We went to Baltimore for graduation (Johns Hopkins). You cannot beat the location of this Hilton Garden Inn. It is in the Inner Harbor within walking distance (a little less than a mile) of Fells Point, the Aquarium, and other attractions. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with good customer service. There is no in-room safe, so don't leave any valuables in the room. Another thing I really liked is that it's next to a fitness center, and hotel guests are granted complimentary acce... Read more

We went for a weekend getaway in Baltimore. We love the Harbor East area, and the hotel location was great. It's not directly on the harbor, but still in the heart of where we wanted to be. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms where a little small, but we didn't spend much time in there, so it was ok.

As a Hilton Honors member, I was able to check-in on line the night before. When I arrived 3:30PM, my selected room was not available and I was given a similar room on a higher floor. The check-in was very easy and it was nice to receive a couple of bottles of water. The room was very clean and the temperature was comfortable. There was a small frig and microwave in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Hotel was centrally located. A short, safe walk to everything the Inner Harbor has to offer. Room bathroom and closet are a little tough to negotiate due to their placement. Other than that the room was fine. Stayed with my wife and 2 kids. Staff was very helpful too.

There is a Whole Foods, a CVS and lots of harbor attractions within an easy walking distance of the property, as well as the eclectic Fell's Point area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed the night in the Inner Harbor, before heading out of BWI the following morning. We selected the HGI Inner Harbor, because we usually stay at HGI in any city, and have come to expect a brand consistency from every hotel we stay in. The location is very convenient and in safe walking distance to many Baltimore gems: the Inner Harbor, Harbor East, Little Italy, and Fell's Point. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were in Baltimore for business and we wanted to stay near the water front. We decided to stay at this Hilton for that reason. The check-in & out went fast & smooth. The staff is very friendly with smiles. Our room was great. It was a good size, clean and a nice view of the water. It was easy to walk to many restaurants & bars. It is in a nice section of the city. The next time we are in Baltimore we would definitely stay here again.

It's in a great location in Fells Point, walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars and the waterfront promenade. You can do it all from this location. The rooms are new and clean with great views higher up. You get to use the huge Maryland Athletic Club as your gym too. There's tons to do and you wont' need your car the entire time!

Stayed here with my son and we went to a concert at pier six pavilion. Close walk and nice area. Lots of food choices. Only draw back is that I would have liked more Air conditioning. They regulate it I guess for energy efficiency but I like it cold and for some reason we couldn't get it cold. Hotel is nice and staff was friendly. Would stay here again if in Baltimore.

Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor is a great place to stay in Baltimore. The hotel is located on the East Harbor right in the heart of things with the Italian district restaurants close by and all the quaint shops and restaurants of Fells Pointe nearby too. UnderArmour's flagship store is a half a block away. The hotel's staff is great - attentive, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable. We were greeted by the Valet who announced there was a broken water main in the same block as the hotel and service had been interrupted. She said that hotel management was rallying to get rooms for all of their guests in local nearby hotels. Nice, clean, convenient place to stay. Very courteous staff - very helpful and friendly. The only problem was, despite a 12pm check-out time, they didn't have any rooms available to check-in until 2pm, despite our wanting to be over at Camden Yards for an afternoon baseball game. So we ended up having to store our bags after changing clothes in a bathroom. It then took them way to long to just get us our keys after the game was over - very inefficient. Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor location as we were passing through to DC and just didn't want to miss on beautiful Baltimore inner harbor, and it sure was worth it starting with the hotel. The hotel's location is very good for visiting the Inner Harbor or working in or near downtown Baltimore. Lot's of great food options in the surrounding area, or you can eat at the hotel. The staff for the most point got things right. However, if you get there during a busy time or ask them to multi-task, things can be overlooked. Highly recommend this venue!
