Hotel is visible from highway exit, but after entering the business complex, there was no sign pointing the way to the hotel. It was clean, quiet, usual breakfast, friendly staff. No breakfast items if you are Gluten Free.

I found the accommodations extremely comfortable and priced reasonable. i had no issues connecting to the internet. The hotel was very close to Williamsburg which made our stay extremely favorable. I would use this same hotel again.

If you want to be able to get in some cardio in the morning, this is not the hotel for you. The fitness center has 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical machine and every morning it was difficult to gain access to either of these machines. I was there 4 nights and tried to get on the treadmill several times between 5:15 am and 7 am and was only successful (on my first try) one morning. I was pleased with the hotel overall, but have two complaints/warnings, one of which is rather serious. The day after I checked out and was looking through my suitcase while at my next destination, it hit me that I had left some clothing in the wardrobe of the hotel! Was a clean hotel, wish they had bigger beds than doubles in the rooms. Plenty of clean towels, nice lobby area to hang out with 4 different types of coffee. If you want a glass of wine or a beer to relax they have them available for purchase in the lobby. Hotel was quite.

WOW! Okay, Hampton Inn's are really excellent; that's nothing new. However...this one is perfectly located "in Annapolis" and yet "away from the craziness" of downtown. The king suite was clean and spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were superb for the low price of our stay. I did not have a reservation but was able to walk in and book a hotel room for one night. The hotel is clean and comfortable and is also close to dining establishments. The hotel is a few miles from downtown Annapolis but in one day, I was able to see the Naval Academy, Maryland Statehouse and a museum. There was a complimentary breakfast but I did not get a chance to use it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

I was working in Washington, DC for the week and was unable to find a hotel which met my companies per diem rates, I'm familiar with Annapolis and Hampton Inn hotels so I put two and two together and booked a room. It was first time traveling with our puppy, and overall it was a great place. The staff unfortunately was average and should be taught to give preference to customers who are actually there! I wish our room looked as good as the lobby!Very old fashioned,wallpaper (pealing in spots),bath had shower curtain,(not glass doors),no exhaust fan,mold spots on some tiles in shower,broken chairs (both)older style furniture.Breakfast was below others(eggs and breaded items)washing machines are not free(room prices were more than we ever spent)have a pool table,(obvious) no one there plays (2 cues,1 broken)half lights are out over table.I could go on,but I won't!Just never go back!

In town for a lacrosse tournament. Can't beat the price! Easy to get to...right off the highway. Clean rooms, friendly staff and free breakfast. Can't ask for much more for only $160/night! It isn't a 5 star hotel but. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the hotel picked by the "wedding". It is a pet friendly hotel. I am allergic to pets. With that in mind I was reassured that the rooms are steam cleaned between pet stays. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room appeared clean, including bathroom. water pressure was just OK. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Got a smaller room than reserved. There was a dog on the floor that barked. The breakfast was one of the worst ever. My husband nor I could eat it. The location was convenient to the Bay Bridge, si that's why we booked it. PWe felt that it was very overpriced for what we got. The room looked very dated & small. Will not stay there again.

Room was very nice. People were very nice and polite. Loved the location and how quiet it was around the hotel. Really enjoyed the complimentary Internet and pool areas. Housekeeping came early and made sure we had everything we needed for the day. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel has potential, but as is I will not be staying again. While the staff is friendly and it is pet friendly and the location is great, there are major issues. The carpet in the main hallways is rolled and even with the floor caution sign unsafe to go across. The floors were disgusting, rarely vacuumed and I don't believe ever washed. The staff were wonderful - all friendly and personable. The room was clean but we were disappointed by how outdated and tired the room was. The chair in the room was worn and stained/dirty. Great Hotel, Horrible Customer Service... I had a reservation for two night. My son's tournament was cut down to two days so I needed to cancel one night. I have stayed here multiple times and blocked rooms for the entire team in the past. I actually recommended the hotel to another random lacrosse mom in an airport only last week. I booked a king suite at the Hampton Inn. I went to checkin at 5:50pm. The front desk agent, Paul, informed me that they were having an issue with the booking via Travelocity. Time was a significant issue as I had my ill 4-year-old with me. After 12 minutes, Paul stated that he was unable to resolve the issue. First of all they checkin me in before I got there however it wasn't me they didn't check someone's identification and checked them in as my guest... Then the lobby and Galway smelled of fish.. And the room the sprinkler head in room had no housing on it.. The bathroom cabinet was peeling and missing a piece off the actual cabinet..And I felt like customer service overall was bad.. Hampton Inn and suites were a vet pleasant surprise for us. The king suite was very nice. Loved the TV's in the bedroom and in the living area. What a great idea. Breakfast was the best ! My family enjoyed it so much. The hotel is perfectly located with fast access to the major highways.

The hotel rooms are in need of updating. The first room I was placed in smelled of mildew and I could hear the guests television as if it was playing in my own room. Also, the front desk staff allowed me to put my own luggage on the cart and drag it around when I arrived, when I changed rooms and when I checked out. Our first trip to Annapolis, we found this Hampton to be very clean, plush bed linens (all white) with a note from housekeeping letting us know even the duvets were freshly cleaned. Convenient driving location to downtown and harbor area, easy interstate access but in a quiet area and a dog park area with clean-up bags for our traveling canine companion. Fresh fruit and batter for fresh waffles included with breakfast.

I have never been disappointed when choosing the Hampton Inn. . . beds are always comfy! Everything was comfortable and nice, nice view of trees out of my window, and an excellent hot and cold breakfast. I was not able to stream video with the complimentary Wifi. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

I've heard this hotel has been bought out, but they haven't done anything with it yet, because the two rooms I was given smelled and were very musty. Everything but the front lobby was dirty. The staff were friendly and tried to help best they could, but they didn't have a clean room to offer me. Do not recommend.

We paid extra for a suite which was nice and large but we didn't dare sit down on the furniture. Dirty spotted recliner chairs from the 80's. Ripped and frayed carpet. Bed linens were thread thin and wrinkled. Pillows were flat. Oh and the a/c sounded like a punk rock band. Good things, standard Hampton breakfast, free parking, very close to naval academy. But Hilton, really, your name is on this.

Hilton properties are my first choice when traveling. This one was a mistake. Starting with the lobby, the carpet was filthy, then the carpet in the elevator and hallway. the room was much better with spotty mold in the tub, but generally clean. The outdoor pool water was green. didn't get in. The staff was nice enough and friendly, but next time is look for a Hilton down the road a piece.

While this Hampton is just off the highway, it was a maze to get back into where it was nestled into. The building has been around for awhile, and is in need of some freshening up. While we were there the hot water had gone out, upsetting a number of guests. Standard Hampton Fare, friendly staff.

This hotel is well located, quiet, serves a decent daily complimentary hot breakfast, has newspapers and amenities. Room and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately it could not locate an item we left in the room even though we knew the exact spot; and you can't really walk anywhere although a dunkin donuts is close. Many stores are a short drive away. Pool was not heated but was supposed to be. Brrrr!!

This Hampton Inn has a wonderful, friendly, helpful staff, free WiFi, easy parking. Unfortunately, the rooms that were promised us were not ready when we arrived. Quite and restful. Staff is very accommodating. You don't have to worry about busy car traffic noise. There is ample parking and near 3 shopping centers with multiple restaurants. The location is convenient for many attractions of interest.

Although the front desk was friendly and welcoming. This hotel room was by far one of the worst I've stayed in a long time. There was mld/mildew smell in the room as well as damp dirty floors and carpet. The kitchenette wallpaper and baseboards were falling apart and off the wall. A ten to fifteen minute drive (we used ├╝ber taxi) to get to down town Annapolis (average $15 trip) The rooms were nice and clean - comfortable, well laid out, with AC, up to date tv (plenty off channels), the bathroom was clean. My husband and I have stayed at numerous Hampton Inn's as Hilton Gold Members, and have always had a great stay. But this hotel is dated and does not live up to the Hilton standard at all. This place is my normal hotel for when I have to visit the Rockwell Collins facility within walking distance. I love staying here because I can take a cab from BWI and then walk out the back to Rockwell Collins. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good (standard continental offerings).

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn for 2 nights from a Sunday to Tuesday. Check in was easy and the front desk people were very pleasant, polite and professional. On line check in guarantee did not work - we chose our room , confirmed with the hotel then did the early check in so that we could just get the key and go to our room upon arrival, our room was given away and we had to settle for another room on a floor that was not as accessible with our pet and my husbands bad hips and we had to wait to get in for several hours.

Dog friendly, and always pleasant. The lobby is very nice and the breakfast is above average and comfortable. Our suite was ridiculously large and overall clean. Probably due for an update in the rooms but no complaints for what was paid. Great location

The best part about staying in the Hampton Inn is the great breakfast. Never do you have to wait for service and there is lots to choose from at the buffet. We especially loved the little cinnamon buns.

Room small, beds uncomfortable. Slept in a chair. Staff never told us about breakfast but they were pleasant enough. Won't go back. Expect more from Hampton Inn, loved them in the past but things are changing.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. It was extremely dirty and unkempt. The room was really outdated and dirty. There was dirty linens lined up all in the hallway almost preventing us from going into the room. The elevator carpets are pitch black full of dirt. This hotel needs to be renovated badly. Outdated room furniture and amenities, plus old bathroom fixtures make for an unpleasant experience. My parents had mold in their shower and had to switch rooms. I've stayed at Hamptons before and have had a pleasant experience so staying here was disappointing. Also, there were flies everywhere in the breakfast area so consider pest control.

With the great smiles at the front desk to an adequate breakfast and delicious cookies in the late afternoon also comes a place for your puppy. We have stayed there over 10 years and recommend it. The facilities are kept up well and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

If you drink tea and wanted caffeinated bring your own if you see the picture they typically have two types both decaffeinated You'll see picture of the breakfast containers where the eggs and any meat would normally put even though it says breakfast starts at 6 don't expect to have anything until 7 so if you have to leave early you have to grab breakfast elsewhere unless all you want carbs there's plenty of bread you can also forget about having a cover for your coffee they no longer have them... I cannot stress how awful this property is. I'm shocked Hilton hasn't revoked its label. The wallpaper is off walls. The hallways don't have working lights. The bed sheets have holes. Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in forever.

It is a great idea to be able to choose your room online before arrival! Our room on the second floor was far away from the elevators and very quiet. The complimentary WiFi and daily breakfast (from 6 until 10) was also great. The main reason why we chose this hotel is because it has a mini-refrigerator and microwave in the room plus the past TripAdvisor reviews were good.

My husband, I and our cat enjoyed a great stay. We were happy to be able to bring our pet and not have to pay a pet deposit or pet fee. What a savings! The staff was great! And the complementary breakfast was very nice.

In Annapolis for an event and this the hotel where we stayed for the annual 10 K road race across the Bay Bridge. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. This particularly nice as we needed an extra hour for check-out due to a late event conclusion and traffic. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet cul de sac conveniently close to a major highway interchange. The room was clean and well equipped with the usual amenities. We stayed here for one reason only - they allowed pets. We booked 2 rooms (one for our 14 year old son) and asked for connecting or at least next door. Well we were literally at opposite ends of the floor. The rooms were dated and in need of an upgrade. It was clean and am thankful they allowed our dogs but not Hilton quality

Not what you expect from a Hampton. One person working in the entire building at 9:00 pm. Waited 20 minutes to check-in. Front desk was clearly frustrated by the lack of support from management to have proper staffing. Told a guest in front of us he could not guarantee a wake up call because the system was broken. Sometimes when I read reviews, it seems as if I stayed at different hotel. My stay was perfect. Easy check-in, clean room, clean halls, comfortable bed, great shower, well-stocked breakfast buffet, quiet, helpful staff. Nothing could have been better.

We had a four night stay here for Thanksgiving. Checked in night one and it took three people to push the luggage cart as it had two flat tires. TV in next room at 11:30 PM was on high-volume, so we called the front desk to complain and the front desk phone went unanswered multiple times.
