Great hotel. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. We really enjoyed our two night stay. Would recommend to anyone traveling in the area. It's also near many stores and restaurants if you need them

Perfect stay experience. Food exceeded my expectations for a hotel restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel in Aberdeen. Close to restaurants and grocery too. Can't say enough good things. Staff was so nice in all respects.

There's a pool, There's a hot tub. There's a Bar. There's a restaurant. What else could you want. Not the best Duvets in the world but it did work, Not sure I like the adjustable mattress though. I did miss the breakfast buffets that some of the other hotels in this chain have. So with 4 of us that was another 50 some bucks for breakfast and a tip. Plenty of parking, pretty quiet hotel. Probably a little better hotel than I am used to. Would stay here again.

My husband and I stopped here on our way driving down to Florida from New Hampshire. Staff was very pleasant and we got a room right away. Bed was comfortable but it was the 'adjustable mattress' that some Hilton Gardens offer, which are not great. If anything they get very hot. Pillows were comfortable and once we adjusted the room temperature we slept great. Best part was the breakfast. Cooked to order omelettes which were excellent. We were able to get a room here on our way back home ... Read more

After 6 hours on the road with husband and toddler HGI was welcoming, accommodating, clean and the food was excellent. Only suggestion, if you are traveling with a baby/toddler have your own travel crib. The suite was great for giving baby (and us) separate space but still being close enough for comfort.

When we arrived, hotel staff acted as though checking us in was a chore an an inconvenience. For breakfast next day, they call it a breakfast buffet but they take your order an that's all you get for 13.61. Service is terrible. Rooms are alright if you don't mind the smell an the stains on the carpet.

This is a decent room. There are several appreciable amenitites, not including a continental breakfast. I stayed here twice. My only real issues with the place were that it was noisy and hard to get a good night's sleep, and two that the room I booked the second night was considerably less nice than the first night. Despite the fact that they were the same price. That's not a good way to treat a repeat customer. Also, the 2nd night I didn't get my goodie bag. The only things I ever care about ... Read more

On my trip back home I was stuck in a phenomenal amount of traffic, so I decided on behalf of the safety of others to stay in a hotel and rest my weary bones. Chosen last minute and with one room left in the hotel, I couldn't have been luckier. The front desk quickly resolved a slight mess up with the room booking with ease and graciousness. My room was absolutely comforting and clean, with hardwood floors and sleep number bed. I ordered room service as a treat, and that it was- it came quickly ... Read more

Nice hotel, staff are friendly. Clean rooms but lacks the luxury for the price point. The Garden Inns lack the bell staff. Soap and shampoo are Walmart types. No frills, no extras. Nice comfortable beds and bedding. Have stayed here twice. Like the hotel. I'm not the motel 6 type so this is my choice for the area.

Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and have never had any problems. This is a relatively new build so facilities and rooms are excellent. Staff are very good and I choose to eat in the restaurant occasionally as food quality is good. A special mention to Mariah who was the breakfast server. She was super efficient and very chirpy with a great customer service focus. Would not choose to stay anywhere else in this area.

I stayed at this hotel last week. It was the only hotel I could find at the Government rate for the dates I needed. The staff was friendly. However, I encountered an issue I feel I should inform travelers about. When I travel for work, I have a hard time sleeping the first night. The second night is usually when I get caught up on my rest and awake feeling human again. This didn't happen until the 3rd night for me. The reason is that there is a Tractor Supply Store right next to the hotel... Read more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on one of his business trip. The hotel is located in the back where you see the trucks parking in front. I like the hardwood floors in the room. I can't sleep on pillows that are extremely flat. The buffet breakfast is not worth $10.99 per person.

Staff was very helpful for local dinning recommendations. Facility was very clean and inviting. Had many places to shop and eat within walking distance. The beds had firmness adjustments to them. So if you like your bed soft or hard they could accommodate that. The only negative thing I could find was poor water pressure in the shower. Missed my shower at home.

As a family with small children we don't often get to stay in luxury accommodations, but this hotel made it feel like we could. It was affordable, had a clean and beautiful pool that we all enjoyed, and the breakfast was amazing considering it only added a small amount to the total for the hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable (with the sleep number adjustable option). We would definitely visit again if in the area.

The hotel is located off I-95, but was a little hard to see. We had 4 people in the car looking, but the hotel is set back and the sign at the street is very low. It may be a combination of construction in the area and the sign being at street level that made locating it difficult. However, once inside it was what would be expected from the Hilton Garden Inn brand. I had a difficulty with the beds advertised for adjusting for firmness. When the best restaurant in the area seems to be Bob Evans or Panera...that says a lot. Even the front desk said the better restaurants are two exists south on 95 in Bel Air. (24 min drive). One of the main things I DISLIKE after a full day of work and travel is getting back in my car for more than a 5 min drive. So for me...that was strike one. (No fault of the hotel). Chec... Read more

My title says it all. This is a pretty decent hotel and perfect place to rest and sleep if you are passing through Aberdeen. I stayed here with my son's baseball team that was playing in a Cal Ripken tournament that is 5 minutes away. The hotel is very clean and has a more contemporary feel to it. The pool is on the smaller side and the hotel employees did not like it when we opened the outside door to cool things off. There were multiple youth baseball teams staying, so the pool got crowded.
