The room was extremely comfortable and with the sofa and full kitchen it was like we had our own apartment (with the benefits of cleaning service and breakfast!). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Great location-close to inner harbor as well as local restaurants and market. Shuttle service to hospitals and train station. Will definitely stay here for future visits to Baltimore.

The Home2 Suites - a basic suites (fridge, microwave, real plates, real cups, glasses, utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine) hotel with a little or new concept - a more "green" environment - over the weekend you call the front desk to "light" clean or "full" clean your room - spent little time there - if you don't call - they don't clean - no biggie spent little time there. The hotel was very clean and easy to access. I would definitely return to this Home2 Suites. Every Hilton needs a Lana Motley!!!

Nice, clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast, awesome location, close to some fantastic places to eat. Unfortunately there isn't a safe in the room, but on the up-side, there is a fully functional mini kitchen. There was also a broken bathroom fan, but the friendly and kind staff assured us it would get fixed between our stay and the next folks. The sheets and bedding were amazing.

After a weekend without house keeping service, we left the room early so it could be cleaned. When we returned, we noticed with great disappointment that the kitchen counter was dirty, they didn't vacuumed the rugs, which by the way are filthy, and the trash was still under the kitchen cabinet!!! After a week stay ( we are staying for 10 days), the sheets weren't changed and the sofa bed was half way in... Very disappointing. We had stay here before, but this will be the last.

I need to preface this review by saying that I stay in hotels somewhat regularly. If you choose a particular branch (Hilton, Best Western, Marriott, Choice Hotels, etc) you start to expect a certain level of comfort. This hotel fell well below our normal expectations and we won't be back. We pulled up to the hotel around 3:00pm. There is valet parking at this hotel, but the valet queue was full with cars and there wasn't a valet attendant dedicated to moving the cars. The front desk staff moved... Read more

I appreciated having a microwave and full sized fridge for re-heating left overs and occasionally preparing meals. I spent 9 days here, and enjoyed the large room and kitchen. Full size refrigerator and microwave were a big plus. There was a large window as well. The room seemed clean when I arrived. This is a new hotel, the room is pristine and the staff is very friendly and helpful! This is a great place to stay if you have young kids. It has a small kitchen and space to watch tv while you get ready. The bed was comfortable and the free breakfast is great!

I was thoroughly disappointed with this Hilton brand hotel. It took on average 20 minutes to get my car. The area around the hotel is not an area felt safe to walk around in. Traffic was a mess because of construction. When I asked if they had toothpaste they told me they had been out for days. I felt like this was the equivalent of a Motel 6 brand in the city.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and directly across from Mercy Hospital entrance, easy walk. Front Desk staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Could not have been better. View from room was a plus, great view of the city. Near Baltimore Basilica/RC Cathedral

Great room! Spacious, clean, comfortable. A must stay. Best price in town. Top notch Hilton chain as always. Will stay longer next time. Loved the kitchen. Loved the living room space, large bathroom.

I really want to love this place, but can't. The positives are that it is clean and the rooms are large. But a series of things happened that ruined it. 1] The refrigerator woke me by making strange noises during the night. I posted a video on facebook and people thought it was a robotic frog. I called the front desk and he said maintenance was not available, he would reset a breaker, but no offers to switch refrigerators or rooms. The next day maintenance switched the fridge out. 2] It is... Read more

First impression was that the hotel was down at heel. Extensive building works across the road didn't help. The reception staff were very friendly but the breakfast was mediocre and the rooms felt low budget. If you can get a room at a discount rate that's fine but if not there are better options available.

traveling into town I was able to get a room and check in early on very short notice. The staff was great, helping a couple of us in any way they could. For the price and accommodations I couldn't have been more pleased.

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk receptionist was extremely nice. She printed off a schedule for me for the trains to take to DC the next day. they have a free breakfast and a shuttle driver can take you short distances for free as well.

This hotel is attempting to be trendy and chic bit totally misses the mark. There is a bad odor in the common areas and the lobby furniture is stained. The breakfast is unpredictable not knowing what will be available each morning and too many carb options. The front desk was friendly though.

Improve breakfast and Internet speed to make long stays an excellent experience and make this hotel as an first choice. The rest of the service is very good, comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel location is also very good, has many restaurants around, only 15 mins walking to Harbor area.

We have stayed at this hotel every six months for three years and are always greeted by a friendly staff who gladly provide assistance whenever needed. Their shuttle service to and from Johns Hopkins Hospital is a major convenience and eliminates having to fight traffic as well as parking woes. The accommodations are great for overnight or a few days and the rooms are spacious enough to let you stretch out and relax, or you can make a snack or cook a meal. If you prefer to dine out, there are se... Read more

I had surgery scheduled at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore. This Home2 had patient discounts(Just call ahead). We stayed there for 3 weeks total. They have a kitchen and all the supplies needed to cook meals. They also offer free shuttle to the hospitals 24 hours a day and had wheelchairs for people like me. If you are staying in Baltimore for medical reasons, then this is the perfect hotel! It's reasonably priced, clean, convenient location, and very handicapped friendly! The only complaint I hav... Stayed at this hotel with my wife the night before her surgery at Mercy Hospital. The hospital is located across the street. There was construction going on so we choose to drive over. They do offer a shuttle over if you choose. The hotel offers a hospital rate as well as a discount on parking for hospital guests. Now the room was nice and had all amenities that we needed. There was a staff mess up, they gave us a different room than I had picked since I am a Hilton honors member. I woke up to s... Read more

In most respects, this is a very good hotel. Only a couple of issues. One is that the internet service was not very good. A second is that access to the hotel, given its location on a narrow side street (on a steep hill), is poor. The rooms are nice and generally clean. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Staff was incredible and the place was clean and nice, however, the bed was the WORST I'd ever attempted to sleep on. This is why I gave the place an average...had the bed been comfortable, I'd have given them an excellent.

The 2 young ladies that checked my family in 11/3 and helped us through 11/4 were friendly, kind and went above my expectations. Unfortunately the continental breakfast service was horrible. My family, who came in from Ohio, said they ran out of most of the food prior to the 10 AM ending time on Friday and Saturday. Then on Sunday, 11/6 my new mother-in-law found mold on the breakfast sandwich she went to eat. There was also an issue with house keeping cleaning the elevator and hall after so... Read more

I stayed at this hotel in October for a work event, I accidently left my tablet on the bed, I realized on my way home and immediately call the hotel since I was still not too far away. I spoke to the front desk they told me they did find it and that she would mail it out for me either on her way home or the next morning and would call me back to confirm the delivery. We chose this place because the hotels closer to the Inner Harbor were way more expensive. It was under a mile away, and my husband and I were able to walk down to the harbor with no issue. Staff was great. Room was very clean. Kitchenette included everything you could need. My only complaint is parking, but that goes for the entire Inner Harbor area - not just this hotel. Street parking is hard to get and is metered so you need to feed them all the time. Lots are around, but will cost yo... Read more

Direct TV flat screen. Hot breakfast with good choice and spacious breakfast area.
