"Stay away from any of the rooms that have a 13 in the room number 113, 213 etc. The elevator shaft runs along side these double rooms and the elevator hums loudly all night long it is maddening. Even the cab driver knew when we said our room was terrible he asked us if we were in one of the thirteens? The desk gave us ear plugs and reduced the room rate thankfully we were only one night there. Stay away from unlucky 13."

From West
Take Interstate 10 West and exit at Orleans Avenue/Vieux Carre.
Turn left onto Orleans Avenue, which veers right and becomes Basin Street.
Make a left turn onto Iberville Street. Continue on Iberville Street for six blocks to Chartres Street.
Turn left onto Chartres Street. The hotel is 1.5 blocks on the right.
From East:
Take Interstate 10 East to the Orleans Avenue/Vieux Carre Exit.
Bear right onto Orleans Avenue which will veer right and become Basin Street.
Turn left towards Iberville Street, continue six blocks to Chartres Street.
Turn left onto Chartres Street.
The hotel is on the right.
From South
Take U.S. Route 90 (West Bank Expressway) to the Cresent City Connection Bridge.
Bear right and take the Camp Street exit.
Continue on Camp Street which will become Chartres Street once you cross over Canal Street.
The hotel will be three blocks on the right.
