"Except for my last day a have to wait until 5PM to my room to be cleaned"

"When I asked for more creamers tHe next day they gave me none and I had to find the crew to ask for more. the next day i had no large towels and had to go take some off the art in the hall. i also don't like the 14.95 room chaRGE FOR INTERNET WHEN THE BUILDING IS WIRED FOR IT. iT WAS ANNOYING TO HAVE TO GO DOWNSTAIRS TO USE MY NET BOOK"

"I had read that the elevators were noisy and the bathroom door almost hit the toilet. I did not notice any of these things. I guess if you are the type that notices a spec of dirt on the carpet these things might matter. The bell staff and concierge were excellent!!!"
