Pet Friendly* - A pet deposit is required at check-in in the amount of 50.00USD. A fee in the amount of 15.00usd will be non-refundable. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the room. Damages to the room and its contents may result in the forfeit of the remaining deposit and may result in further fees. Pets are NOT allowed in the public areas of the hotel-lobby, pool, etc. Pets MUST be on a leash at all times. There is no limit on the size of pets provided they are able to fit in a cage. Pets MUST be in a cage for Housekeeping to service the room. Exotic Pets, such snakes, birds, iguanas, ferrets, etc. must be kept in their cage or aquarium at ALL TIMES. No venomous or dangerous pets are allowed on property. Owners will be liable for damages or injuries to guests and hotel staff.

"The Hotel was not very good overall; but my room was tolerable; and my stay was fine. Room 212 was relatively clean. The carpet and the spread were very worn. the bathroom was nice and clean. I enjoyed having the microwave and the and refrigerator. The free internet, and free coffee in the lobby all day was great. TV- poor, air conditioner good-clothes hangers rusty, elevator dirty, then stopped working. I heard a group demand a refund. I enjoyed have the Dennys next door. It was too far from downtown New Orleans, but adequate for the price and for one person. I slept well. Good airport free shuttle."

"We reserved for 3 nights for 4 adults. 2 were coming on Thursday 2 were early hours on Friday. When the first 2 called they were told it was a smoking room. We did not know there was a choice, which would have been no if asked,. We live in a non smoke state.They were going to check for availability on a non smoking room. So then they called, talked to a manager and said they would not be there but the other 2 would be there like 3:00- 4:00 AM. When all 4 got there around 9 AM we were told there were no rooms because the first 2 did not come so they automatically canceled. What would have happened if the other 2 came at 3 or 4 in AM? Supposedly no rooms available but when we complained enought they found us one. A window that looked out to a brick wall. Smelled really bad,toliet did not flush, card did not work in gate.Paper work says King standard room for 4 people,. After reviewing a King standard room is one bed. Overall bad. "

"We stayed ONE nite at this hotel and it was totally UNSATISFACTORY. The inn is old, dirty and the eleavators smell of garbage or fish. The hallway to the fron desk flooded during a rain storm. When we entered the room we checked for bedbugs because this is the atmosphere of this inn. Luckily there were none. The room was very damp I would NOT recommend this hotel."

"The property needs lots of work. It really needs a complete overhaul. The location is great. If the property was maintained it would be an ideal place to stay. The carpets are filthy, the bed linen was soiled and a dengy yellow color. The room reaked of smoke and I had trouble getting it changed. This place should not be recommended to anyone to stay unless some people just don't care where they sleep. There was a death on the property. It was later found out to be a suicide. Not a good experience."
