The hotel is amazing!!! The room was so comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and kind. I had no issues with anything and slept like a baby on the king sized bed. My husband and I very much enjoyed our honeymoon at this hotel!

I stayed here for business I had up at APG. It's not that far of a drive but this location is right near retail and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast, well, it's a Hampton Inn so it's just so so.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a king room. It was smaller than expected when we've been there before. But it was clean, which is my main criteria! The bed was pretty comfortable! Quiet hotel near great shopping and restaurants. The Inner Harbor is a short ride away. Take the back way, Route 150 off Rt. 95 S. Go through Fells Point, not to be missed. Plenty places to park. Use the water taxi around the harbor all day for one price. Fun.

There are many hotels to choose from, but, if you want a consistent high quality experience, choose Hampton Inns. Their rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The grounds are well maintained and the breakfast is fabulous. The rates are good and fair, but if you consider the quality of the stay, the rates are cheap. Hampton Inns get it right.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn along with family and friends to attend a weeding. It was nice that our group could all stay at the same hotel. The hotel was great and the service was too. A good stay and a fun weekend.

A standard Hampton Inn near I-95 and the Baltimore beltway in the White Marsh shopping mall area. Location is very good. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. Rooms with odd numbers are on the side of the hotel away from I-95 making them quieter.

Breakfast and location were great. Broken treadmill. Broken internet. Broken lock on door. Small issues but frustrating given we paid $364 for a two-night stay. Why is there a minimum of 200 characters? This is silly. Just post it already. Have a nice day. Are we there yet?

New facility in growing area. Adequate choice of area restaurants. Excellent staff and friendly personal service made our stay a pleasure. Good breakfast and on the go snack bags were available. Clean room and comfortable bed. Definitely would return.

Staying at Hamptons all over the U.S. I am accustomed to a certain caliber of hotel. This Hampton was rather sub-par with dirty (actually disgusting) carpets, peeling paint from the bathroom ceiling, and sheets that would not stay on the bed. Hotel is clean and very convenient to White Marsh Mall and interstate. Have stayed there twice on way to Lancaster, PA and it is a nice stop with lots of restaurants around it. very satisfied with hotel.

Upon arrival we were told they could see the reservation in the computer but the digital check in had not posted our requested room number. There was one close to it but they had to see when it would be ready and someone would check right away. The hotel is located near many restaurants and a shopping mall just outside Baltimore. Very easy access to the 95 freeway. The rooms were very clean with a good clean air conditioner. Slight delay in checking in. Bathtub/shower drain was slow. Rooms and public areas were clean .... except the floor at the breakfast area was very sticky. Overall, it was a nice stay, nothing super special, but comfortable. Room window faced I-95, vehicle traffic woke me up on several occasions.

I stayed at this hotel as a HHonors member and was never recognized for it. The rooms were clean, but missing key amenities - micro and Fridge. Even after asking for them, we could never get the Fridge to work. The breakfast eggs were lumpy scrambled eggs by anyone's standards. The beds were every comfortable, as always. Over priced!

we chose this hotel because of the Hilton Honors rewards program & got a great deal on the room. We all slept comfortable & it even had a mini fridge, a full sink (no microwave), a pull out sofa bed, which my son loved (he didn't have to share a bed with his baby sister!) And we also saved $$ with the continental breakfast. We would stay here again.

The hotel was extremely clean, welcoming and the staff's customer service was like good old fashion customer service that used to be provided commonly and is now rare to find. I would recommend this hotel to someone in the future. We were there for a team game but was pleasantly surprised with the area and the choices for dining, shopping and activities.

We spent the night prior to our departure and left our vehicle there instead of long term parking. Upon our return the courtesy van driver Damien was polite and prompt in picking us up from the airport. I would recommend the service and the inn.

This hotel seems to have a lot of transient people staying here! Drinking and smoking by the pool area don't seem to leave the hotel at all! Carpet in our room was dirty! Right by noisy interstate! We will not stay here again!

All was good except wishing there was the option of 2 queen beds instead of full beds. The room was clean, comfortably cooled. The breakfast was fresh and adequate with several choices. Hot coffee in the lobby was a nice touch all day.

This hotel is OK for a short stay and was close to both shops and restaurants.. The two disappointing issues we had were the smell of both pets on the ground floor rooms and smoking rooms on the top floor. Over booking of rooms is also an issue..

Have had very nice experiences at Hampton Inn in the past. Stay was OK, and outside pool/and BBQ are need some clean up. Rooms were slightly above average. Over all price compared to 4 other stays this summer was high. Would select another Hampton inn or Hilton property if available next time.

watery eggs and super sweet artificial orange juice for breakfast, artificial fiber bedding, super slow internet is just the beginning. Staff are poorly trained, couldn't find my reservation and amenities such as bottled water, included at most hotels these days as complimentary here have a service charge. Won't stay at a Hampton again.

We stayed in the hotel the night before my friends wedding. The check in/out process was easy, the rooms were very clean, the lobby was nice and the location is superb. There are several restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly.

Stayed at Hampton Inn Baltimore/White Marsh the weekend of July 9-10. We used the Hilton app and booked a one bedroom suit. Upon arrival, we were told that they were overbooked and all the large king rooms were taken. When I asked for full refund and compensation, they suddenly found a suite and offered it to us. Location is good-near interstate and a nice mall with shops and restaurants. The upkeep and state of hotel could use some work. The toilet paper holder broken throughout the stay along with ill fitting bottom bed sheets that came undone throughout the night.Both issues reported to housekeeping without resolution. Bathroom showing it's age with moldy tub caulking and dirty grout.

Staff was great, beds were hard and creaky, loud noise that went on for hours like a horn coming from the ventilation may be? Kept the family from sleeping, ants on the walls in the breakfast area.. gross, place sucked! Staff was the only good thing. I'm an hhoners member and a Marriott rewards member and I think in the future I'm just going to stay with the Marriott brand. To many bad experiences with Hilton.

Very clean! Stac was great, courteous, and accommodating. Checking In and checking out was swift. Bed and comforter very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very fulfilling, with mini omelettes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, toast and bagels, fruit, yogurt and juices. Staff helped us with info on restaurants, shuttles, etc. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and it was in a very good area.

The best part of the Hampton Inn at White Marsh is their caring staff. Each of the two days we stayed here we were greeted with "hello" "good morning" and when we were asked "how was your stay?" at check out we complained about our disturbed sleep (the guests in the adjacent room awoke us at 2 a.m. with their loud discussion)--the desk clerk gave us a discount on one of our rooms. That was very thoughtful and caring. Thank you.

The staff at Hampton Inn have never disappointed. The cleanliness of the room and hotel and the friendliness of the staff are to be commended. I look for Hampton whenever I travel. We were traveling with another couple and their 3 year old. The rooms were quiet and spacious.

The front desk Staff was wonderful very courteous and accommodating! We checked in quickly and they gave us a map of the area. The room was clean and tidy I enjoyed the exercise room and the breakfast was great! We arrived late after doing the e-check in option earlier that day. The rooms I selected weren't the rooms we received, no big deal, but it took some time to reinstate the reservations(I think) and the rate was entered incorrectly. Rooms were clean, but dated. Breakfast was good and convenient. Man working the desk sunday morning was very helpful in fixing the room rate and apologizing for inconvenience.

We stayed at the Hampton in White Marsh Maryland for 4 nights. Our HHonors account provided complimentary WiFi which came in very handy. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient to get our day started. Our room was clean and provided a quiet environment to get a good nights sleep.

The hotel staff is always friendly, happy and very professional. The front desk will always have your room set the way you like it. The breakfast area is clean and neat. On a long road trip with the family - we got this hotel off an internet deal last minute. We really enjoyed staying here. They brought in a refrigerator for us. We got connecting rooms with 2 double beds in each room. Rooms were not huge, but comfortable. The beds were great - on the harder side, which I like. Breakfast was hot and went until 10 AM! My son and I made a brief trip (2 nights) to attend a friend's A-10 Fini Flight and Air Force retirement. The White Marsh Hampton is perfectly located for both Baltimore and Martin State Airport. We found the Hampton Inn on our way down to drop our daughter off at college. On our first visit we stayed at a hotel a few minutes from campus, but on a second trip I noticed the Hampton Inn. Having stayed at Hamlton Inns in the past, I quickly made a reservation. It is just a little farther from campus, but well worth it!

Although I was not satisfied with the original bed linen, my overall stay was ok. The mattress cover had longs hairs, pubic hairs and small black particles on it. The linen was changed immediately after being brought to the attention of the front desk.

I selected this hotel because I was told it was just off I-95, because I am not familiar with the area. I was travelling from North Carolina to a class reunion. The GPS could not I did find it through a lot of work, and only because I had slim general idea of the area. Frankly I would have never found it, if I had not know a little bit about the area. Once I found the hotel, the room was adequate, but in my opinion over priced for the quality of the hotel.

My family has stayed many nights at this Hampton Inn over the last 16 years. It is near family and friends whom we visit from Chicago. Use when we visit our grandchildren so we don't spend much time in the hotel. It is OK but can sometimes get noisy. Expensive depending on the events that are occurring in the area. Conveniently located next to a large mall and many chain restaurants.

The hotel staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The service was quick, the rooms were emasculate. Would definitely stay here again. This hotel and their staff are AMAZING! Although I had a minor issue in my bathroom, the staff dealt with the issue immediately. When I returned from getting dinner, there was a hand-signed card, along with a small gift bag of snacks. This well exceeded my expectations!

Told by staff when we arrived early rooms to accommodate my party were not available and to come back 3 hours later. When returned shift changed and person said there was no documentation of it being ready then and to wait until 3pm to checkin regardless of if rooms available or not. I found this to be rude of the agent behind the desk. And to my surprise it was at the direction of the manager on call. This definitely didn't sit well with me.

I was in the area for two nights to visit friends. This hotel is close to Martin State Airport and across from the White Marsh Mall. Although they only serve breakfast, which was very good, there are many restaurants close by. The hotel was very affordable and sparkling clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and staff were very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
