Very nice hotel. Rooms were both nice and clean. Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub,a hot breakfast as well. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was I think it's still a little pricey, but regardless, I would still highly recommend the Hampton Inn Airport!

Had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Portland, Maine. Excellent service and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The location to the airport was great the and the shuttle was very prompt. We departed at 0420 in the morning and they even had the breakfast set up for us! I have never stayed anyplace else that set the breakfast up for the early departures. Thank you!

The hotel is right across the Maine Mall. My wife enjoys shopping, comparing prices of stores. This makes her very happy when we stay here. You can walk to the Mall. The GM is very pleasant, Andrew Bailey. "The Jenn" was alot of fun to deal with and very proficient at her duties. Hope she is there when we return....which we will.

first entered room to find lamp obviously inoperative, closet doors off hinges preventing use, mold in bathtub, odor of cigar smoke or old rug, and sheets would not stay on mattress during the night, without any covering on mattress. This hotel needs maintenance, and is not what I usually experienced from Hampton Inns.

This was our first experience with Hampton Inn and it was above so many other hotels in this price range. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was delightful and the sound proofing was great. We could not hear anyone above or beside us. And very little sound from the hallway. TV reception and internet service were on par. I will definitely stay at a Hampton Inn in the future.

Used to be our favorite place to stay in greater Portland but the maintenance and replacements are not being done well so it is getting shabby now. Thinking about other hotels to stay at now which is unfortunate because we like the location and the staff. The tip was picked up before the room was cleaned so we weren't sure who got the tip, the maid or someone else on staff.

We used to always stay at a much pricier property in the area until we discovered The Hampton Inn. The rooms are spotless, service is top notch and price is fair. Hotel has many amenities that we enjoy! We look forward to our next visit!!

I stayed a week there. Great hotel - spotless and clean. The team is as friendly as a good family. Jason on the front desk, Liz and Zina- breakfast smiling ladies, Charlie - a very interesting to talk to guy. I did not feel I was just a guest there. They have a permanent team, which means the hotel is under very good management: they treat their employees well. Highly recommend it!

Loved this hotel, very clean, helpful staff and great location, has everything you are looking for. Can't think of anything they could improve. Have stayed there before and would definitely come back again.

My husband and I came down for a weekend away and had previiously stayed at this hotel before. We got a great price and the staff was amazing to deal with. The only downfall was that they were so busy at breakfast we couldn't get a seat. We decided to go out to a restaurant instead which was a bummer because breakfast is complimentary.

The hotel was certainly on par to average. The staff was fine, the room was clean, the hallways were quiet. My neighbor liked his T.V. late, but its ok i like mine early. Even stevens. The continental was one of the better ones I have had at any hotel chain. They had a good selection, easy to eat, easy to get. DO NOT RIDE THE ELEVATOR. It takes off faster than an F-22. Like im serious, it buckled my knees. It did create for several intriguing rides that had us laughing with strangers.... out of ... Read more

Convenient location for medical appointments. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We also enjoy the breakfasts. We are not shoppers, but it would be close to stores and many different types of restaurants. !

Always use Hampton because of consistency .... A bit dspointed in condition of room but if consistency still exists .... I'm sure issues will be addressed.... It is an older facility so I expect upkeep is a constant concern. No excuse for damaged lampshades though ...... ???

As a front office manager at an award winning Hampton Inn, I was a little disappointed with my stay at a fellow Hampton. The room was good; clean and plenty of space for being a smaller location. A nice pool/fitness area as well. Cookies as usual were the best part of the evening. Nice location to shopping, the airport, highway and restaurants. Can't beat that. Unfortunately some of the staff didn't seem to really have that Hamptonality that I expect and know. The older lady working Friday... Read more

I've stayed here before and have booked it again for my next trip to Maine. Clean, comfortable facility. But the best part is the staff. Friendly, helpful, and very welcoming, right from my very first visit. Rides back and forth to the airport and cookies in the afternoon! Couldn't ask for more!

We are a retired couple and are looking for enjoyable and economic stays. Hampton inn provides both . The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. The complimentary breakfast is varied and very good quality. The breakfast staff is ,as is the rest of the staff, courteous and helpful.
