My family and I were passing through the area and wanted to visit the shops in the morning. We checked online and got a really good price for this hotel and we were glad we stopped. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and courteous. In the morning we had a nice breakfast before hitting the shops.

The hotel was in a great location. The inside was very clean and comfortable. The employee were friendly and pleasant. The fitness room was pretty good for a hotel. It had enough machines and weights to put together a great little workout.

This hotel has a great location. The staff politely checked me in (even at the late hour). The rooms were exactly what you would expect from Hampton Inn. Overall, the hotel had a wonderfully quiet atmosphere. The hot breakfast consisted of what one would expect at a Hampton Inn.

Poor reading lights. Small breakfast room, and not restocked quickly. When TV is turned off, then back on later, the channel is NOT saved, and the sound reverts to ZERO level. Very disturbing, and the Dish TV reception takes way too long to change channels.

Stayed here at the Hampton for a one night stay. The desk manager Jerry was very professional and accommodating. He will go far in the hospitality business. Couldn't have been more friendlier. The hotel has nice amenities and is very clean and quiet. It is adjacent to a Shaws food store which made it very convenient for a few supplies! Great location and a very comfortable evening.

So first let me say this hotel sits upon a hill and has great access to the next store grocer "shaws". The pool was extremely clean as well as the lobby and breakfast area. The rooms seemed a bit outdated but it was comfy and cozy. The reason why I say that this place is Very Good is the staff interaction. They all greeted my partner and I with a smile and a great attitude. They were very helpful from picking places to eat as well as what to do around the area. We will be back because of the gre... Very nice hotel. Everything was nice, very clean. The breakfast was not quite a good as some other Hampton inn hotels. We are Red Sox fans, and we're disappointed that nesn is not one of the tv channels offered. I would think that being in New England, that other Red Sox fans would notice this, too. Otherwise, a very nice stay. The staff was very polite and helpful. We will consider staying there again, and would recommend this to others. It is very close to shopping and llbean.

Our stay at this hotel was typical of this chain. They provided a comfortable, clean room at a good rate for the area. The property was close to the downtown Freeport shop district. While we didn't use the indoor pool, it did look inviting. Their staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Our stay was fine for a quick overnight stay. The pool was nice although we missed having a hot tub. While in our room we could hear sounds from other guests and from the parking lot. The Hampton Inn sign was low and behind tree limbs we ended up driving by the hotel when returning from dinner because we couldn't see the sign. The location to the outlets was great and there were several places to eat close to the hotel.

Having read some of the reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. This is an older property that unobtrusively fits into the landscape of Freeport. The sign from the main road is so discreet that we missed it the first time and overshot! Hint, turn into the little shopping plaza next door and you can enter and exit at a traffic light. We made out reservations months in advance for two rooms and upon check in Jeremy (staff) gave me two rooms on different floors. He could not accommodate us next to each other or at least on the same floor. Bed was terrible old mattress, wifi didn't work for 2 days and the women working the breakfast area hates her job. The service leaves much to be desired. The front desk staff is the main reason I would not stay here again. Rooms were not ready by the 3 pm guarantee and they didn't seem to care much. The food was not good either. I usually love Hampton Inns, but this is one we will never visit again.

I will begin by sharing that we stay at a lot of Hampton Inns while traveling. Much of this Hampton is exactly as we have come to expect. The staff was courteous at check-in. Our beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The main downfall of this hotel is the eating space. 3.5 stars, ie better than average but not very good. Our fourth Hampton Inn and the pattern continues: staff are universally friendly and welcoming, beds are comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and the place is clean. This one is rather bigger than the previous ones, yet the breakfast area was smaller. A little crowded, not excessively, at around 8 am. Bathroom ok, with shower a bit temperamental. No desk, just a table (rm 214), but microwave and (noisy) fridge. Ok for an overnight stay.

My husband and I stayed at this Inn recently and have to say it is older and not up to the standards one usually expects from Hampton Inn. Room was very small with the 2 queen beds, showers are all tub/shower combo no walk in glass door showers. The vent in bathroom was not working so bathroom became very steamy after use and took a long time to clear. The price is full Hampton Inn at $219.00 but the accommodations are not.
