I am a huge Baltimore Orioles fan and we could see the game from our room, but even better from the Executive Lounge. Staff was awesome- facility was great! You walk right out of the hotel and through the gate of the stadium. Parking was easy. I'll be back for sure!!

Nice, clean property, courteous staff, and great location. The Orioles baseball field is directly across from the hotel. We watched part of the game from the 4th floor balcony. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Internet was a little slow but sufficient. Exercise facilities and pool are well maintained. On property restaurant is very good. Would highly recommend.

The bed was good and comfortable. The room was clean, except a smelly carpet that needed better vacuuming. Bathroom clean. No bottled water in the room, no minibar or fridge, room backed up to Camden Yards, which was cool, but when the game ran late, it was uncool. The hotel was poorly staffed with too few apathetic staff, except the Bell staff, who were EXCELLENT. I think the hotel is used to catering to people who stop over for a game, but not so much for business travelers who expect a step u... Read more

I enjoyed my stay but I found the staff of the hotel apathetic and unfriendly. If I approached the staff with a question many of them tended to be impolite. The accommodations were nice and I was very satisfied with the conditions of the room and how clean everything was. Honestly, my biggest issue was that some members of staff were blatantly rude and it was in all areas -- from the desk to the servers at breakfast and events.

Lovely room. Great views from the 15th floor. I wish the room had a small fridge. The bed & the pillows were incredibly comfortable & the extra blanket was luxuriously soft. It was the best night‚??s sleep I have had in some time. The few downsides: like others I found the acoustics in the lobby to be awful; too much open space with not enough baffling. We had one drink & I couldn‚??t take the noise anymore. The wine is obscenely overpriced even for a metropolitan hotel lobby bar. ... Read more

For Father's Day I gifted my husband with a Baltimore overnight in order to attend a Crab and Beer Festival. We selected the Hilton Baltimore due to its proximity to the Inner Harbor area where the festival was being held. As Hilton Honors members, our check-in was quick, friendly and easy despite the extreme busyness of the hotel at that hour. Our room was large, bright and cool, however the furniture looked a bit worn (one drawer of the dresser would not stay closed!) and there were a few st... Read more

I came here for an event which was held at the hotel. The staff was friendly. Happily they let us check in early. However, we had to wait 45 mins after check in for someone to come and repair the non working safe in our room. We had requested extra towels and pillows in our room several days before arriving at the hotel. We were told they are in our room but they were not. We requested a late checkout and were told no even though I am a preferred Hilton guest. After the parties we went to the ... Read more

Almost everything about this hotel was fine; the beds, bathrooms, customer service, and ease of access to the Convention Center were all incredible. The only hint of skullduggery was with the Internet. They made it seem like you had to pay for it, when in truth they had a free version of it available. Other than this, a perfectly fine stay.

I had read all the reviews but decided to stay even with some poor reviews. Most poor reviews complained about slow check-in & long lines. Well our exp was the exact opposite. No lines & I checked in (on a Fri afternoon of an Oriole night game) in ~5 min. I asked for the higher floor to use the hospitality lounge on 18h floor & was given a room on 20th fl. When we walked out of elevator the heat hit us in the face. Our room started out cool but both Fri & Sat nights it stayed warm (outside... Read more

The hotel was attached by a walkway to the Baltimore Convention Center which was really convenient. Rooms were in tip top shape. Clean and so forth. Beds soft and cozy. A little too soft for me. When it comes to breakfast you pay a high price for a buffet. Because we were holding a convention there, they gave attendees a discount of $20 for the buffet breakfast otherwise it would have been higher I imagine. If you just like coffee and a roll or danish or something, you can expect to pay ar... Read more

Hotel was in good location for catching a baseball game. Otherwise, I'd skip and go somewhere else. Tired rooms, lackluster staff at reception, not great security. Never seemed to care about people coming and going into hotel, so it felt a little unsafe, elevators are access, with no security features. Just a very inpersonal stale hotel that has no personality.

I stayed at the Baltimore Hilton for a conference. The hotel and room were nice, staff were friendly, and everything was exceptionally clean. However, I did not carefully check my bill when I departed and there was an erroneous charge for what appears to be a hotel restaurant that I never visited. I have not been able to resolve this issue as the hotel finance department will not return my calls. It is not a lot of money (just over $20), but I find it frustrating that they do not seem to care ab... Read more

My company had our national convention at this hotel during the hottest week in July. That being said, it took the guest room longer to cool down. Check in was speedy, hotel employees were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious. The ballrooms accommodated all of our 350 associates very easy and the food was great. The views of Camden Yards are beautiful and if I were traveling with my family, this is a wonderful hotel to consider.

Stayed at the Hilton this past week for a conference. The hotel was nice..clean..staff was helpful. I liked the convenience of being able to walk to the convention center through the hotel. The rooms were okay. The beds were comfortable but the lighting in the room was terrible. One of the lamps didn't work. The shower head didnt work that great but it was operable. Also the iron didn't work. My group had an adjoining rooms and their iron snagged your clothes as you ironed. Finally we couldn't... Read more

The location and view were outstanding! Parking ($30 / night) is reasonable for a hotel garage. There are a fair number of restaurants within walking distance, and you're only a 10-minute ride from Fells Point. The design was clean and modern, and the entire property was immaculately clean. Unfortunately we ran into a few maintenance issues that dragged this property down to an "average" rating. The pros include proximity to the Baseball stadium and the Hilton brand name. The cons included being ignored for a few minutes at the check in desk, an AC taking far too long to cool the room in this hot summer and loose fixtures in the tub along with the presence of a part eaten bag of nuts in one of the drawers. Otherwise it was all right for a brief day trip to Baltimore specially with a cheaper deal from one of the consolidators. We were glad we did not book directly or use HH Points.

My mom, sister, and I shared a room here when we attended a conference at the Convention center. The hotel was connected to the Convention center which made everything super convenient since we were traveling with someone in a scooter. I stayed here for a couple of nights while going to see the Orioles play. This is the hotel that you see in the background of the Orioles games when they are on TV. You walk out of the hotel, across the street, and you are at Camden Yards. I got this hotel from one of the discount hotel websites and it was a great deal. Ask for a room on the stadium side. My husband goes to an annual conference each year held at various Hilton's so we have stayed at quite a few. This one was sufficient and fine, but did not stand out for anything exceptional. The one thing that did make an impression was the entrance area/drive that always seemed to be littered. I found that unacceptable and perhaps a representation of the hotel's overall commitment to excellence. The location was definitely a plus, especially walking across the street to Camden Yards.

Great location. Walk to harbor, restaurants and shops. Charm City Circulator is a free bus and I took it to the Walters Museum and the Mount Vernon area and walked back. Camden Yard is right behind the hotel and you can watch a game from the 4th floor fitness center while walking on a treadmill! Nice bar in the lobby. Easy Uber to Fells Point. Very nice place to stay - clean and well kept. We had no trouble at all with check in. The only negative is expensive onsite parking - $30/day.

This hotel is in a great location. Some rooms have an incredible view of the Orioles Ballpark. If you don't have that view, and you book on an executive floor, you can go to the Exec Club and the view of the park is perfect. If you're not a fan, you can sit in the club and watch the game in a cool spot with a frosty beverage and sort of be part of your group who is across the street in the stands. The hotel rooms are nice and the staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location with incredible views of the Orioles stadium and downtown also in walking distance to the harbor. The hotel is very close to the inner harbour and Camdeen Yards baseball field. Parking at the hotel can be a challenge if a baseball game is on.since parking is shared between the two. Despite being told that the area around the hotel was safe, one of our conference attendees was mugged at 8:00 pm just outside the hotel. We were well treated by the reception desk. The common areas are clean and well maintained, but not exceptional in any way. The same ws true of the room.

The second time in a year I've stayed here for a conference, and what was true before is still true. This is a standard convention Hilton. Rooms are good-sized and comfortable enough. Meeting space is good. Location is great for the ballpark but not very convenient for other things. What seemed to be lacking is attention. If you're in town for a convention, you can access the convention center via a skybridge directly from the hotel. The inner harbor is a short walk away. My friends had their wedding reception at the hotel, and it was great! The staff were very helpful and friendly. We have also got to party afterhours at the suits which were located far enough from occupied rooms not to bother other guests of the hotel. The rooms were good, maybe a little outdated compared to the Marriott across the street. The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance from a bunch of restaurants and bars, as well as the pier and the Aquarium.
