The staff was amazing, the room was big and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were celebrating my mother-in-laws birthday and the receptionist gave her a $50 voucher to use in the restaurant. The food was very good!

Nice place, got HH App but still had to go to front desk and check in w/masses. Parking was not free, despite being told twice that it was. It is a very nice place overall and would look into staying there again.

Hotel is in a fantastic location just a stones throw from Camden Yards and walking distance to the Inner Harbor. I would've ranked this hotel higher had we not experienced plumbing issues in the bathroom. The toilet overflowed and it took maintenance over an hour and a half to fix the problem. It was right before putting our toddler to bed. We had to wait so long and my daughter was crying because this greatly delayed putting her down. Not only did the toilet overflow but the shower didn't drain... Read more

Upon check in the receptionist was very accommodating in every way possible. She was patient with detailed instructions on directions, parking details, meals, computer usage and than to top it all off a free bottle of water. Our room was quiet best night sleep I could remember in a hotel room on a Friday pre-Preakness night ever. We will be back next year!

I work for a Hilton property in New York and from the moment I got on the phone with the Front Desk Manager Mr. Brad Medley, he made my brothers stay more pleasurable. His finesse and passion was something amazing to hear. I really appreciate the wonderful professional staff you all have. I hope to visit you all soon. Thank you for giving Hilton a great reputation!

I requested an early check in and since it's not guaranteed, I was told to call a day before and the day of to check in to see if it would be available for an early check in. I called and it was confirmed. Upon arrival, it was not ready and it was not ready even at regular check in time. We were told that we will receive a text message once it is ready. Four hours of sitting in the main lobby with luggage, no text and no room. When approaching the front desk to follow up, they said we will text ... Read more

Modern hilton, nice entrance and great rooms. Amazing location, only a few blocks away from the pier. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed, great pressure shower. Good internet. And the best part: you can watch the oriols game live from a treadmill!

We had so many problems with this hotel. There was the ridiculously long wait to check in only to find out that one of our rooms wasn't quite ready. The hotel was overcrowded and the staff was ill-prepared for the volume it was experiencing. The pool and hot tub are both too small for a hotel this size. The rooms did not come with a sufficient amount of towels, pillows, blankets and, most importantly, toilet paper. The one good thing about this hotel is that it really is as close to Camden ... Very good hotel but some of the from desk staff have issues. The pictures in the elavator show that there would be hot breakfast yet only continental is given. One day in the stay the room was not cleaned and I had to ask for the service from the front desk.

Stayed downtown Baltimore for the Preakness horse race at pimilico. The hotel was easy to get to, and was the quality you expect from Hilton. The staff was friendly and they allowed us to check in early with no charge. We had Zero issues. We had a room overlooking the harbor on the 9th floor. Short walk to restaurants, and we felt safe.

Have been here several times on business conferences. The staff is very mindful and extremely helpful. Food service here is excellent. Parking is good (but can be expensive but it is downtown so is expected). Next to Camden yard and on Pratt street so a very good location.....

Traveling through Baltimore on a road trip & stopped to see the Yankees play the Orioles. Chose the Hilton for its proximity to Camden yards - short walk across the street, perfect! Nice, quiet, cool, & clean room. Bed & bedding were super comfortable. Bathroom was clean & modern. Mild general wear & tear, but nothing that couldn't be overlooked. The only 2 negatives were the slightly rude staff member who checked me in (it's not always what you say, but how you say it) & the hotel room ... Read more

This hotel is located about 4 blocks from the inner harbor, and the baseball stadium is right behind it. I was here for a conference and it's a wonderful facility. If you are a Hilton hhonors member and have their app on your smart phone you can check in from your phone, select you room the day before, and use your smartphone to unlock your room, no keys needed. If you want a view of the harbor make sure you have a room on the 10th floor or above. Wifi is free for hhonors members.

I was extremely disappointed with the executive lounge. I made a special point to book a room with this benefit after being told that the block of conference rooms that had been reserved for our conference were all booked. I figured what I would save in food $ would off set the higher price room rate. Well, I was definitely wrong! The lounge hours must have changed from what was posted on the wall and on the lounge card because the lounge was either not open or food not being served. The benefit... Read more

This hotel is the perfect location for going to any of the stadiums in the area and only a few minute drive to the National Aquarium and the pier. Overall, it was your standard Hilton, however, the outlets didn't seem to work (some of them, not all) and the air conditioning was set to 63 but never got below 67 in the room. I only stayed one night, and even though there were 600 people checking in and out each day, the staff was extremely friendly and check-in/out was very smooth. Overall, nic... Read more

We stayed here on a Saturday night prior to a Sunday O's game we were attending. For a Saturday night, overlooking Camden Yards, the price couldn't be beat. The room was clean and very nice. The 4th floor has a terrace overlooking Camden Yards where we and other guests watched the Saturday night game. We booked a room on the executive level, which included evening drinks and apps which we unfortunately missed and breakfast in the morning. This is a very good hotel - located in the heart of the city - a few steps from Camden Yards and a few blocks from the Inner Harbor. But we just had the best experience from the Concierge staff. Not only did they make very good, thoughtful recommendations, when they learned that this weekend was my wife's birthday - they went way out of their way to make her stay special. And the housekeeping staff were top-notch. Also went out of their way to make the weekend special. Very well done, Hilto... Read more

The hotel is in a nice location, Baltimore Maryland. You can see Camden Yards from the pool and porch area. The staff seems a little disinterested and bothered. We stayed on the executive floor and the lounge was nice. the lounge closes at 9 am in the morning on the weekends. we were there on Monday the 4th of July and thought it would stay open until 10 as it does on the weekends, however it closed at 9 am, rather abruptly.

When I booked this hotel, I didn't realize how close the Orioles park really is: across the street! I stayed on the 17th floor in an odd numbered room, so I had a view from my room. If I had been closer to the elevators, I would have had an unobstructed view of home plate. The fitness center is very nice with a great view of the park. We chose a busy weekend to go to Baltimore. The Angels were in town to play three games against the Orioles (we went to see Mike Trout play) and BronyCon was at the convention center. When we arrived at 7PM there were no parking attendants available to take our car. My husband needed to chase one down only to find out that there were no valet spots available and that he would have to drive around to find a self park spot. I stayed here on business, traveling from the west coast. I accidentally dropped my diamond earring behind the TV console and panicked. Quenton Towns in Engineering came up quickly, moved the very heavy console, and helped me get my earring. He even broke his watch from the move. He was so nice and helpful. Wonderful staff. I told the manager, Alex, how great he had been. I would stay here again based on the great service. Thank you! And please give Quenton an award or bonus! Dana

I hate that I have to write this, having stayed at this property many times before, I have come to expect Hilton standards, this is NOT what I experienced. My chief complaint was with the room, and one front desk gal who should not represent Hilton by any means. Only one working TV on treadmills, stains on carpet in room, musty smell in hallway and multiple fans blowing on floor in hallway which made me wonder if I got the worst room. Executive lounge was not worth the price - very disappointing.

Proximity and access to the convention center is this hotels only redeeming quality. First the good............ The best feature of this property is a very efficient elevator system. Nice lobby. Nice walk to convention center without having to go outside. Employees are happy to work here, from receptionists to concierges, housekeeping, and doormen. Upgraded rooms overlook outfield all the way to home base of Oriole Park at Camden Yards Now the bad........ Dirty carpet in our room. Every ... Read more

I arrived at the Hilton late in the evening after two flights and was pleased to be greeted by the front desk staff promptly and warmly. The representative gave me my key and room assignment, confirmed my three-night stay, and I believed all was well. I ordered a light room service meal which arrived in a timely manner. Then, the trouble began. Another guest appeared at the door saying that she had been assigned the room. I informed her that I had just checked in; she went back to the front desk... Read more

This is my favorite hotel in Baltimore. The staff is so nice and helpful. Ask for a room overlooking Camden Yards. The location is perfect. It's in walking distance to the Inner Harbor and the light rail train is very close.

I recently stayed at your hotel attending a convention. I have to say my stay was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and I received excellent service. I wanted to especially point out your bartender in the lounge. I believe his name was Larry. He was absolutely phenomenal. He gave such personal attention to myself and my coworkers. I would recommend your hotel in the future and look forward to returning.

This property is very nice and clean! I experience no issues while staying there, the local shuttle is located directly in front of the hotel making it easy to get to the harbor. Parking is quite expensive however it is safe. Several of my friends stayed at other local hotels and posted many pictures of dead insects.

From the moment my wife and I drove up to the front door to the moment we left four days later, we were treated like family (or royalty, take your choice) with warmth from ALL employees. On a scale of 1 to 10, we grade the experience at 100 for the four days.

I recently spent a weekend with friends in Baltimore. We stayed at the Hilton right next to Camden Yards. The hotel seems newer, and everything is very clean and updated. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Showers/bathrooms are very nice! The location of this hotel is perfect. It is seated next to Camden Yards and is a nice walk to the harbor. You can see the convention center out the windows on one side - Camden Yards off another side. We walked to the Federal Hill area - how adorable!! An... Read more

Scheduled a meet up with friends here for a weekend ballgame. Arrived at 3 to find no one out front to help navigate parking unloading, etc. We travel with two mobility scooters and have handicapped parking license. Finallly a concierge came out to tell me there was no parking of any kind available including valet and sent me to another hotel for parking, but they had none either. Back to Hilton who then sent me to another entrance for parking, but the street was closed off. After two hours... Read more

I stayed here for one night with my partner for a date night. We did not use the hotel restaurant, we went out to dinner. We came back and wanted to chill in the hot tub before they closed at 10pm. There was a kid's party going on so we only stayed for about 10 minutes. The room was nice and comfortable. We could see the ballpark from our room. I wish the room had a soaker tub. This is a fairly modern hotel near the convention center in downtown Baltimore. It is also near the Inner Harbor. The exercise center and pool, along with half of the rooms in the hotel overlook Oriole Park at Camden Yards, which is this hotel's nicest asset. It is also close to the convention center and has a 2nd story skyway that connects to it. The service here is poor. An excellent 5 star full service hotel. Frendly staff. Good security. The area is surrounded by mid quality bars, which is OK if this is why you're here, but it can bring out the seedy side of people. The Hotel makes up with access to the Inner Harbor 3 block away by means of enclosed elevated walkways, good feature. Parking fee way to high. No parking discount for guests.

Excellent hotel, services at a high level. You should be careful before sending shops made by internet. You will be charged per box by UPS that manages the reception of those boxes. Other than that everything New and shinny. No complaints, other than that I spent $85 Just to retrieve what I bought through the internet and had sent to the hotel.

Front desk staff was very friendly but I didn't feel like my complaints would be acknowledged or would matter to them. They were much more welcoming and friendly to my husband than myself. Room service was sub-par, thermostat in room was hard to control, maid service threw away my medication on the second day so I had to walk to a CVS to get more. Pool was freezing cold and could not be enjoyed. Loved the location but we will probably find a different hotel next time we visit Baltimore.

I stayed her for a conference for work. The rooms are nothing special, average. I was surprised that there were no refrigerators in the rooms. I've never been to a hotel that does not have one. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The concierge was EXCELLENT! They truly went above and beyond! I wouldn't pick this place if I was traveling for pleasure, but for business it was ok.

The room was big with a kingsize bed, very comfortable and clean (though the arm chair's upholstery was worn out and needed a redo) with a big and modern bathroom (which needed more attention by the cleaning staff- there was a lot of hair in the tub and the wall if the tub), and with a great view over the new stadium.
