Very nice Four night stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything worked!! The front desk staff was exceptional. Quick response call to my gardenia delivery!! We ate breakfast buffet and everything was very good. There were 10 of us and they quickly set up a table ( on a Sunday morning). Server was spot on with drinks etc. Well trained staff! Our River View room was a bit obstructed. The hotel was doing some renovations on the 11 th and 12 th floors so no rooms were being used ... Read more

Uncomfortable beds that sink in the middle, stained carpet, broken sink, broken door handles...the place is falling apart and it is overpriced. Also, we were here for a wedding, and we booked our room in a wedding block, but they spread us out over the 12th, 7th, 6th, and 4th floors. The hotel does not appear to be full, and it would have been nice to have been together with family on the same floor.

We have stayed here annually for about three years to attend an annual business meeting. It is well located in downtown Shreveport but our last two visits found the rooms shabby and smelly. The rugs need a good cleaning. There were scuff marks on the walls of our room and the bathtub was chipped. The room was very dilapidated. Unfortunately you can't find a good four star+ hotel in Shreveport and this is one of the few choices if you are not there for gambling. True, the hotel is doing some reno... Read more

Our room was clean and smelled great. There were some stains on the bed skirt but the bed itself was clean. The room was had good space and all the necessities you expect (refrigerator, iron and ironboard, blow dryer, coffee machine, and plenty of clean towels). The location was also good within walking distance to casinos. That staff was very friendly and courteous. Overall a good hotel for the money.

It's clean, convenient, quiet and caring. The interior is too stark for us. It is modern and well done, but it is too dark and the colors are lacking. The beds are good and the staff and service people are great.

My travels take me to many locations, but none with a Staff as nice as those of the Shreveport Hilton. Every single staff member I've encountered is very well trained, and strives to make your stay pleasant. They seem to know what you need before you think of it. Their training speaks well of the local management, and their kindness and helpfulness speaks well of the workforce. I would not consider staying anywhere else in Shreveport.

I felt like a queen in my executive suite, my boys loved the view! The staff and the amenities were wonderful. The staff helped me with everything, showed us to our room, showed us the pool area. The pool was nice and was equipped with fruit water for the boys. The halls were clean, quiet and the house keepers did not wake us up! I will stay at this Hilton everytime I go to Shreveport, La Thank you for making us feel comfortable and special!

Pleasant asthetics, rooms are clean, bedding is good. Would stay again. THe location is close to the casinos and boardwalk. A shuttle is available to bring you to the surrounding areas free of charge. The bartender needs mixology lessons but he was friendly and tried to improve my long island ice tea which was undrinkable at first.

This was a hard call. On the one hand, the staff was very nice and this seemed worthy of a 4 star rating. But when I compare it with other hotels in virutally every other city in the coutnry, it comes out as a 3 star. Starbucks on site is a plus. Restaurant is average at best. Rooms are a bit dated. I was in Shreveport for work and needed a place with quick availability, fast wifi, easy parking, and good access to downtown. The Hilton hit all those points. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The bar was pleasant for after work unwinding, and the staff was excellent and very friendly. Easy parking across the street was a great spot that allowed me to walk everywhere I needed to be downtown.

This hotel is in a great location and has a free shuttle to anywhere within a two mile radius. The rooftop pool is small, and it would be better if it had a TV and bar service, but it is still a nice pool. The staff is very friendly. It is a little on the pricey side, but so is every hotel in Shreveport.

The Hilton Shreveport was mediocre. I was not impressed by it which I felt with the name brand reputation they have it would have exceeded my expectations. We had ants in our room and the water temperature for the shower was either scalding hot or ice cold. I would have expected a little more for what we paid.

The "house keeping manager" was there as we were checking in and heard us say we wanted and needed to freshen up before the evening ceremony. He SPRANG into action and call for two very willing to accommodate us ladies to please get a room ready. He told us to come back in a half an hour and we'd be good to go. We grabbed someth... On our stop to West Monroe, we stayed at this hotel. We are glad we decided to stay! We slept well and it was convenient to shops and casinos. The shuttle service to and from the destinations located around the hotel were AWESOME. We didn't have to wait too long for the shuttle to pick us up. Our housekeeper was the best though! I can't say enough about how well she treated us during our stay. :) VERY RESPECTFUL.

As usual you can't go wrong with Hilton Properties, well most of them, but this Hilton was definitely fit the bill and slogan of "Take Me To The Hilton". From the time I pulled up to the Valet Attendant to being greeted as I immediately walked through by the Executive Chef, yes the Executive Chef happen to be in the lobby passing through and he greeted me like we have been friends for over 20 years. There might be a better hotel in Shreveport, but you are not likely to find a more nurturing staff from the moment that you pull in front of the hotel and the front desk staff. The service is exemplary. HILTON SHREVEPORT is your home away from home.
