I stayed at this Hampton Inn on my way to Sugarloaf in Maine. Great location, easy access. Rooms and breakfast are typical for a Hampton Inn. Ask for a room away from the road or you'll hear some truck traffic.

The hotel, room and staff were perfect for a business traveler. The space was very quiet and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great night sleep. I wish I could take the bed home with me. I definitely recommend it!

Due to a tragedy in our family we needed to switch our hotel from Bath to Lewiston to be near the hospital. Both Hampton Inns were very understanding and helpful to us in a crisis situation. They switched our reservation and when we arrived at the hotel in Lewiston to check in they gave us a special rate for hospital visitors. They made everything extremely easy for us. A special note on Megan who was so helpful but also was the employee who had the idea to make up cards giving directions from t... Read more

This Hampton was either recently renovated or was just built. Everything appeared to be very new. The room I stated in wasn't its typical shape that a hotel is in. The bed actually faced the window which was nice for a change. The rooms have a lot of space and it's pretty cozy. Bathrooms are normal and have sliding glass doors for the shower. All in all was a great experience and if I was to ever return to Lewiston I would stay here. Internet Speed: 8/10 (Hotel Speaking) I would say on average... Read more

This isn't a fancy 5 star hotel BUT it is very clean, with a terrific staff that really cares about your comfort and the condition of the building and rooms. Terrific job by the staff in making a moderately priced hotel (though not moderately priced during college graduation weekend) stay a terrific stay.

This property is typical for an up-to-date H.I. The rooms are big enough and have nice touches like USB charging ports on the nightstand and built-in bathroom nightlight. Breakfast was up to the high standards I've come to expect for this chain. The blackout curtains in the room were effective and didn't interfere with the A/C. I would have preferred a kong bed vs. 2 queens, but the reservation was made on relatively short notice.

This hotel is convenient to both Auburn and Lewiston. The hotel is about two years old and provides the usual amenities. I did not use the pool, but it looked very nice and clean. The free breakfast is always a plus!! Staff couldn't have been nicer.

This is a relatively new hotel by the river. Location is good although the neighborhood is not very nice. Traffic in the nearby streets is quite heavy even during the night time and the local cars and motorbikes are LOUD. Staff is friendly and housekeepers are doing excellent job. Parking area is relatively big but part of it is little bit far away from the vicinity from the hotel. Nice pool and fitness centre. Typical Hampton breakfast.

The hotel prides itself on its green practices which is appreciated. It is clearly new and is in good shape. The room was large and nicely set up with a good size bathroom. It was clean with very comfortable bedding. Staff were super friendly. There is a hot breakfast offered and a small amenities shop in the lobby. One complaint was that the AC in the room was very loud and didn't appear to really respond to the thermostat (I should have mentioned this to the staff so not their fault really). F... Read more

We called ahead in the afternoon and were greeted warmly by friendly staff, directed to a local restaurant within walking distance and enjoyed a restful evening before hitting the road again. Price was reasonable, bed was comfortable, great shower and very clean everywhere and room pretty soundproof considering we were right beside the elevator and ice machine. Nice breakfast and terrific coffee in the am.

Spent the night of the Fourth of July at this new hotel in Lewiston, and am happy to report that the Twin Cities have a great addition to what was recently a blighted downtown area. Besides being shiny and new, the Hampton Inn can be proud of its professional and friendly front desk staff, it's comfortably appointed rooms, and it's prime location adjacent to Great Falls. The best hotel in Lewiston by far. Great staff, free breakfast and everyone is very nice. It's a newer hotel super clean. The parking area is well lit so even if you do get there late it feels relatively safe. Snacks in vending machines and by the front desk are limited so bring your own.

This is a brand new hotel and it's extremely impressive considering other hotels at this price point. My only complaint would be the slightly odd hot breakfast items that were served with the complimentary breakfast. (Maple glazed kielbasa and bread with egg and cheese melted on top)

I was impressed with this hotel. I expected a mediocre hotel in the suburbs or Maine, but found a hotel that was equal to any big city hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms was cleaned well. I am going back to Maine in 4 weeks and will be using the same hotel. The breakfast was the same as any hotel breakfast, I just wish that at time they would have bacon instead of sausage. A very minimal constructive criticism.

This was a family vacation back to Lewiston after 14 years. The staff was great..I was greeted my first night there, and even though I was extremely late check in due to the airline, they still had a smile. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable. We chose this hotel as it was near some good restaurants and not too far from the Oxford Casino where we went for a few hours during our stay. We met friends as well who live north of Portland, so this was a perfect location for us for all of those reasons. The staff was great and the hotel was one of the cleanest and best kept that we have been to in a very long time. Our breakfast was everything we could have wanted for the complimentary breakfast that was offered. There was even a small co... Read more

Hampton Inn is my first hotel of choice when traveling, whether for business or pleasure. This hotel did not disappoint. Easy checkin/checkout processes; friendly /helpful staff; clean comfortable room; adequate complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stsy here again.

Stayed in the hotel for two nights on Veterans Day weekend. We had room 432 and had an amazing view of the waterfalls (water level was currently down so no spectacular pictures). Room was clean and modern. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. Room had a fridge and a microwave. Hotel had a saline pool (didn't swim but was cool to hear of a chlorine alternative). Breakfast was hot and free. I've seen complimentary breakfasts at other hotels with more choices but this one wasn't a ... Read more

Clean and efficiently run hotel. Some good new restaurants in the Lewiston area which the desk was good to point out. A little slow in allowing an extra hour at checkout, but otherwise satisfactory in every area.

We came up to see a college and found the Hampton inn because breakfast is included. The breakfast was great. The hotel is being updated. We were put into a recently updated room. It has the door lock you just put your key up to and that works in the nice fitness center and pool. The bathroom is handicap accessible with grab handles in the shower and the doors are wide enough for a wheel chair to fit through. Our room was great, the beds were very comfortable and it does come with a small fridge... Read more

I always stay at Hampton Inns on business and am so glad they opened this one. It's closer to one of my locations and has the same great Hampton Inn service I am use to. The only issue is parking because you have to walk a bit to get to the lot. But that's because of its location and is not really a big deal. It is close to some great restaurants and the breakfast is always great.

This HI deserves 5 stars. It is not a Ritz but the best in the area. From the moment we arrived the lovely front desk woman was charming and welcoming. We wanted clean, no smelly hallways or rooms and quiet. Our suite plus was on the rear and exceptional. Entire hotel is ECCO friendly. Self serve breakfast was fine. The young woman (Kaley?) not sure if this is her name works very hard to please patrons. She keeps entire area spotless. Coffee is robust and piping hot. Morning staff was ... Read more
