This is my 3rd time going to hopkins, we love this place because of the free shuttle. Everyone is happy and helpful. The breakfast is clean and they do have soy milk (I am allergic to lactose) great varieties for a free breakfast. Better than I hop :) Try the fresh pancake with walnut and honey ;)

Your kindness and care while my father was in Johns Hopkins will forever be appreciated. He was there for three weeks, the shuttle service, the kindness in working with the constant changes in length of stay made the whole ordeal less stressful. The room was always clean, the breakfast continent and the shuttle drivers were so kind

This Holiday Inn Express has a lovely lobby, walking distance to downtown and Inner Harbor, and a parking lot next door. One caveat, the parking is first come first serve, so on a busy or late night you may not get a spot. Completely comfortable and just minutes away from many major sights. The hot breakfast is ample with sausage, eggs, signature cinnamon rolls and much more. Even though we did not use it, the free shuttle is a great perk in a city where parking can be a problem unless you u... Read more

This Holiday Inn Express keeps me coming back year after year. The room is spacious and comfortable. But it is the helpful staff that really stands out. Tina and Erika always greeted myself and friends with smiles the four days we stayed there. Klint and JR were also very friendly as my friends came in and out of the hotel throughout the night. Highly recommended!

(Shout out to JR and Tina our shuttle drivers and the front desk clerks . WICKED OUTSTANDING ! )Will stay here again.

We had a short stay for a concert at Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. The hotel is great - friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms and an abundant included breakfast. We used the free shuttle to the concert hall, which was great. The hotel is very convenient to many major sites, including Inner Harbor. The only negative is the hotel neighborhood, which borders on rundown and seedy. Lots of street loitering. This is unfortunately too common in Baltimore now, so maybe this hotel's situation is ... The shuttle go to and from the hospital. Leaves on the hour pick up one half hour. They also go to the inner harbor same schedule. A lot of people use this hotel who go to the hospital. Ideal location just a ten minute walk from the lovely harbour. One of the best Holiday Inn Express's I've stayed in. Fabulous reception room. The building was an old bank and some of the historic features have been preserved. Bedrooms were just fine. The breakfast was pretty good with hot and cold fare. Parking was $15 which was reasonable compared to other accomadation's in Baltimore. Lastly excellent helpful service at reception from Aude.

My church traveled to Baltimore and we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. What a great choice! The hotel is beautiful! Our room was over sized with lots of windows. Since it was a renovated bank, it has tons of character. The hotel staff was nothing less than helpful. Tina Hubbard handled our reservations and everything was complete when we arrived. Rooms were nice and clean and beds were super comfy. The shuttle took us to the harbor, where there are lots and lots of eateries. We will ... Read more

We had a one night stay in Baltimore as part of a surprise road-trip that my partner booked for us. He always makes great choices and our stay in Baltimore was one of those. We parked in the hotel car park and checking in was hassle-free. I didn't catch his name but the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is lovely and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only reason for my 4 stars and not 5 is location. It is convenient due to it's walking... Read more

Stayed here with my father as I attended a rehabilitation program at John's Hopkins for an injury. The hotel staff was beyond helpful and genuinely enjoyed assisting guests. Room was clean & nice. Fitness center was great to get in an AM workout. Breakfast was great each morning. The hotel shuttle was very helpful in getting around the city especially with my injury. Highly recommend and I will look to stay here again - primarily because of the staff!

The hotel was great with very warm and helpful staff! Wonderful location and very safe. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful, especially on the days they had it open till 12:00pm. Led a group of teens who thoroughly enjoyed the facility.

The front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. They seem to work as a team. I have stayed at many Holiday Inns, however, this location has exemplary employees. The shuttle service to Johns Hopkins hospital was a real plus. All drivers were very helpful. Tina and Erika were extremely pleasant and caring. Their genuine concern was really appreciated. I highly recommend this location.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is even better! They have a complimentary shuttle that is super easy to use. The rooms are so spacious. Be careful of how your gps gets you to the hotel. We drove late at night through some rough areas because of our WAZE app. It was not the hotel's fault, it was ours! Rixa was a welcome face late at night with a great personality and so very helpful. This is a great hotel, we would stay again if we were in town!!!

The hotel from the inside is beautiful. Not fond of the location in that it is a little dark and seedy at night. The hotel can't control that but all the same it is off putting. The rooms are extremely clean and up to date. The service. I wasn't wowed. None of the agents I came in contact with were very friendly. In fact the housekeeping staff were the ones who were polite and friendly. This is the only reason why I didn't rate the hotel a 5.
