Clearly I was not the only one who 'mystery booked' this place, as when I was there it was less of a health hotel and more like there were drunk people roaming the halls during the holiday - but the room was VERY well appointed. Great bed, in room Keurig was a nice touch, and very nice bathroom products that smelled really good. The only downside that majorly defeated expectation was the parking, it is NOT convenient - or close - and costs $8 per night.. Hotel takes $50 at check-in for incidenta... Read more

Very interesting concept in hotels! The room is large and rather Spartan, but it has all the necessities in place. Very clean and quiet place to rest and with a comfy bed. The breakfast place has a very interesting arrangement and furniture. Not your standard dining room arrangement with tables and chair. I liked it very much! I do recommend this Even Hotel. Parking is a problem so I recommend to purchase the parking option: $5/day through Trip Advisor or $8/day on site. Also, for $12 you get b... Read more

It was the first time ever I was in a hotel with such a concept of healthy living - a mini gym in your room included! Attention to details, well thought through concept of healthy living throughout all aspects of your stay in this hotel. Bravo! Nice size room, comfy bed and pillows. Free wifi. The only thing I would improve is breakfast - not much choice if you have no time to wait for your order to be processed. Buffet choices are rather limited.

I loved the breakfast which was healthy but good. Honestly the hotel seems like it's for people who are into wellness and fitness, I'm not at all. What makes up for that is the friendly staff. The rooms were a little confusing and I could do without the workout ball smh. You get use to the glass bathroom door which offers little privacy. All in all the wonderful staff makes up for this. It's great location and the free breakfast makes up for this.

I've stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions for business and enjoyed it very much. The front desk staff is helpful with special requests (i.e., trying to find a nice quiet room away from elevators and exits). Housekeeping also responded quickly to my additional needs. The rooms are clean and the beds are especially comfortable. No dresser in the room but the small closet worked just fine. I enjoy a nice hot shower with a decent amount of water pressure and the shower head seemed like one... Read more

The rooms have almost no space to put things. Essentially there is a bed and small desk. The rooms have an inhospitable feel to them. About half of the available electrical outlets did not work. There were not many available. The TV control did not change channels, so we had to change them on the direct TV box behind the TV. We had called before we booked and asked if they had vegan options on the menu and we were told that there were. One breakfast item and one dinner entree were vegan. It tu... Read more

Overall nice experience. Stayed two nights. Only real complaint was that when room doors close in other rooms they are very loud. I think it's because of the automatic locking mechanism. They should do something about it. Also, there is no dresser in the room--Just a closet with a shelf. Bathroom big and clean but no bathtub, just shower, but I didn't mind since I rarely take a bath in a hotel. At the time I was there some hotel construction was going on my side of the building so a bit noisy at... Read more

Pros: Nice common areas, lobby/lounge, etc. Very welcoming experience at check-in. Interesting room layout and amenities, comfortable for working. Cons: Strong industrial-strength cleaning agents used, creating a toxic aroma. Fan in my room had a lot of dust encased in it (and hopefully not mold) ... I realized this in the morning after having the fan on all night (for noise) and my throat was raspy for a few days afterward. You have to get into the shower to turn the water on, which I'm not a ... Read more

We only stayed one night here, as I found the lighting and the decor really cold. I applaud their ecological program, but the low wattage bulbs didn't allow for doing anything but look at a tv or computer screen. Strangely, I also felt cold even though I hadn't needed to use the heat in nearby hotels during the same week, turned the heat onto 70 degrees, and felt cool air blowing out of the unit. The building is only 2 years old; since the windows don't open, it has a build up of VOC's which,... Read more

Room was not ready when I got there at 3. When I got into the room, there was a barking dog cross the hall, which I asked to be moved away from. They said they would move the other guests. Light bulb was out in the bathroom. One of the two elevators was out of order, and I was on the 7th floor - lots of waiting for it to go down! Parking is on the 5th floor of the adjacent garage and there is no well lit safe path back to the hotel from this location - VERY BAD! They did not give me the "good... Read more
