Staying at the Baltimore Homewood by Hilton was a comfortable experience - and a nice plus vs. staying at the neighboring garden inn. The good rate even made it more affordable; despite extra space, amenities and things like free breakfast. I would stay here again when visiting Baltimore.

Stayed here for one night while cruising out of Baltimore. Everyone was extremely friendly, from the valet to the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The room was very clean. A great set up if you are staying for a few days. Well equipped with kitchen supplies to prepare your own meals. Rooms very spacious. Would recommend if you are visiting the Baltimore area.

My wife & I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. Very nice staff, very helpful, informative. Our room came with a nice kitchen, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, which we really never used, too many nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is only 1 block from the Inner Harbor, though the weather was cool, damp, rain, drizzling (an anomaly for early May ?), we walked & enjoyed the sights. The hotel had a nice warm breakfast buffet, many choices, a Starbucks attached next door, parking attached ($33/day ... Read more

A good clean hotel. Nothing out of the ordinary in terms of what you would expect from a hotel in this category. Good breakfast included (coffee was very good!). Rather surprised that hotel only had two elevators for its size. Exit stairs from third floor were difficult to find.

Recently I stayed with two other colleagues at the Hilton Homewood Suites Inner Harbor. From Senior Manager, front desk, parking valets, housekeeping and breakfast court staff these folks know how to do 'Corporate Comfort' well. Beyond simply providing a home away from home all the front desk counter staff are great go to folks for unique things that come up when you're on the road. I also like the location of this property for food, convenience, walks etc.

I've been waiting to post the review in the hopes that the hotel would actually take responsibility for damage that was done to our car that was valet parked at the hotel during our stay. They have not. My family and I stayed there during spring break. The room was fine, not outstanding, but plenty of room. Some observations: 1. They provided a cot, which had broken wood supports poking through on the bottom, but it worked fine enough. 2. Breakfast was not as good as some other Homewood Suite... Read more

We only spent one night here, but it was really a very comfortable place to stay. The staff were all very friendly, and the location is just perfect being so close to the harbor. My only slight complaint was during breakfast. This hotel is in between Inner Harbor and Fell's Point. The rooms are a bit larger than standard hotel rooms since you get a sitting area and a kitchenette. The sitting area was a little beat up. The bathroom was in perfect condition and squeaky clean. Your rate includes breakfast. I like this area because it is a city neighborhood. However, this hotel is right on President Avenue so the lobby tends to be a bit noisy and is not a good place to relax.

We stayed at HW as our family transitioned from NE to NC. During reservation this was never noted & the room wasn't set up for us. No sheets not enough towels no shampoo. Pool was reserved & unavailable for us to use. The staff was helpful to get us sheets and towels quickly, but we shouldn't have needed to interrupt the staffs work. We wanted this stay to be fun for our kids, like a mini-cation. It was not. Very disappointed.

We stayed for a long weekend while visiting my nephew and going to a football game. The room was large and comfortable and during our entire 3 days we hardly heard anyone, a quiet hotel. The first night our air conditioning was not working, and by the time we got back after dinner it was fixed and with a handwritten note apologizing. They even gave my husband extra points to his Hilton Honors account. The manager greated everyone in the morning. Will stay hear again for sure.

I've been to 49 states and 33 countries, but this was my 1st trip to Baltimore and I was pleasantly surprised by the city and the Homewood. The Good > I had a massive, upgraded room (apartment-sized) that I could have lived in. > The Inner Harbor area is very nice. > The room rate was a good value. > The Valet staff was top-notch, fast and friendly. The Bad > I couldn't figure out where to self-park, but I gave my car the Valet and it was still cheaper than parking in Portland, Seattle ... Read more

Wow! I cannot say enough about this wonderful hotel, the very polite and efficient employees, the beautiful and CLEAN room and the incredible safe, quiet and walkable location. The one thing that I must include in this is that everyone from the valet to the check-in team to the restaurant employees were incredibly polite and helpful to us ESPECIALLY DOHA! Doha went above and beyond and treated us with such compassion upon check-in. Taking a red-eye flight with an infant had worn us down and her ... Read more

A group of 11 women went to this hotel for a weekend get-a-way. We would definitely return. We had several suites, and upon checking in, there was no hassle diving the room costs into different credit cards, and they got the rooms as close together as possible. Their free breakfast is better than the normal motel free breakfast and did vary a little day to day. We arrived on a Thursday and were told about the weekday happy hour from 5-7. Free beer and wine, and the snacks were more like a meal. ... Read more

The location is perfect. A short walk from all of the main harbour area attractions, close to a walking path around the bay for those who like to jog. The rooms are huge, clean and well equipped. This hotel shares it's facilities with a Hilton garden inn, which means that it offers excellent room service, with good vegetarian choices. Good views over the city from higher levels. I would certainly stay here again.

Homewood Suites was located in the heart of the East Harbor. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The fact that there was a Starbucks in the lobby was an added bonus for my coffee addiction. The facility was extremely secure. You needed a room key to use the elevator. Coming and going. Visitors had to check in at the desk. Parking was a little pricey but competitive with the area.

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and ensured we started our days with a full tummy. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We took our 18-month-old to Baltimore for the weekend for a race and to visit the aquarium. We have learned to prioritize staying at a hotel with affordable suites so we can put the kiddo to bed early and still stay up. We were really impressed with Homewood Suites! My room had a terrible smell. ( smelled like an urine) I had to buy a disinfectant spray and though I sprayed, the smell didn't go away. The room has a kitchen but I avoid eating anything there as I lose appetite. The good thing about this hotel is that they have a very nice view from the window. Also Whole foods supermarket & CVS pharmacy are located within a block.

The location is great and the facade is impressive. But,as the saying goes, don't judge a hotel by its facade. The suites lack amenities of a suite hotel - no safe even though you are warned about the safety, no bathrobes, somewhat smelly and stale towels and sheets and the room not serviced until 3PM - and the "free" breakfast is awful. Not up to Hilton standards. With all the other choices in the area, choose somewhere else.

Let me start with the positive. Angel the Bellman was excellent. Sam at the food area was outstanding as well as the front desk clerks. I had an issue with the cleanliness of the room I was in.
