Very clean, extremely attentive and friendly staff, great location to access inner harbor and fells point, 24 hour Subway across the street was very convenient! A very quaint little hotel with a staff that went above and beyond the entire weekend of our stay. After we called to report an issue with our air-conditioning, A very friendly maintenance man was at our door and literally minutes. Would definitely stay again! We stayed at Brookshire after a night out on the Spirit of Baltimore. The hotel could not have been in a better location. A 7 minute walk to the Inner Harbor and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and offered restaurant recommendations that were excellent! I loved the Famous Baltimoreans photos covering the wall like chic art in the lobby. Fun night!

My two positives- location (a block to the water) and friendly staff. The hotel was old and poorly patched up. Smelled musty. The "red bar" is a poorly stocked refrigerator and I wasn't a fan of make your own waffles and Luke warm eggs in the morning.

Brookshire Inn and Suites were great - Clean, roomy and comfy - and the front desk was professional and extremely helpful to me. Jual, Sam and Melissa were all so efficient and helpful. My arrival flight was delayed and I got in after 1 am. Jual spoke with me by phone and arranged a car to pick me up and bring me to the hotel. She called and texted me...very helpful. Returned from a day of touring room very stuffy , turned down the temp of room as we were going to the baseball game hoping it would be more refreshing. Stayed here one night, while attending a wedding. The hotel is roomy, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free hot breakfast was nice and also had a nice selection of cold cereals and yogurt. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but there is a garage close that charges $21/day. I would stay here again.

My wife booked this hotel and we were in town so I could attend a conference at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. We checked in late because we had spent the day at Hersheypark. I had a rental car and parked it across the street from the hotel in the Arrow lot. It was $21/day which is a low price for that part of town. The hotel has a small drive in spot where you can unload luggage before heading off to the garage. We had a queen suite which was spacious. Our two young daughters slept on a pull o... Read more

Let me start out by saying that I have stayed at this hotel a few times before and not had a problem. I'm not sure if they have switched management or the way they do things but I (my family included) were very disappointed with our stay this past weekend! It started at check in when I was WAY over charged for my room! I was overjoyed with my experience at Brookshire! We went during a "complicated" time in Baltimore's history and they were more than accommodating. They made my spouse, and I feel very safe in our room. By the way, our room was HUGE! It was more than enough space, and we just got the basic double. I was so happy with the service, and I will only stay here when visiting Baltimore from now on.

An older building that has obviously had some renovations done, but the room was beautiful, roomy and clean. Front desk staff was AMAZING and did a great job in suggesting places to eat and for entertainment. Very polite and friendly, made us feel welcomed on a daily basis...not just at check-in.

Wow - what a view from the breakfast and fitness room! The location is unbeatable, you can walk everywhere from here and the renovations look great. This is a modern twist to standard hotel in Baltimore. Even though there's no parking on hotel premises, the one less than 150 ft. away from their door works just fine and it's not too expensive. Perfect location on the inner harbor. Walking distance to the tourist center and the landing for the water taxi. BTW the water taxi is a great way to get around the harbor area. Our first experience with this hotel will hopefully not be our last! The suite was comfortable, nicely furnished and spacious. Located just a short block off the harbor, it was so convenient to explore the area. We found attractions, museums, and good restaurants in walking distance. The added bonus was the hit breakfast served on the upper floor of the hotel which was included. Also, the manager, Harry, has put together a great staff..efficient, friendly and fun.

Let me first start by saying that the staff were kind, helpful and overall they were wonderful people. I had absolutely zero issues with service at this hotel. The lobby has been recently redone it would appear and has a funky urban hip feel to it. Upon entering through the fro... Read more

The location is walking distance to most attractions and Inner Harbor. The hotel staff was nice at check in but not helpful as far as getting directions or a map to places. Our room was spacious, but if you are taller than 6 foot you will have to watch your head as parts of the ceiling in rooms low. Room could use some new fixtures in bathroom and some outlets didn't work. Fan in bathroom didn't do much as far as steam, and was hanging down and dusty. But over all was a nice stay and would ...
