My wife and I stayed here for an overnight, from the moment we arrived we were treated fantastic. The desk clerk Susan was absolutely fantastic, and ensured we were satisfied and knew about all the hotel had to offer, and was very professional in her customer service. She offered local information and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I were traveling from NC, we enjoyed ourselves at the nearby casino and the front desk guy Leon was very helpful with directions and friendly and always pleasant each time we walked by. The breakfast was good *included* and was even out early before 630 which was a plus since we are early risers.

At the time I was to book a room, I had a personal tragedy occur. I was a bit overwhelmed. Instead of showing patience and kindness, the male at the desk--before the overnight shift change, was brash. When I was sitting, he did not ask me if there was any way that he could help me. His tone was rude and aggressive. Even as other persons required his assistance, I listened to him be unprofessional toward them, in body affect and in speech. As I continued to tend to my tragedy the overnight(I assu... Read more

Very nice hotel; this location was very clean and had a great breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Take advantage of the free shuttle to the stadium but be sure to sign up in advance at the front desk. A bit noisy due to being right in the city but had no trouble sleeping. The casino is very convenient being located right across the street from the hotel.

I stayed with my family to see Baltimore and catch an Orioles game. The outside of the hotel looks nice but the inside is just fair. The rooms are average at best with doors that don't close all the way, a small bathroom and mattresses that seem pretty worn. Some of the staff were friendly and some not so much. Walking distance to the game which is nice, although the area on the way to the game was a little sketchy.

This is a nice refurbished hotel across from the Horseshoe Casino. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They have a shuttle to the Inner Harbor and other nearby locations and cabs are readily available. The rooms were plain but clean and well maintained and the HVAC worked fine. The drawback to the hotel is no restaurant. There is a pick up breakfast which is fair. Other than that overpriced snacks are available. There is food at the casino which is a short walk and we ordered in by delive... Read more

Our family stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. The staff, especially Melenie, made sure we had an enjoyable experience. The accommodations were nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and the variety of food was nice. We really loved the free shuttle service that was provided by the hotel. We were dropped off and picked up promptly. We had use of the hospitality suite on the 4th floor during our stay and we were pleased that the room was cleaned and garbage removed every d... Read more

Left casino at 9:45 Sat night so could go back to room to watch Bill Maher, who I love. TV was parental control blocked for HBO, anything not PG or PG 13. Needed a code to unblock. Called down to front desk. "If it's blocked we want it to be blocked, you can't see it.". Wow. I'm 66 years old and the Holiday Inn is schooling me what I am allo... Read more

When you arrive they have more than enough parking spaces to park while you register. Make sure you know your license plate when you come in. When we came in, the lobby was exceptional clean and well maintained. The front desk was friendly. After giving the clerk your lic plate number, you get a tag to hand on your car. The room key also opens the gate to the lot. We parked and then went to our room. I was presently surprised how nice the room was. The room was clean, and also well maintai... Read more

The location is fantastic and is a shuttle ride to the Inner Harbor, take in the sites, a meal, walk to Federal Hill ‚?¶ The staff is very accommodating, friendly and engaging. There shuttles picks up from the Baltimore Aquarium and you are within walking distance to many attractions like Camden Yards, M & T Stadium, Horseshoe Casino, Hamburg St Light Rail, University of Maryland Medical campus, and of course the Inner Harbor. There is also park nearby, Greyhound Buses,a nd you just try Royal Farms Fried Chicken!!

I was told by the front desk that instead of me doing the laundry myself (free of charge) using their 2nd floor washer and dryer, the hotel can do this service free of charge for me. There was nothing for me to sign just between me and the person at the front desk. When the laundry came back, they charged me $50 and the person at the front desk changed his story to protect his job. This is obvious. I stayed one night just to go to Camden Yards. I couldnt tell from the various maps and articles how close the hotels were so I picked this one for the free shuttle. Well, let me tell you that the shuttle was dirty and smelled heavily of smoking. If I knew how close Hampton Inn was to the game (it was across the street), I would have gone there. The only good thing about my stay was that the bed was unusually comfortable. The toiletries were by Bath and Body Works. The wiki worked in the room. I... Read more

If you are looking for a hotel close to the Horseshoe casino this one is right next door. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. They have a shuttle that will take you to the inner harbor, unfortunately it only runs until 7:00 so if you want to go there for dinner you have to drive or take a cab back. The pool is outdoor. The breakfast in the morning is what you expect from HIE.

My wife and I stayed here prior to a cruise from Baltimore. Clean, bright and located near to the dock. Free shuttle drop off and pick up at the dock. A nice hot breakfast was included. It was about ten dollars cheaper to stay here then to just park at the dock. This hotel was also next to the horseshoe casino. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. After our cruise, our car was in perfect condition when we returned to the hotel. We will stay here again.
