My first stay at a Hampton and I was impressed. Nice hotel, gorgeous rooms and lobby. The beds are hard, and the pillows worthless. I would stay here in a heartbeat again. Just specifically ask to be on any other floor than the second one. It has two smoking rooms and smells awful. Other than that it was super smooth check in, clean rooms, and decent breakfast.

Stayed at the Hampton after a weekend wedding. Very close to Inner Harbor, nice easy walk. Hotel was easy to find and clean. Lots of pillows and towels. Had a suite - room was plenty big for the pack 'n' play. Breakfast was good (high chairs available), coffee and tea in the lobby all day. Valet parking was a bit annoying over the weekend (it took over 1/2 hour to get our car), but the weekday (Monday morning) valet staff was fantastic - very prompt and friendly. Thanks to the nice valet ... Read more

This hotel is in a great location. A easy walk to the harbor and many great restaurants. The hotel staff have been excellent. We we checked in we just had a regular room. It was nice, but nothing special. One morning the housekeeper was cleaning the corner room beside us so we peeked in. Just beautiful, wood floors with mahogany wood walls. It was available so we upgraded. It is on the seventh floor. Also I sleep with a lot of pillows at home, so I just asked the housekeeper for more pillows a... Read more

I spent a night there. The hotel is well located - walking distance to the piers, national aquarium, shopping malls and party life. They do have awesome staff. Valet parking was offered and they were really great with your car and your luggage. They offer complementary breakfast. The rooms were great - very clean, plenty of towels.

Stayed here for Yankees/Orioles game. Within walking distance to pretty much everything-aquarium, inner harbor, Camden Yards... loved the hotel! Very nicely decorated, clean, friendly staff, oversized rooms, and absolutely love the windows! Very charming hotel! No Onsite parking, but we parked in a public ramp around the corner, so no big deal, breakfast we didn't have a chance to enjoy, but looked and smelled great!

Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and amenities were perfect for our family of 4 - indoor pool, fitness center, free wifi, complimentary hot breakfast. Conveniently located to Inner Harbor attractions. Front desk staff gave us a map, circled destinations and gave directions for every place that we wanted to see. We loved the enormous lobby area that had several sitting areas with TVs.

The hotel staff provided excellent customer service, Everything that I asked of them was answered in a very positive manner, After I arrived, my back started hurting and I thought that it may have been due to the ergonomic desk chair in my room so I asked it I could get a straight back chair delivered to my room. This Hampton Inn by the Inner Harbor was in a great location convenient to a lot of the downtown - Inner Harbor, convention center, and had a good location to get to John Hopkins (which doesn't seem to have hotels around it and isn't in the greatest area). I feel like they have a commission from this place because this restaurant was so bad and nasty. They will give you the shuttle service to go to the restaurant. Convenient location in Baltimore to the Inner Harbor and close enough to Camden Yards. Attractive hotel with friendly staff, who were very accommodating. No complaints at all regarding this hotel. In many cities, this hotel would be considered a higher end, except for not having its own restaurant.

We chose this hotel due to the location close to my son's apartment and because you can count on the quality of a Hilton property. We were not disappointed. The room was spacious and clean. Location of hotel is great. Rooms are large but a bit dated. Breakfast is pretty skimpy for a Hampton. Staff are polite although they are not that knowledgeable. 2 big issues with my stay: 1. Valet Parking only - you can always park yourself at another lot but if you are parking with the hotel, it is valet only. You kinda feel obligated to tip when you get the car so it is not just $39. I would rather have a flat rate that includes tips. The 2nd issue is that is does take 20-30 minutes ... Read more

The location is great but the hotel rooms are in need of some maintenance and perhaps a carpet replacement. The staff is friendly and helpful. Expect 10-15 minute wait times for valet to return your vehicle, at $35 per night. If being 1-2 blocks from the harbour and restaurants is a priority, this is your spot. If you have high expectations of your accommodattions, wait for this hotel to do some minor updates to the rooms and it's valet process.

Everything was as expected in a Hampton, efficient and friendly service, a decent breakfast, good value for money. We spent two nights at the Hampton Inn Inner Harbor and the location was great. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go for restaurants and sightseeing. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Mahogany suites is the best room & I'd rate 5 star, but it's only one available on the top floor and other rooms are regular room & somewhat cheap. The toilet paper holder is rusted and I was disgusted. For this reason, I'd only stay at mahogany suites and avoid regular room.

I would have rated this hotel lower if it were not for the friendly and helpful staff and great location. I find the lobby very poorly designed, in that I think the cut away in the center is a waist of space that this hotel needs. This adds to what I find to be the major problem with this hotel, which is a lack of space that gives a very cramped feel. We arrived at breakfast around 8:15am on Sunday morning and it was a frustrating experience. Thankfully one of the staff members made my kid... Read more

Stayed because my mom had surgery the next day at Johns Hopkins. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Friendly staff. Price is very reasonable for the location. Was able to find parking.

Business trip . Hotel is okay . Valet parking is really expense and doesn't work well . Even with 35 minutes prior notice our car was never ready. No upgrade or recognition for diamond members . Wifi does not work tough on a business traveler

Two short blocks off the Inner Harbor, so the price is higher than you'd want to pay for something comparable elsewhere. Also, thirty five bucks a night for valet really starts to add up. Just take that into consideration when planning a trip to Baltimore. The breakfast is standard Hampton Inn, which is decent and included; a nice little offset to the above listed high prices. The rooms are just OK, nothing overly special. There was a fridge in my room. Black out blinds on the windows helped wi... Read more

The staff really makes this place and rooms are huge. Three folks in our room and was spacious enough for us to all sleep separately on queens and pull out. Only issue is the slow wifi. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Great overnight stay just a block from the inner harbor, the acquarium and all the wonderful restaurants. The room we got was spectacular and the check in and check out process was fast, friendly and very efficient. Neither took longer than 2 minutes to complete. The pool was nice and clean as was the gym. The breakfast could've been better and would've made for a flawless experience however we've certainly had better breakfasts at other hotels, including Hilton brands. Overall however, a great ... We loved this hotel; it was a mere 2 blocks from the Inner Harbor and easy walking distance to the attractions we cared about which was the Aquarium and the historic ships. We loved the architecture of the building and expected dated rooms but the room was spacious, comfy and modern. Loved the coffee in the lobby 24/7, breakfast was good and the keyed elevators made us feel safe. Well done!!

Our collegiate basketball team stayed here on Thanksgiving and had an amazing stay. We felt very safe and the staff was attentive. They also helped us find a caterer to have a lovely Thanksgiving lunch.
