The hotel was clean and the check in service was very friendly and efficient. Although we did not take advantage of the breakfast service, it looked like a great place to start your day. I loved that you could order off a menu as well as eat from the buffet. Any staff I encountered was friendly and always greeted me.

Excellent, convenient location; outside the sky high rate hotels but close to all amenities. Ms Mina on the front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful; made our first impression very positive. Ms Tysheda Brown was a delight. She single handed managed to be our cook, server, and bartender. Amazing woman! Nothing was too much for her to ensure our satisfaction. Since you asked, I wanted to tell you about my recent stay at your hotel May 14-15, 2016. Several things happened to us that changed our overall opinion of our stay. 1) we checked in an had asked for extra pillows since I had an operation and need to sleep at a 30 degree angle. We first got new towels sent to the room that we did not need. We said, no we need pillows and held one up. The person went to get pillow covers. So then we stressed "pillows" and never heard back. We came up during busy commissioning week in Annapolis. I've stayed here before and knew it was a good spot. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable, and it's a short drive to the yard. Only thing is no free breakfast, but there's a fridge you can stock with your own stuff. Staff worked hard to please!

I have stayed at this hotel before. Always provides a comfortable, clean room, spotless bathroom with large vanity, quiet A/C. There were a few minor problems (room not ready, bulb out in bath) but the front desk responded efficiently and solved them. We ate breakfast (not part of the rate). Nice variety and they would cook eggs to-order if desired.

I've stayed at other HGI locations before and this hotel didn't disappoint! Clean hotel with a friendly stay made our overnight trip all the more memorable. Hilton Gardens in Analpolis was comfortable and adequate. Not a high-end hotel but doesn't pretend to be. The morning breakfasts are quite sub-standard. Its best to go to a diner to get at least reasonable breakfasts.

They tout these adjustable firmness king beds. Don't fall for it, because they're old and don't work. You sleep in the divot of what was once an inflatable bladder. Worst nights sleep in years! Beyond that the furnishing of the hotel are dated and well worn: carpeting, desk, chair, etc.

We usually stay at Hampton Inn but that was an older building, not recently renovated. On the other hand, there was the Hilton Garden Inn, with a 6 month old renovation. Even though breakfast was not included with our stay there, we decided to go for the updated place. We went through Hilton Honors, explaining to them that we found a lower price on Priceline. We enjoyed a pleasant stay this weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn. Here's some tips we learned about this hotel: Located just 7 minutes from downtown. Lots of free parking here. Open lobby is laid out for congregating in small groups and for morning breakfast. Everything was clean and comfortable. The professional photographs on TripAdvisor accurately represent the rooms. Free WiFi. Full breakfast offered each morning in the lobby for $10.95. Worth the price. We stayed in 436. Our comfort bed had... Read more

For a tourist city, Annapolis has many hotels which are very average. This is one of them located in a small business park across from a frumpy strip mall with an Indian place and a tile store. We arrived after a long drive to be welcomed by a smashed cookie in the doorway and a smoker puffing away. The lady at the check in was quite pleasant. In leaving for dinner a while later there was the cookie and a different smoker. Two hours later, we parked around the dark side of the building as all ... Read more

Well located near highway 50, with an appealing building and very friendly desk staff, what made this hotel less satisfying were small details that a place aspiring to be a hotel more than a motel should have mastered. Housekeeping forgot to replace coffee and washcloths each day, requiring a visit to the desk. The fitness room was too warm and poorly ventilated in the late June MD weather. Outside ash trays were stuffed with butts, suggesting infrequent cleaning. As a hotel, there was no in... Read more

The room was nice and the hotel was nice. But the staff, although friendly, was distracted and I had one issue after another. Quite frankly I've had better service at budget hotels. It was a holiday weekend so very busy. Still, there didn't seem to be more than one person on staff at any given time (other than cleaning service) - and no manager in sight. Just very poorly run. Stayed here over the July 4th weekend. Hotel appeared nearly sold out. From confused front desk, poor breakfast service and unable to get our room cleaned this was a completely unacceptable experience for a Hilton property. We prepaid our stay and if we would not have already paid I would have left. This hotel was redecorated earlier in the year but with the horrible service on all fronts the update doesn't matter.

My husband and I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn in Annapolis, which was convenient to a family gathering in Sherwood Forest. It was a very good price compared to its competition. We stayed for two nights during the power boat show in Annapolis. The property looked recently updated which was nice. They have to make more of an effort. The pillows were old and flat and the toilet seat was broken. The staff was friendly and the place is very clean. I probably would stay at a different place next visit. There are a number to choose from in the general area.

The front desk service was awesome. The room was clean and very spacious and the lobby was comfortable and beautifully appointed. The bar was in a strange location and the drinks were very expensive. There is also no free breakfast - not a huge deal for me but this could be pricey for families. The exercise room was great. The hotel was quiet and clean - no complaints.

This hilton staff sucks, room heaters broken, breakfast options feel like you are at some cheap diner. Gym has only few machines. I had booked a king suite - had a broken heater and i had to get downgraded to a two double bed room.

Great service, every employee went out of their way to speak to you. Clean rooms, close to shops and dining. Breakfast was offered at an additional cost, I think it should be included even if it is just a continental breakfast.

I stay here for business even though it's a about a 30 minute drive from BWI depending on traffic. This is a very nice Hilton Garden that offers some great rates at times - as long as you can handle the traffic going back to Baltimore or DC. Very convenient if working or visiting Annapolis or Naval Academy. Many options close by for shopping and dining too.

This is a wonderful hotel. It is modern, the rooms are nicely appointed and the staff are fantastic. While the breakfast is not "free," for the price (under $15) it is a great deal. They also offer lunch and dinner. If it is the little things that matter to you, then look no further. We stayed here after a wedding and it was ideally located to see the sights of this beautiful city. So, if you are looking for a great hotel in Annapolis, this is the one.

Very accommodating staff. This venue turned out to be perfect for our family reunion. Easy access to the heart of Annapolis and many great eateries. Always a nice place to stay. Plan to stay here on our next visit.

Good overall hotel. Great breakfast, social area. Nice Gym and the room was nice for a standard room. Can't go wrong with a Keurig machine in room either. Some cleaning issues though and night auditor needs to learn about customer service

This Hilton Garden Inn is a wonderful place to stay on a business or pleasure trip to Annapolis, MD. It's proximity to just about everything is ideal, and even though it is not in the historic district, it is just a mile or two away and will likely save you 25% or more compared to the room rates there. The best part is that you will end your day in a quiet, clean, well-styled and comfortable room just as you have come to expect from the great Hilton family of hotels, and you can of course earn... We stayed here for two nights to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel was nice. The staff was very welcoming. The location was great. The only complaint was the mattress in the room should be flipped or changed. There was a divot on one side. We were in room 237. We were on the second floor. We could hear every footstep of the people above us. Very strange. Other than that it was a great visit.

I like Hilton Hotels and am a HHonors Member, but if you make me fill out that a room will have (2) Adults and (2) Children with the online form, then please have spare sheets/blankets/cots available upon check-in...or...let me know ahead of time that these basic items will not be available. I had to drive 2 hours home at 9:30PM so the other (3) could stay in the room and catch a ride home with other family members. It could have been avoided and I expect more from Hilton Hotels. Not a bad hot... Read more

The only good thing about the Whirlpool suite was the size of the room. However, the overall experience in the room was unsatisfactory. My husband had a competition in the upcoming weekend and he needed to soak his body in the tub and so we decided to book the suite so that he could relax for 2 days before the event. We were happy when we opened the room door. However, when we turned on the heat in the living area, it stunk and we had to leave the window open (we could get over that; the wind... Read more

Hotel lobby was very pleasant, and my room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. FYI - the hotel is located near a business area, but away from the historic section of Annapolis; however, it is only a 5 minute drive to the historic section, and the hotel is a much better value than the ones in the historic area - so worth the drive.

Stayed at the garden inn before running in the Annapolis running classic. Check in was pleasant, clerk was friendly and offered helpful restaurant selections. There was no Hilton honors golf upgrade available nor was I offered waters or breakfast voucher which is usually customary for gold members. Hotel is not located in downtown but a bit outside the city. When I got up race morning, I stopped at the front desk to ask about late check out. The clerk just barely looked up from her cell ph... Excellent hotel for the price and very clean. Great value. Sometimes tough to get a hotel in this city but this is an untapped gem if you get an opportunity to stay in Annapolis. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this area. Very friendly staff as well.

Very satisfied with our recent stay @ Hilton Garden in Annapolis. Room was clean and quiet. Morning breakfast was great. Definitely would stay here again. The location makes for easy access both into Annapolis and back to Washington or Baltimore.
