We found this inn by accident several years ago. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have returned 4 more times! Each time we arrive, we are surprised by the many updates. We stayed in a room with a balcony and fireplace this time. As always, the room was clean, the king size bed and pillows quite comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. We look forward to staying again soon.

Clean and bright. Staff was very engaging and helpful. Will certainly stay here again. Coffee / tea is available in the lobby. Would be nice if there were little breakfast munchies available also. Thanks!

This is the second time we've stayed at The Admiral's Inn in three years. We didn't visit Ofunquit last year which is the only reason we haven't been to the Admiral's Inn three times in three years. The room was great and clean and cosy. Very well designed and decorated tactfully. It was a first floor room near the parking lot but noise from guests coming and going was minimal. Our upstairs neighbors were loud and kept us up during our second night but that might come with a first floor room. ... Read more

Our room was recently renovated. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Front desk staff very nice and helpful! The Admiral's Inn is in a nice convenient location, walking distance to the center where there are shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!

Things only get better here even after visiting all these years.. The crew at the ADMIRALS INN have revamped the whole place and I thought it was great before..The LOBBY is BEAUTIFUL, very nautical and welcoming, a huge change which was a nice surpriseū???. Always a happy welcoming face at the desk with any information you could possibly ask or need to know, this was extremely helpful even if you've been there before because there is always new restaurants and stores.. The bedrooms were all remo... Read more

This hotel was awesome. So clean and the staff was so friendly and went out of their way to assist you. Rooms were a nice size, we stayed in the main building. Bathroom was spotless! I would definitely recommend this hotel. A 5 min walk to the center of town. A short walk to the scenic marginal way.

We visited this Inn for a weekend in early December. It was very quaint, comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed every minute we spent here! Upon arrival we first noticed the property was tastefully decorated for the Christmas Holidays! Beautifully done! Entering the lobby was a warm welcoming fire in the fireplace and the inside was also beautifully decorated for the holidays. The lobby was a good size with inviting comfortable living room type furniture. Check-in was a breeze! The people at the front... Read more

We were only able to spend one night here but we would have loved to stay longer. Check in was great along with a very nice staff, he had many suggestions as where to eat and go. Room was spotless and the bed was one of the best so far on this motorcycle trip. Wifi also works excellent.

We have stayed in Ogunquit many times, but this is our first stay at the Admiral's Inn. What a find. The room was practically brand new, clean and in a great locations- close enough to walk to town, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The innkeepers were welcoming, hospitable and full of suggestions about what to do and where to eat. We will definitely return to the Admirals Inn on our next trip to Ogunquit.

The owners and staff at Admirals Inn are top notch. They are friendly; ready to assist with dining, shopping, etc.; and seem to be genuinely appreciative that guests chose to stay there. It is convenient to the downtown area, only a short walk away. It is also close to Marginal Way--a must to walk during your stay here. The rooms are lovely. A big plus is the mattress--it is so comfortable.

While I wouldn't call this place an "inn" exactly, it is a nice step up from a motel, and as many reviewers have mentioned, the place is quite clean. We stayed in the "16+" building, but there were no children in evidence on this mid-June weekend, so we were able to enjoy the "family pool" twice all by ourselves. The hot tub there was great, too. Our room -- a king bed Jacuzzi/fireplace suite -- was fine. The furnishings in the living room were a bit old, but the bed was excellent, and the f... Read more

We stayed here for 5 nights and totally enjoyed the friendly and courteous service provided by the manager and Staff of Admiral's Inn. Our room was immaculately clean and beds very comfortable. The location in the back building was for us an ideal location that being quiet, set back off Main Street noise, yet very convenient to walk to downtown, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. The staff was extremely attentive, efficient and helped make our stay in Ogunquit delightful!

Beautifully renovated buildings and landscaped property. Kris, Mark and their staff provide an experience that is quintessential coastal Maine in the summer. The warm, friendly & welcoming atmosphere offers you the opportunity to feel like you are staying with friends. Great location in walking distance of downtown and just a short trolley ride from the beach.

Great place to stay! Easy walk to downtown, the beach and marginal way. Our room was spotless and seemed fairly new though the furniture was a little dated. We loved the cabana bar next to the pool and the fact that they had coffee in the lobby. Overall the grounds were very nice. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I stayed at the Admiral's Inn last week on a Wednesday and a Thursday. Clean room ,granite counter at sink; looked all updated; great mattresses, etc. Friendly and helpful staff; two outdoor pools; good size parking lot. We stayed in the Terraces building on the first floor. Really looks like a motel, not a hotel. We were able to walk to the Ogunquit Theatre 10 minutes away and 10 minutes also to downtown Ogunquit. We plan on staying again....Loved the free coffee/tea in the mai... Read more

We have 5 children and I really liked this place. We stayed in the separate building in the back beside main pool. The rooms were very clean and it was exactly what I was looking for. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but just enough to tire the kids out at the end of the day. The owners and people that work here were extremely nice and every staff member always say hello. They rented the restaurant out to someone and they opened a terrace beside pool. Food was very good and a quite place is wha... Read more

We just spent three nights at the Admirals Inn. I wish I could give this a 4.5 instead of a 4. It was great. The room was spacious and clean and the chairs and table outside the room were great for drying beach towels. People were friendly and everyone was very happy. There were two pools - one for families and another at the other side of the property for adults. There was free Wi-fi which was great. I would like readers of this review to know that you can walk everywhere from the Admiral's... Read more

Walking distance to the center of town and to Perkins Cove. Very clean, personal service, friendly and informative staff. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone going to that area. Also, reasonable prices. Housekeeping was great, the room always smelled fresh, and she left us towel animals! Lobby area available 24 hrs/day (coffee, tea, etc.). No laundry service, but they have a laundry room and they provide soap pods and dryer sheets.

Got back yesterday from a three night stay at The Admiral's Inn. We go to Ogunquit over the Independence Day holiday almost every year, but this was our first time staying at The Admiral's Inn. Everyone that works there is so nice. We stayed in the adults only building and can I say I very much appreciate that the Admiral's Inn has an adults only building. It's not that I don't like children, but they can definitely add a different noise dimension to a relaxing stay. There is also a separate p... Read more

We thoroughly enjoyed our evenings stay at the Admiral's Inn. The A/C kept us perfectly cool as we slept on the most comfortable mattresses. The pool and cabana bar are in close proximity to the room and the whole compound has a very cozy and welcoming feel.

I was so impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in a tourist town. My experiences in other touristy areas have prepared me for a surly, resentful staff and I was amazed by how lovely, professional and accommodating the staff was at The Admiral's Inn. The facility was great, clean, well appointed. Even the other guests were friendly and pleasant to interact with.

We stayed at the Admiral's Inn Tuesday night. This was our first time in Ogunquit and we loved it! This is a very lovely inn, close to trolley's you can ride all over town for $2. The rooms are lovely and was very quiet . There are 2 pools, one for everyone and the other adult only. The front desk crew were very welcoming. The young lady that checked us in made us very welcome and I can't say enough about her. I didn't know her name , I do know she was from Jamaica and we travel there frequently... Read more

Stayed 2 nights here. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that it is within walking distance to most destinations: 10-15 minutes tops to restaurants, bars, beach. Free coffee in the lobby was also a good way to start the day. Ogunquit is an extremely quaint and beautiful town and this place was perfect for our stay.
