"Stayed only 2 nights in N.O. after having been on a Carnival cruise out of N.O. (to see our daughter who is working on the ship) Upon arrival at 11am we were advised that even though the room wasn't ready till 3pm, we could check in & leave our luggage securely. We were delighted to be given an upgrade to a king suite (614), Every one we met was friendly & helpful, I needed to check something on the internet and was given use of the hotel's computer straightaway. Location very good, quiet yet near enough to street cars etc. Breakfast was more than adequate, waffles made for you while you wait - lovely! Overall experience - excellent, I would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel was very nice. The employees were the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I've ever stayed at. GREAT JOB folks!! Management should be proud. Very clean, close to local attractions. French Quarter and many nice restaurants were in walking distance. Cab companies were very friendly and timely as well."

"Had a good stay at the hotel during Mardi Gras. The hotel was close to Canal Street and the French Quarter, but a few blocks away, so we could get a good night's sleep. The Front Desk was helpful, and all the staff was pleasant. One day I did laundry and the guest dryer didn't work. The staff was happy to accommodate me and finished my laundry in the hotel machines at no cost."

Exit 235B (Canal St), 1 block to Canal St, right on Canal St to Rampart St., right on Rampart St to Gravier, left on Gravier to O`Keefe Ave., left on O`Keefe Ave to Hotel.
From I-10 East
Take the I-10 East "Slidelll" split...right two lanes...at US 90. Exit 234B...from left lane...(Poydras Ave/SuperDome), Poydras Ave to O`Keefe Ave, left on O`Keefe Ave 4 blocks to Hotel.
From the Westbank on US-90 East
Cross Crescent City Connection, take the O`Keefe Ave. exit (third exit off the main span), remain on O`Keefe Ave. for 8 blocks to hotel on the right side.
