We stayed at this hotel while we attended the Women's March in Washington, DC. It was close to the BWI airport where we caught the MARC train into the city. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant and bar in the lobby was very good however they need more employees working there. Dinner and breakfasts where a long wait. Even to just get a cup of coffee took a good 10 minutes. All of the staff at the hotel and restaurant were great however.

First, before I address the bad points of my stay, let me talk about the good points of my stay. The room was very spacious, and very clean. There was plenty of room to put my clothes, and there were two closets. For business travelers who need space for business clothes, this hotel has all of the closet space you could need! However, in comparison to other Courtyard Marriotts I have stayed in, the lobby is extremely outdated, not modern. Also, considering the aforementioned closet space, there... Read more

Needed a room close to D.C. for women's march. Location not great, no food or fuel nearby. Pain to get back on highway. Room was clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly. Don't bother with food from Bistro, just reheated food with no taste. The quesadilla was just a tortilla with bland chicken and cheese, microwaved. French dip also bland. We didn't finish any food. Would have been nice to have microwave in room.

Stayed for 3 nights. Not up to the mark of other courtyard marriott properties I have stayed at. housekeeping was not professional, things not even picked up or cleaned properly on the first two nights, 3rd night was ok but shouldn't be a hit or miss based on which one of their staff cleaned. Location not great, not many restaurants nearby. Weird arrangement with the TV being on the side and facility confusion was average. Front desk service was also hit or miss depending on who. The guy on... Read more

Quiet, quiet, quiet. Maybe because it was Christmas week, however I've stayed at other Courtyard Marriot hotels before, and they tend to be quiet because they seem to cater to business persons, not families. Large room with two queen beds, an ample coffee bar with fridge, and two closets to hang plenty of clothes. We never bumped into each other, literally. The lobby Bistro was a wonderful place to grab breakfast before we ventured out. We loved the oatmeal, and scones. Lots of choices for every... Read more

My thoughts on this hotel are mixed. The location was continent to where I had to go for work. The lobby was nice and the staff were excellent. The room left a little to be desired. There was a huge - massive - stain on the floor. The walls had dirt and other excessive steaks all over them. Not just one area. Quite the opposite - the bathroom was immaculate. So I guess it depends what is important to you. They could definitely paint and make this place better.

We stayed here one night on a quick overnight trip. The front desk agent at check in was very friendly and professional. She was juggling what seemed to be a bridal party and that didn't effect her level of service. Upon check out I left my tablet in the room and they were so kind as to mail it back to me. I appreciated this because they could have easily have kept it.

Pretty good stay at this courtyard, convenient location if you don't mind traveling a bit to get into the city. The rooms were spacious enough and we enjoyed the indoor pool/Jacuzzi. The only complaint is that the front desk was not very enthusiastic and didn't not offer much help with questions about the local area. However, there is a convenient kiosk by the front desk that will show local restaurants and activities. I would stay again.

The good: Stayed here for two nights for a family wedding. Was impressed when we got in the room. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, pull out couch...good amount of space/accommodations for two adults and two kids. The lobby/lounge is also nice. The bad: Our bathroom light blew out on the evening of the second night. This was pretty inconvenient with two little kids, including one who's up nursing every couple of hours. Their only remedy was to change rooms, which would be way too much of a hassle ... Read more
