First and foremost, the staff and workers that work in this location are absolutely great at customer service. They are super friendly and helpful. The big downside of this hotel is simple the poor resources and utilities. For example, my television only has a few working channels and when I called the front desk to fix it, they still wouldn't be able to fix it due to a larger technical problem. Another example is that our telephone did not work so I had to make all the hotel calls on my cell ph... Read more

The staff was really nice. But the bed was awful we didn't get much sleep. Luckily we were only there for a night. The mattress had a slant so that our feet were higher than our heads. The noise from the traffic was really loud and we were on the 8th floor. We won't be staying here again. The decor in the room needs to be updated.

Clean room, beds fine, bath big enough with hallway sink, everything fine except refrigerator did not work. Since we were only staying one night, we did not report the refrigerator till we were leaving. Close to Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor. Reasonably priced for an urban hotel near the major downtown attractions.

Traveled with a friend for a two day visit to Baltimore Harbor and surroundings and wanted to be within walking distance at least to the harbor. This hotel filled the bill in so many ways. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed out. Over the 4th holiday weekend my girlfriend and I went up there for a short vacation and once we got to the hotel the front desk agent saw my girlfriend was military and changed the rate in our favor for a night. They also printed out our zoo tickets for us! The location was prefect to walk anywhere needed and the staff was very friendly. Once again the room was prefect! All of the staff at the hotel provided service that was excellent. They often went beyond the call of duty. They were extremely helpful, kind, and patient. However, the cots provided, on request, for extra guests in the room are terrible. You can feel the springs on the cot mattress. Painful to sleep on! The portable cots should be replaced. My wife and I were road tripping from our home in New Jersey to a wedding in Asheville,NC. We stopped in Baltimore on our way and spent the night here. What a lovely hotel. It looks more like a boutique hotel then a days in. Service was friendly and informative. The only complaint we had was that the bed was very soft. So much so when my wife would move in the bed it would shake the whole thing like being on a water bed. I think the mattresses need some updating.

The Days Inn has free wifi, a half fridge, complimentary roll away beds, fans in their bathrooms, in and out all day parking, and microwaves. None of which the Hilton's regular accommodations have. It's a great walking distance to the convention center right across the street, and the harbor, a few minutes walk east. I had already booked a room here for a conference at the convention center in September but when my friend needed a room at the last minute, they were sold out. The Days Inn Inner Harbor is the closest hotel to the convention center, and the least expensive hotel in the area. I contacted Jennifer, the manager, and she said she would alert me if they got a cancellation. Sure enough, a cancellation came through a few days before the conference and my friend got a room at the same rate. None of thi... Read more

My wife had called there twice to see if a sweater of hers was left. After leaving messages twice, we still have not heard back. Even if it is not there, a courtesy call back would have been appreciated. There is also a pending charge on my credit card for $30.00. Since my reservation was pre paid, and I paid cash for my parking, which was $29.00, I have no idea what this charge is. But rest assured, I will find out.

Positive first - this hotel was above and beyond my expectations after the last Days Inn I stayed at. The hotel was clean, the staff (from front desk to cleaning to restaurant) was super friendly, and the location (walking distance to Inner Harbor) was very convenient. We left the car in the garage and didn't touch it for three days. Check in went easily and smoothly. The breakfast buffet is well worth the cost. Only negative is the walls must be pretty thin and sound travels very easily ... Read more

The hotel was awesome! Gerald, who checked me in, was totally awesome and funny. Not sure who the security officer was that night, but he actually went outside and made sure I knew where the parking building was. (Wish I caught his name.) Not that is wasn't easy to find, but I get lost going in a circle. I couldn't get the fridge to work, but no worries I'm sure it was operator error. I'm sure they would have helped me but it was not a big deal. The room was clean and spacey. It was a great ... Read more

We were able to get a room here for $105. It is very close to the inner harbor and easy to get to. Our room was small, but well decorated. I really can't say enough about the staff though. We ended up buying our kids dinner from the coffee shop that was basically closed. After our late lunch and two very rowdy, but tired boys, a restaurant was not in the cards. So pop tarts and cereal it was! The staff was so helpful and accommodating. For the $, it was perfect! Side note, the pool does... Read more

I stayed at Days inn on business travel for 6 nights. The customer experience is very good; there was a problem with my booking on my arrival, the front desk staff and the manager on duty worked hard to resolve the issue with courtesy. The room size is standard, with a large enough bathroom. The room was kept clean with toiletries replaced daily. The room has a fridge and microwave which came in handy. The only meal i ate at the hotel was breakfast, which was ok. The warm breakfast mini buff... Read more

For the money, this place can't be beat in Baltimore (unlike the Ravens). Friendly service, a well-stocked bar, and close to the convention center. The rooms are a bit small, though.

Where should I begin? Our stay at the Days Inn in the Baltimore Harbor was perfect from start to finish. The best part of this hotel is the location. We attended a conference at the convention center and this hotel could not have been any more convenient. Jenn was amazing, she was able to secure a room for me at the last minute at a great price. Visited Baltimore for Artscape this past August - about $7 Uber ride to to festival site. Modern facility and a not-too high price. Pool way too small, and I was unaware of the $28/day parking fee. Nice stay with nearby restaurants.

I only spent enough time at this hotel to sleep, as I spent the night there before running the Baltimore Marathon. The room as a nice size, crisply furnishes and decorated and even included a fridge and microwave, along with a coffee pot. The front desk staff was nice, and whole there is nothing impressive about this one, it was adequate for my needs. A little noisy (I had to download a white noise app) but not unexpected for a city hotel. The parking issue is the only reason I took off a star... Read more

Hotel was a good value, great loaction for convention center. Staff was over the top friendly & helpful. As friendly a staff as I have ever dealt with. parking policy of charging $87 for weekend parking is a rip off. I had a room next to elevator so I did not have restful nites as I heard elevator all night.

A co-worker and I stayed at this hotel overnight for a business trip. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Our rooms were located outside the elevators, so we had to listen to the sounds all night. AC was loud. Dinner in the on-site restaurant was inedible. Breakfast was a typical breakfast buffet.

We checked in and the room was ready, but when we got to the room there was an O2 machine running. The room smelled terrible, and I was told this was to "freshen it up". We went out for about 2 hours and came back. The machine was gone, but the room still had a terrible smell. I'm thinking the occupant before us was smoking, even though it was a non-smoking room. The man at the front desk was very accommodating, and allowed us to change rooms and offered to do it for us. The next room was ... Read more

We stayed here for one night on a business trip. I called the hotel earlier to make sure that we got a room on the back side of the hotel -- much quieter than on the street -- and the young lady who took my request sounded very capable and was reassuring. She was in reservations. So we were looking forward to our stay. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk did not smile or greet us at all. This was my first Days Inn stay. For what I need, the location is perfectly across the street from the Baltimore Convention Center. A short walk to the Inner Harbor area for dining and sightsee. I was a little unsure of the room accommodation. The room was small but clean. Recently refurbished/updates makes it pleasant especially in the bathroom, with newer & clean towels! Most also knew the details about getting around the city and what was available (this could be improved on though.
