The hotel is located in a beautiful scenery in the harbor. The Dock Bar and the restaurant have nice settings and great atmosphere. And that's it... The hotel service is terrible, the receptionists are very unfriendly and not helpful. I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and I never came across such rude and unprofessional staff. They have found my reservation after a delay of 15 minutes, then they told me they don't have rooms I reserved, then finally they found one on the first floor in a cor... Read more

Annapolis waterfront hotel is the bEsT location Annapolis for a Hotel and I is a full service hotel. I call it a small hotel with a big heart. I haven't been to the Waterfront hotel in 15 years, The Billman recognized me the minute i walked in the door. While your there you will probably see Midshipmen walking about town, be sure to take 2 tours while your there. One, a private tour of the Naval Academy, the hotel can arrange it for you. Great service. The balcony rooms have fantastic views of the harbor area. The other rooms are excellent. The balcony rooms are more expensive, but certainly worth the investment. The hotel is centrally located.

Attended a conference here for 3 days in may. The hotel was very comfy, clean, smart and had everything you could want. I had a twin room with two large beds and a fantastic tv. But the location is the reason why you have to visit this hotel. Located on the edge of the bay. Close to all amenities that Annapolis has to offer. Would love to stay here again. Great food in pussers next door too. Ideal for a drink and sit out and watch the yachts on "ego alley"

Had a quick overnight stay at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. I was on my way to Washington DC, and had stayed at a not so nice chain hotel the night before. When I arrived at this hotel, it was such as pleasant treat to make up for the other place. The lobby was very nice and the front desk staff had me checked in quickly even though there were a large number of people checking in. My room for the night was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the harbor. We had some drinks and appe... Read more

We stayed for a night and paid $450 ..for a double bed room on the first floor overlooking the water. The good: The room was great. The staff worked to ensure we got double beds, and the view was really fantastic. The staff was amazing. The valet staff was so helpful. The water taxis will drop you off at the hotel! The bad: The hotel had absolutely no pool. For a pretty expensive hotel ...it was a first. Took away from the luxury.

The hotel is in a perfect location, in the heart of Annapolis, across from the Naval Academy, and overlooking the water. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff during our stay were very warm, caring, and professional. Despite the hotel being at full capacity, the front desk staff, valet, and dining staff handled everything extremely well. Special kudos to Rachel at the front desk--while it was her first week at the hotel, she was personable and hospitable. The part we enjoyed most was... Read more

The waterfront location is the best thing about this hotel, although I found the staff to be friendly and helpful too. However, my room was quite ordinary, especially at the price, though it was clean and had a good number of outlets. The bar/restaurant in the hotel is good, but not great.

I was familiar with this location (best in Annapolis and waterfront), as well as many of the wonderful staff, from previous Annapolis visits-whether on business or social travel needs. I enjoyed catching up with what I consider "old friends"-----from the bright, professional and extremely helpful female receptionists, to the valets, on to an extremely nice, tall, strong looking (former athlete?) and helpful custodian in a blue shirt, who held the elevator door open for my lady friend and I to ... We just visited Annapolis for the first time and were so pleased we chose this beautiful hotel! We were drawn by the great waterfront location, walking distance to the city dock area, and the ability to bring our small dog along. Our room had a spacious balcony where we enjoyed the view of the harbor, daybreak with coffee each morning, and a cool evening breeze on a warm day. We were so charmed that we b... Read more

Visiting Annapolis this is a perfect location to stay. Right on the water close (5 min walk) to shopping area. From the moment we pulled up at valet parking, we were greeted in a cheerful manner. But it was the little things that the staff did that we noticed and appreciated. We had a very nice room with a handsome nautical décor. The king bed was very comfortable, the TV was large and enjoyable, the location was convenient to all the historic downtown shops and excitement. We only stayed one night, but because we were so close to downtown and the water taxi, we got to experience a lot in a short time. We parked our car ($25 parking fee) and did not use it until check out the next day. I would definitely stay here again.

We were lucky to book this hotel for graduation week at the Naval Academy. Great location on the water lends itself to the feel of the town, and it is easily walkable to most of the major sites. Unfortunately the restaurant staff was heavily pressed at peak times; I felt sorry for the young inexperienced and overwhelmed servers so more servers should have been added (for example, early morning of the graduation itself.) Just returned from a two night stay. Had specific requirements on room and worked with General Manager Gary and his staff to work out the details on this. Went out of there way and met all my needs and even exceeded them. Gary himself is very personable and goes out of his way, is visible and mingles with the guests. His employees reflect his approach. Sophia and the front desk personnel are the best I have ever encountered and as a frequent traveler for over 35 years that is saying a lot. E... Read more

If your looking for the finest hotel and best staff in Annapolis, look no further because this is it! Gary Burke (the General Manager) and his staff went above and beyond to ensure our family vacation over Labor Weekend was a truely great and memorable event. We will definitely be back.

We decided to splurge & stay at the Marriott in downtown Annapolis, so glad we did. Our room was waterfront with a balcony overlooking the harbor & thousands of boats. Room was spacious & tastefully decorated in a nautical theme with shades of blue & grey. Very well done! Bed is comfy & thick white robes are a nice touch. Pussers restaurant & bar is downstairs ( we didn't go but they were busy). We hopped on the water taxi for a 5 minute ride across the harbor to Carroll creek cafe where we en... Read more

Fabulous in every way from the extremely helpful staff Sofia, Maggie, Stephen Brown and Gary Burke, the General Mgr, to the fun and tasteful nautical decor. The Pusser's Restaurant on the main floor has good food and epitomizes casual waterfront dining. Convenient to everything in Annapolis, you can ride a Woodwind Schooner, water taxi or take a regular taxi. You can't help but have a great time here.

The rooms were well appointed, the bed was comfortable. We stayed on a sold out Saturday night and the hotel was noise free (unlike many others). Liked the windows open for some fresh air off the water. The staff was very pleasant and especially helpful. They gave us several dining and drinking recommendations and all were spot on. The location is the best in Annapolis with waterfront, dockside dining. Food was tasty. I travel every week on business and this will be a property I will ma... Read more

Beautiful, clean and fresh hotel. You can not beat the views! The hotel is centrally located . We walked or rode our bikes everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling and quick to greet us. The room was quiet and the cleanest we've had. Most comfortable bed, linens & pillows ever as well. They were generous with the towels and toiletries. Highly recommend this hotel.
