My friends had their wedding reception at the hotel, and it was great! The staff were very helpful and friendly. We have also got to party afterhours at the suits which were located far enough from occupied rooms not to bother other guests of the hotel. The rooms were good, maybe a little outdated compared to the Marriott across the street. The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance from a bunch of restaurants and bars, as well as the pier and the Aquarium.

From check in, lack of response to getting sick from the food I would not return to this hotel. The ballrooms for our event were not cleaned overnight. Dirty glasses and plates remained the next morning when we returned. No TP in public bathrooms. Overbooked the hotel then did not have adequate staff to service the guests

We stayed here for an Irish Dance competition. Room was fine, clean, quiet. Everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. Kim in guest relations went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. Would recommend.

Always enjoy staying in one of the Hilton group hotels. This is a large hotel, but had limited dining opportunities. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The room was very comfortable. It was further from the harbour than we had thought. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a dance competition. They let us check in early since our room was ready. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the city. The food was delicious and the staff was always helpful. Even with several thousand people there for the competition and live streaming of awards the wifi worked well. We had a fantastic time and wished we stayed one more night.

We stayed at the Hilton Baltimore, at 401 Pratt St., great location, nice hotel, friendly staff. There was a charm city bus stop right out side our hotel, which offers free service to Federal Hill, Fells Point, Mount Vernon, which made it easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel

This is the sweet spot if you need to stay in Baltimore. The hotel is just right and you are located close to everything that is important in this terrific but underated city! Baseball fans, foodies, art-lovers, waterfront junkies - it's all here.

I can't say many good things about the city of Baltimore, but I can share positive things about this property. The hotel appears to be new and my room was in excellent condition. Stayed on one of the executive floors. The concierge lounge could be improved. It appeared the lounge attendants forgot to bring out some of the food and the food they did put out was awful. I'm not sure where you even find cheese as bad as the cheese they offered. The hotel could definitely improve the evening spr... Read more

My husband and I attended a NFL football game and we had a great time. We were able to park and walk everywhere we wanted to go. This hotel and their staff are beautiful. The food was great and fresh.

From check in and valet parking other than reward dead not professional. Worst concierge lounge if any Hilton. Not clean - food often cold..... Don't care? Valet exorbitant, Four Seasons more reasonable. Renaissance On harbor more reasonable
