The room was extremely comfortable and with the sofa and full kitchen it was like we had our own apartment (with the benefits of cleaning service and breakfast!). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Great location-close to inner harbor as well as local restaurants and market. Shuttle service to hospitals and train station. Will definitely stay here for future visits to Baltimore.

Modern hotel that was clean. The breakfast was sufficient (oatmeal, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, waffles, etc.). The coffee was extremely weak - needs improvement. We walked to the Inner Harbor from the hotel - it was safe and pleasant. Wifi is slow.

The Home2 Suites - a basic suites (fridge, microwave, real plates, real cups, glasses, utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine) hotel with a little or new concept - a more "green" environment - over the weekend you call the front desk to "light" clean or "full" clean your room - spent little time there - if you don't call - they don't clean - no biggie spent little time there. Hotel in a central location (Mt Vernon area) - not far from inner harbor and surrounded by restaurants, churches, and a h... Read more

This hotel is a great place for flipping at the end of a long day, sleeping, and leaving for another busy day. Not a place to hang out for a long time,. Locates downhill from a busy hip street with restaurants and bars.

Lana Motley, the Front Office Manager was so incredibly welcoming and sweet. I travel a great deal on business and Lana knows how to make a guest feel special. She went above and beyond to accommodate my requests with a cheerful attitude and always a smile on her face. She provide exceptional customer service to say the least. The hotel was very clean and easy to access. I would definitely return to this Home2 Suites. Every Hilton needs a Lana Motley!!!

Nice, clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast, awesome location, close to some fantastic places to eat. Unfortunately there isn't a safe in the room, but on the up-side, there is a fully functional mini kitchen. There was also a broken bathroom fan, but the friendly and kind staff assured us it would get fixed between our stay and the next folks. The sheets and bedding were amazing.

After a weekend without house keeping service, we left the room early so it could be cleaned. When we returned, we noticed with great disappointment that the kitchen counter was dirty, they didn't vacuumed the rugs, which by the way are filthy, and the trash was still under the kitchen cabinet!!! After a week stay ( we are staying for 10 days), the sheets weren't changed and the sofa bed was half way in... Very disappointing. We had stay here before, but this will be the last.

I need to preface this review by saying that I stay in hotels somewhat regularly. If you choose a particular branch (Hilton, Best Western, Marriott, Choice Hotels, etc) you start to expect a certain level of comfort. This hotel fell well below our normal expectations and we won't be back. We pulled up to the hotel around 3:00pm. There is valet parking at this hotel, but the valet queue was full with cars and there wasn't a valet attendant dedicated to moving the cars. The front desk staff moved... Read more

Rooms were clean, smelled clean, good size. Check in staff was hands down the most friendly staff ever. Valet parking was easy. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just ok but there was enough options to keep everyone happy. But def more continental than hot.

but a reasonably comfortable place to stay for 9 nights (especially given our special rate) My room was enormous and well designed in terms of use of space. I appreciated having a microwave and full sized fridge for re-heating left overs and occasionally preparing meals. There were adequate plug-ins for electronics at the desk AND beside the bed (something that few hotels have bothered with). There was also plenty of drawer space and space above the desk for storing things. The bed was comfo... Read more

I spent 9 days here, and enjoyed the large room and kitchen. Full size refrigerator and microwave were a big plus. There was a large window as well. The room seemed clean when I arrived. But I did find housekeeping services sparse throughout my stay. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to Inner Harbor, and close to a large grocery store. The staff was very friendly, and made me feel at home there.

We stayed at this hotel for first time and will most likely return due to friendly staff, kitchenette in room, and convenience. Darnell, who ran the ship for breakfast, did an amazing job keeping the show going among sleepy and quite frankly inconsiderate guests. He was patient and efficient and stayed kind even when others were not. The front desk always said hello and were helpful in several instances. Great little hotel for those seeking a getaway. The location was a little bit away from where we really wanted to be, but that's not the hotels fault. We found the hotel to be clean, quiet and the staff to be attentive as well as engaging. Plus there's a little Irish Pub about 50 yds up the street with good food, solid beer selection and live music. Great weekend all in all... except that the Orioles won 2 of 3 against my Angels.

I've stayed here multiple times and have reviewed it before with 5-circle ratings. This time, though, I really felt they should fire the vendor who did their laundry. Immediately after I checked in, I noticed large stains and hair on the sheet. I peeled back the cover and found more hair. Assuming they change the linens when a guest checks out, there's something wrong with the way they wash their linens. I asked for a set of clean linens, and they brought it up right away, but there were hair o... Read more
