Our stay was smooth and everything went as expected, I would stay there again if I was in the area! The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed! The rooms were clean and I slept very well there!

The hotel was clean and the check in service was very friendly and efficient. Although we did not take advantage of the breakfast service, it looked like a great place to start your day. Since you asked, I wanted to tell you about my recent stay at your hotel May 14-15, 2016. Several things happened to us that changed our overall opinion of our stay. 1) we checked in an had asked for extra pillows since I had an operation and need to sleep at a 30 degree angle. We stayed for a few nights for our wedding and it was a great choice for our room block. Chyna the bartender is awesome, as well as the other staff. After our wedding, we had a little after party in the lobby and I don't know how we didn't get in trouble! We were a little rowdy so thanks for not getting mad at us!

We came up during busy commissioning week in Annapolis. I've stayed here before and knew it was a good spot. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable, and it's a short drive to the yard. Only thing is no free breakfast, but there's a fridge you can stock with your own stuff. Staff worked hard to please!

I have stayed at this hotel before. Always provides a comfortable, clean room, spotless bathroom with large vanity, quiet A/C. There were a few minor problems (room not ready, bulb out in bath) but the front desk responded efficiently and solved them. We ate breakfast (not part of the rate). Nice variety and they would cook eggs to-order if desired.

I've stayed at other HGI locations before and this hotel didn't disappoint! Clean hotel with a friendly stay made our overnight trip all the more memorable. The pool opened one day early which was great!! I wish it were on the back of the building to allow for more privacy but it was still nice. We will definitely return!

Hilton Gardens in Analpolis was comfortable and adequate. Not a high-end hotel but doesn't pretend to be. The morning breakfasts are quite sub-standard. Its best to go to a diner to get at least reasonable breakfasts.

They tout these adjustable firmness king beds. Don't fall for it, because they're old and don't work. You sleep in the divot of what was once an inflatable bladder. Worst nights sleep in years! Beyond that the furnishing of the hotel are dated and well worn: carpeting, desk, chair, etc.

For a tourist city, Annapolis has many hotels which are very average. This is one of them located in a small business park across from a frumpy strip mall with an Indian place and a tile store. The staff was very friendly and the room easily met the standards you expect from Hilton. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The complimentary beverages were very refreshing. I stay in this area a lot but had not stayed here before, it's now my hotel of choice in this area.

Check in and out were efficient and fast. Complimentary beverage/snack area always looked a mess whenever we passed by it, morning and evening. Double queen room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel is in a great location, convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Well located near highway 50, with an appealing building and very friendly desk staff, what made this hotel less satisfying were small details that a place aspiring to be a hotel more than a motel should have mastered. Worst hotel experience ever!! Spent almost the whole day in the lobby waiting on room to be ready, when we finally got into a room at 6 o'clock it was the wrong room and then we had to leave it to let the room we originally booked be prepped, that room had hardly any towels a half used roll of toilet paper and no fitted sheet on the mattress!!

The room was nice and the hotel was nice. But the staff, although friendly, was distracted and I had one issue after another. Quite frankly I've had better service at budget hotels. It was a holiday weekend so very busy. Still, there didn't seem to be more than one person on staff at any given time (other than cleaning service) - and no manager in sight. Just very poorly run. The hotel was perfect for our needs. We were attending a family reunion in Edgewater and the location was excellent. Our only issue was that guests on the floor above us were noisy. We will ask for a room on the top level during our next stay .

Stayed here over the July 4th weekend. Hotel appeared nearly sold out. From confused front desk, poor breakfast service and unable to get our room cleaned this was a completely unacceptable experience for a Hilton property. We prepaid our stay and if we would not have already paid I would have left. This hotel was redecorated earlier in the year but with the horrible service on all fronts the update doesn't matter.

My husband and I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn in Annapolis, which was convenient to a family gathering in Sherwood Forest. It was a very good price compared to its competition. We were satisfied with the room and its amenities. The woman at the front desk was prompt to offer us help when we looked in their small shop for milk to have with cookies we had bought; she immediately brought us 2 cartons of milk free of charge! Wi-Fi wasn't working. Pool was being repaired and was closed on a 95 degree day. Bathroom items weren't replaced. Coffee mugs were chipped and dirty. Restaurant server argued that mugs were only stained - not dirty. Otherwise the hotel was clean, coffee and ice water was available in the lobby and check-in and checkout was quick and easy.

I used the online check-in and the staff was not knowledgeable of my early check in. Online check-in allowed me to select my room prior to my arrival, I was not allowed to get the room that I selected which was on the 1st floor. Instead I had to take a room on the 3rd floor and carry my luggage up two flights of stairs because of a non-working elevator.

There was an issue with the first room I entered. Cristina, at the front desk, was so helpful, patient, professional and understanding and found me a wonderful room. It was very much appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby was nice as well. I always enjoy the Keurig in this chain of hotels. Hotel is close to most everything. I really like Annapolis.

Stayed a weekend at Hilton Garden Inn for the weekend. A quick getaway for me and my wife. Had a great stay, the hotel was clean quiet and a quick drive down to the waterside. The breakfast was adequate and the staff very courteous. I would recommend this hotel for a nice weekend stay.

It's noisy, understaffed in the evening, and has poor housekeeping. My room had someone elses hair in the bathroom. My bathroom had NO MIRROR over the sink! I saw towel in the hallway floor stay there for almost 11 hours and no-one picked it up. I ordered an Omellete for breakfast and it was served swimming in melted butter. There must be better places to stay in Annapolis.

What you would expect of a Hilton Garden Inn. We had a handicap accessible room with two queens on the third floor. It was nice and clean. They had the AC down on 67 degrees when we got here which was a little chilly but better than being hot. There was a microwave, mini-fridge and a Keurig in the room which was nice. Not too far from down-town Annapolis. We took an Uber and it was around 9 bucks each way. Overall, perfect for a weekend getaway.

Family stay. We enjoyed the room cleanliness. The staff was responsive and attentive, providing a roll-away and handling a minor plumbing issue promptly. The breakfast was pretty good, with great service Enjoyed the pool (altho limited hours of operation). The location was convenient, with a drug store and dining nearby. The bed was horrific. One side had a cavaran and the other side so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. I travel every week and have stayed at several HGI's this one is the worst I have been to. Get the bathroom cleaned properly was another issue.

Rate was approximately double what they charge during a typical workweek due, I suspect, to the USNA Plebe parents weekend going on at the same time. Decor wise, it's an HGI. My experience started out kind of poorly. They put me in a room (413) that was right under a rooftop condensation release pipe. So water was loudly dripping against my window and window pane. There was nothing special about this hotel. We did have an issue with the water due to the city making unexpected repairs, and we were unhappy that the staff did not inform us prior to check in (and more importantly, prior to turning on the tap and seeing the water was yellow). Other than that, the room was adequate. I wouldn't describe it as luxurious or fancy, but it sufficed for a place to stay overnight.

The location is great, just outside of Annapolis and an easy ride to anywhere you need to go (Annapolis, Baltimore, Washington DC). The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Lobby and rooms were sparkling clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet! It worked perfectly for us. Our daughter had a game at the Naval Academy and we just ĂĽbered to town. It was remarkably easy and convenient. I highly recommend!

I couldn't get the Keurig to work but free coffee was available downstairs. The clerk who checked us in and out had several stains on her shirt. The soundproofing was awful. This is a decent hotel, quiet location, friendly staff. Complimentary internet is very slow, plan to purchase premium if you are doing more than email. Parking can be a challenge some nights. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Booked this expecting a typical middle-of-the road, but reliable, Hilton Garden Inn experience. Was disappointed that upon arrival I was not given the room type I had prepaid for. I was given an explanation that because I booked through a third-party (i.e. online site), Hilton was unable to honor the room category. What? Anyway, went up to room and found it unclean / smelly. Let me start with the things that went well. The room we stayed in was clean, the servers for breakfast were friendly and courteous. What went not so well: mobile app check-in, in-person check-in. I used the mobile app to checkin to the hotel around 3PM. The app allows the user to not only select the time they expect to arrive, but also select the floor and room #437 (just like picking a seat for an airplane) for our 2 night stay. This was probably the worst hotel experience I had ever experienced. I had high hopes for the evening, just to have them crash in front of me before the events even started. I had reservations that were made on March 18, for a Suite on Oct 8. This was to be a surprise for the wife on a couples date night after the wedding we were attending in Edgewater, MD. The beds were comfortable and room was spacious enough, but we found loose tiles in the bathroom and the laminate flooring did not even meet up with the carpeted section. It was a poor installation job and I don't require posh but would expect a better quality than what was found. But the worst part of the experience was that the rooms were not sound proof in any way! We could clearly hear the conversations in the room next door!

Mina at the front desk was extremely approachable and welcomed any questions or opportunities to assist. Mattresses in Hilton Brand hotels are always excellent. This hotel has ease of access to and from.

the front desk recommendation of cab service was fabulous - we loved our drivers - knew the city and always prompt. The grounds were lovely and everything was very clean and tidy - we enjoyed our stay

the room I was assigned was in disrepair and the hotel was full. The bolt lock did not work, the room was carpet . . . was old. The bathroom door would not shut due to a structural problem. The first time I stayed at this hotel the room was fresh new and wonderful.

We stayed for two nights during the power boat show in Annapolis. The property looked recently updated which was nice. They have to make more of an effort. The pillows were old and flat and the toilet seat was broken. The staff was friendly and the place is very clean. I probably would stay at a different place next visit. There are a number to choose from in the general area.

The front desk service was awesome. The room was clean and very spacious and the lobby was comfortable and beautifully appointed. The bar was in a strange location and the drinks were very expensive. There is also no free breakfast - not a huge deal for me but this could be pricey for families. The exercise room was great. The hotel was quiet and clean - no complaints.

This hilton staff sucks, room heaters broken, breakfast options feel like you are at some cheap diner. Gym has only few machines. I had booked a king suite - had a broken heater and i had to get downgraded to a two double bed room.
