camden Yards. We also liked be just across the street from various attractions at the inner harbour.

From the moment we walked up to the front desk it was a miserable experience. I am a Marriott rewards member and stay at many different Marriotts all the time. I always ask for an upgrade, because that is what you do. I didn't even get the sentence out before I was interrupted and told it was completely sold out. Then I asked if we could please receive breakfast for all three of us in my room and was told no way, it was not possible to do and that only two certificates not three were included. ... Read more

A comfrotable pleasant hotel, well located on the water front, with well appointed bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. In general I enjoyed my time at this hotel, but I do have a few issues 1- our room safe was not working. We raised the issue with reception staff..their response was that many of the room safes were out of order, tough luck, we'll keep your stuff behind reception. Located right across the street from the harbor, walking distance to the National Aquarium, restaurants, historic ships, etc. Most of the restaurants in this area are chains, and not of very high quality. So if you want to eat somewhere nice, then you have to drive or take a taxi.

We were in town for one night to meet family and go to the aquarium. For that, this hotel is in a great location! The room was clean and well-appointed. The pool is small, and was crowded when we decided to go for a swim. The kids enjoyed the free snow cones in the lobby at check-in. I recently had an opportunity to visit Baltimore with my family. We thoroughly enjoyed the Inner Harbor area and found this hotel to be perfectly located. Plenty of great restaurants and attractions just steps away. Check in was easy, staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was superb. Don't hesitate to chose this hotel when visiting Baltimore's Inner Harbor district. We're already planning a return trip to see the Orioles play next summer.

This is a very well locate hotel in the inner harbor. It has all of the amenities you would expect in a full service hotel. The cost is reasonable if you take advantage of coupons or advanced payment. It is attached to the mall on the harbor front. The mall has declined since our last visit a few years ago. Because we had a discounted room, we had an interior view. The view would be spectacular from one of the front rooms. Parking is expensive like any in city hotel. All in all we were sa... Read more

The location is right in the middle of walking distance to everything: the baseball park, attractions, restaurants, bars, and shopping. I would certainly stay here again!

This hotel is a great central location to the Inner Harbor. Much to my husband's dismay, it's also attached to the mall. Check in was easy despite a big conference converging on front desk. The room is cute, modern and funky in a cool way. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. The best part is the location. We walked to Fell's Point ( about 25 min stroll). There was plenty of dining nearby. There are two Starbucks. Valet parking was $30 but there is an option to self park. Overall, great ... Read more

Very conveniently located to everything in downtown Baltimore. I've been here several times now and been disappointed in service each time. I'm a Marriott rewards member and never really treated as one. I tried early check-in with the mobile app and got a crappy room. Additionally, the hallways are often filled with garbage. Last time it took repeated calls to the front desk to clean it up.

Rooms were clean. Facing the inner courtyard is the quietest. I faced the street one time and it was a little loud. I never faced the harbor. Concierges are considerate and friendly. I stayed at this hotel during the CPI 2016 conference. The location was close to the Conference proceedings and close to the harbour and dining locations are close by. The hotel room I received (king bedroom on Concierge floor) was very spacious and had a good view. The concierge lounge was open during my stay and offered free breakfast, hor d'oeuvres at 5:30-7:30pm, and dessert (8-10 pm). The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.
