Nice hotel was centrally located. Check in was a bit slow with only 2 people in front of us. Could hear the elevators at night. Yoga stuff in the room is very nice. Bed was very comfortable and the EO body care items were great. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

We only needed a room for one night and this was a great hotel. The room was clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. If we were staying long I would have used the gym. The exercise equipment in the room is a nice touch! When we go back to Rockville, MD. we will stay there again.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Washington DC. Loved the easy access to the subway station (25 min. to down town), very clean and comfortable room. Very good bed. We thought the price for a paper/self serve cup of coffee was a bit steep at almost $3. We would recommend to add a bench or table to put your luggage on.

It's a great hotel with an emphasis on mind, body health. I enjoyed the amenities and the general "energy" of the hotel. It was clean. Still looks like a brand spanking new hotel. It's very close to the metro station, quick ride into DC metro area. The hotel bar/restaurant had nice healthy food and a great happy hour. I'd stay there again.

Nice fresh surprise - the hotel is clearly renovated to give a special "sporty" feeling to the visitors, loved the equipment, especially the Fit Ball I had no time to use but would have loved to, had everything necessary in a good hotel, could be cleaner (There were black marks on the part without carpet near the sport equipment), refreshing with nice welcoming greeting on the wall. Has a 7/11 next to it and a large supermarket across the street (No pedestrian crossing so extra attention while c... Read more

The staff is excellent - friendly. The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are basic, comfortable and quiet - not fancy. The problem - their parking is in a spooky unattached parking ramp. You have to go through narrow hallways and park on the 5th floor. The gas in my rental car was siphoned (stolen). There is no security. There should be if gas is being stolen from guests. This is way to ISOLATED and obviously there are crooks present for a single woman to be in and shou... Read more

EVEN Hotel chain is a fresh concept aimed at the client who is looking to stay on their fitness track while traveling. The lobby is contemporary, and there are flavored waters available. As this is geared towards the fitness minded client, each room has ample space to workout, plus equipment, a yoga mat and on-demand tv videos. Fun variety of shampoos and a conditioner in soap dispensers in the shower, but not easy to use. There are no drawers for storage, only a tiny closet. I didn't like t... Read more

Nice place, first thing you see is water station. Really good gym that you don't even need, there's a gym/yoga studio in the room. Love the workouts/yoga instructors on the tv, too. Pick your work out, everything you need is in the room! BUT, I will never stay here again, unless completely alone. Stupid, poorly designed, sliding bathroom door offers ZERO privacy. It's the same as a too small curtain. If you walk by you can see in, both the shower and toilet. Hotel designers need to get... Read more

I stayed at the Even hotel from the 19 - 21 June while attending a course at the USP. The hotel was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the air conditioning was excellent which was good because the weather was very hot that week. Everyone in reception was very helpful and the hotel shuttle was great. The WIFI in the hotel was also very reliable, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in Rockville

They now charge $8 per night for parking that required you go to the 5th floor of a garage -- and often the automatic gates do not work. My biggest complaint is that all of the TVs have "Smoothmotion" turned on -- all movies look like soap operas, and they don't give you a remote control to access the Samsung TV's menu to turn off this insidious "feature." The desk did not have a Samsung remote available. This may sound petty but if I want to watch TV and can't, why am I staying here?

Nice spot, but we found the weak spot -- room xx4. Ever wonder how many people get ice at 1 am or 3:30 am or 5 am? Well, get stuck in room xx4 and thanks to your less-than-soundproofed door, you'll wake up every time that someone wants ice from the trendy ice and water dispenser that is in the hall, not in a separate room as in most hotels. Guess we were lucky the first three stays and it was some other loser in xx4. Well, it won't be us again. Good bye.

I loved this hotel. I stayed here while attending a conference at another hotel and was very pleased that I chose this property. The decor and theme was amazing. I love the in-room fitness equipment not to mention the downstairs facilities. The restaurant was conducive to working outside of the office. I would love to see one in the southern states.

We stayed in this hotel as we were part of the meeting and all the participants were housed here. This is an interesting hotel in that it takes its guests health very seriously. Each room is equipped with a mini gym, although there's also a full fitness center off the lobby. The rooms have a yoga mat, and exercise ball, and straps that could be adjusted to several Heights for exercising. There is a personal trainer on the TV as well. I have stayed at EVEN hotel in Rockville 4 times by this point. Starting from their opening to a few weeks ago. The last time i had a top floor suite, but all other times regular rooms. I really love the idea of EVEN. Being able to wake up in the morning and get a few exercises in prior to showering starts your day off right. So, I'm not what you'd call a health fanatic. I probably have a bit too much around the midsection and allow too much of my workouts to concentrate on 12 and 16 oz. curls. I do travel a lot and spend a lot of time in hotels so I thought I would give Even a shot. It focuses on wellness so they have in room workout equipment, a state of the art exercise facility, and different meal selections than typical hotels. That's why they got a 2. I stayed for a business conference, and I was pleased with the reviews.... but then... Oh, where to begin? The rooms were loud because of the lack of fabric to absorb sound. The gap under the door was incredibly large, adding to the noise and the sound from the hall. But, there was my first room. I washed my face the first night and with my eyes closed, grabbed the nearest hand towel. When I wiped my face, I realized there was something between me and the towel - a long, kinky, black hair ... I am learning that you need to be very careful when you book from a third party. I reserved a room at this property through and requested two double beds. First of all, when we arrived, we realize that the parking lot is not adjoined to the hotel. It is a walking distance away and on the FIFTH and SIXTH floor or a nearby parking facility. This is a concept hotel for the health conscious. Lots of work out gear in the room. Room seems suited for a single traveler. Weird bathroom set up. Mostly I did not care for not being able to turn on the shower without getting in the shower. Breakfast options were also very pricey. $6 for a glass of freshly squeezed room temp juice. Decor felt like IKEA. Others there seemed to enjoy their stay. Not my cup of tea though.

Odd Parking, Odd Room, Odd Smell, Odd Noise, Odd Humidity First, let me start by saying I know Even Hotels and I stayed at another Even Hotel before and loved it. So, I decided to give this one a try - even though it requires extra time in the morning to get to work - partially because of the extra distance and partially because of the setup. EVEN hotel is conveniently located for business meetings in the area; great price point and value. The rooms are interesting (mood lighting) and include basic exercise equipment, which comes in handy when you don't want to go downstairs; just get a quick workout in before rolling into bed...Rooms are comfortable and spacious.
