"Very polite people working at every area of the hotel. Wish I could stay here during every game."

The late night complimentary peanut butter and jelly sandwich with hot chocolate turned out to be very unique and practical. On the not so good side: only two elevators is not enough and the wait at times is a bit too long"

"We loved the hotel! The room was gorgeous and clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed with a two-year-old and a baby. I had no problem letting the baby crawl all over the floor. The crib was in the room when we arrived, as requested. The concierge was able to point us to several family-friendly restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop was as beautiful as the inside of the hotel and the pool was the perfect temperature (heated) to take the baby for his first swim, even on a cool Oct. night.
Before checking in, I was anxious that the staff and other guests would be snobby due to the hotel being so luxurious, but everyone was actually very nice. The children were even given peanut butter & jelly toys. Speaking of, the complimentary peanut butter & jelly sandwiches are completely worth staying up for! And get the hot chocolate! The breakfast buffet (on a Fri. morning) was good but not anything to write home about, except for the french toast, which was to die for.
Overall, it was a gorgeous, historic hotel that I am now completely in love with and can't wait to go back to. We didn't see any ghosts, but the artwork on all of the walls made up for it ;)."
"The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly! They are located within easy walking distance of the French Quarter and many famous (and infamous!) spots! We would definitely go back!"

It was beautiful, clean and the service was the best customer service I have had in years. Antiques and history on every floor. The children absolutely loved the rooftop pool. The view was outstanding. It rained most of the time that we were there but it was still a great time and we will stay there again. "
