If you ever need to be reminded that there is still good customer service, please stay at this hotel. we had our wedding schedule the day the Blizzard 2016 hit. I have never been so SATIFIED as I was here with the staff! Katrina and Elizabeth in sales made everything happen regardless. Not to mention the GM assisted with getting a tie for my son that we forgot. WOW!!! So happy with this Hotel that we are saying again with our guest since we had to reschedule our reception.

Front desk manager Lafayette started our stay off with a very warm welcome and recognition of Marriott platinum elite and its benefits including a great upgrade. Our room is large and comfortable, clean and well appointed and invites a good nights rest. Bistro manager Tara offered good suggestions about dinner--we wanted pasta and she was quick to suggest a delivery service which delivered a warm and tasty meal. Winter does not afford enjoyment of the Ripken stadium but its fun to look out and s... Read more

The hotel is conveniently located right off exit 85 of I-95. It backs to a little league complex, so enjoy some local little league baseball during the evening. Or during the short pro season, walk across the street and watch this year's draftees begin their professional career. The hotel is as well kept, and up to date, as any Courtyard you'll find. So if you believe Marriott is the best chain (it is), and Courtyard is the best value in the chain (it is), then this is the best hotel for you.... Read more

We loved this hotel, right by the Cal Ripken baseball fields. The Sales Manager, Katrina Herbert, really helped us with our group reservation, and she welcomed us the day after we arrived! She even thoughtfully sent balloons to one of our boys who was celebrating his birthday! Thank you, Katrina! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was always helpful. There was a little bit of a bump with some housekeeping matters but Katrina and the guest services manager Haley we... Read more

We stayed at the Courtyard Aberdeen to participate in the 2016 Cal Ripken Armed Forces Baseball Tournament. The hotel is ideally located for us as it is right by the baseball fields. You'll need a vehicle however to get around. The rooms are simply but comfortably furnished. I like that the sofa bed is good-sized and can accommodate an adult. There is a laundry area on the second floor where you can wash a load for a dollar and dry it, also for a dollar. There is also an ice dispenser on every ... Read more

We stayed at the Courtyard Aberdeen for a 3 day Cal Ripkin tournament. The location was ideal and we loved having a view of the Cal Ripkin Sr. stadium, which our son's team played 2 games on. The rooms are clean, simple design, with simple baseball themed photos as some wall decor. We liked the desk that pulled out for more space and utilized the small refrigerator. Staff was courteous. The pool is a little small for having to share with the adjoining Residence Inn. Being a complex hosti... Read more

We stayed here during my son's baseball tournament. It is definitely pricey due to the close proximity to the fields, but the convenience can't be beat. Rooms are very nice and clean. Disappointed in the pool area, extremely small for the size of the hotel and I believe it is shared with the conjoined Residence Inn. The lobby area was ok but gets super crowded with all the teams and family members. There is a small bistro but it was expensive and not too great a selection, especially for kids. B... Read more

Loved the views of the ballpark when my son was playing here for a tournament. Not at all sorry to have paid a few dollars more for the room with the view of the fields. Absolutely reminds me of Camden yards. They did a nice job with the stadium rendition. But the room, the service and the amenities are NOT LOST in the mix of pretending to be Orioles Park. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The service was prompt and attentive. The food was good and what you would expect from a Cou... Read more

We came here for a Ripkin baseball tournament. This hotel exceeded our expectations especially since the hotel at sports at the beach was really bad. The rooms were very clean and a good size. The staff was very nice but nothing exeptional. The breakfast buffet is not free but well worth the $10 to $12. The pool was on the small side but was never very crowded. Plus with some rooms having a great view of cal senior's yard this is an all around great hotel that I would recommend to anyone.

Stayed in a double queen room. Clean and comfortable. 42" TV with high def. Free WIFI is fast. Lots of free parking. There are not a lot of restaurant choices in the area. Mostly burger and grilled items. Bistro cafe has good salads and serves Starbucks coffee. You have to drive 2 miles for Target and a variety of restaurants.

Can't even begin to describe what a home run we had with Marriott. A last minute reservation made sure that we could see my son umpire a three-game series in his first season As A Minor League umpire. Not only did they fit us in, they changed our room when the air conditioning didn't work. If that wasn't enough, they extended our check out to 3 p.m. to accommodate a 5:30 p.m. game start. This is why I love Marriott. Big shout out to Holly and Chris at the front desk, or figuring out a way to alw... Read more

I just wanted to take an moment to let you know about our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott - Aberdeen at Ripken and recognize one of your employees. Although our entire experience was very memorable. I feel it is important to recognize Marie. Marie is one of your hotel maids that went above and beyond during our stay. She over heard me telling my husband our refrigerator was leaking. She took it upon herself to notify maintenance of our room problem even though she was not assigned to room... Read more

The hotel is clean and in a great location. You can walk to the ball fields safely and quickly. The staff here are just wonderful! We've stayed in many hotels/resorts and the customer service is excellent here. Lafayette at the front desk today was so very kind and helpful!! Would definitely recommend this place!!

What a great concept, Cal Ripkin, UnderArmor and Marriot combined to provide a great experience for youth baseball and their families. We arrived on Friday night and departed Monday afternoon. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and if you get a field side room you can observe games from your room. The baseball complex is top notch and provides kids an opportunity to experience a big league atmosphere. How often can you and your family safely travel to several different ball field... Read more

Amazing weekend! The rooms are updated and very clean. The hotel staff were beyond helpful and friendly. I mentioned to an employee at the check in desk that I thought the rooms had a microwave. He apologized and said that it could be added to the room on request. He said that he'd have one sent up to my room ASAP. I told him I'd be fine without it, but sure enough when I went up to the room it was waiting for me. The most amazing employee was Ashley from housekeeping. My son was hurt playing ba... Read more

So here's my 2 cents on this property.... I'm a business traveler and Marriott gold member. I have been to many Marriotts, and though I typically stay in the full Marriott brand property, I have always had a great experience at Courtyards, as well. My stay wasn't bad, by any means. The view was outstanding, the room was clean, and the housekeeper was very sweet and accommodating. HOWEVER... This property clearly has its routines and regimented rules. With tournaments, and the volume that ... Read more
