"Yesterday I just returned from a 3 night stay here. Bathrooms are a bit small as ppl mentioned but I mean, how many ppl do you need in a bathroom at once? When I called two days before my arrival asking if they would put me on a high floor I was told it was usually an upgrade so I asked them to be on the highest floor available where I wouldn't have to pay extra at which point they accomodated me from 5th floor to the 27th on the river tower so we had partial views of Mississipi river :) Elevators arrived quickly and offered an express ride to your floor and beds and pillows were comfortable. Note: room does not have a safe or a fridge. Also, I was very happy that they conveniently have computers in the lobby which you can use to check-in with your airline and print your boarding pass (avoiding the small fee you now have to pay if you do this at the airport). The other 2 guests that were with me were very satisfied as well."
