"At first glance the hotel was very chic, however, at closer look...the place is really dirty. The carpet in our room had stains on it, I mean like recent cruddy stains. The chair also had spots that if spot cleaned would have come out and the night side table looked like it had blood splattered on the side. I was a bit disgusted by the cleanliness in the room, I could go on but I think you get my point. I went to the chic lobby to check my emails, sat on the chair and looked to my left to find a dust filled corner with dead flies and spiders. Come on Marriott, I think they need to hire someone like me who will tell them the real deal, I know times are not that hard, hire a good cleaning staff. I will not return to this hotel!"

"I was very disappointed with this hotel. I booked a stay for a 4 star hotel and this is a 3 star hotel. There were 3 people in my party. I thought there would be 2 queen size beds but there were double beds instead. On a positive note, it is a great location."

From the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport
Take I-10 East to US BUS 90 / Wesbank, keep left and merge onto I-10 East
Take the US-90 E / S. Claiborne Ave exit toward the Superdome.
Continue to follow US-90 E
Turn right at Tulane Ave
Take your third (3rd) right onto Loyola Ave
Turn Left on Gravier Street
