"The best parts of the hotel were the location, Carousel bar and the fact that it was so quiet, despite being so close to everything. Never heard any noise either within the hotel or outside."

"Really friendly staff! Great location and within walking distance to Bourbon St., the French Market. Beautiful older hotel. Only negative was that the Carousel Bar was closed. Can't wait to go back!!"

From Mississippi, Alabama, etc:
Heading I-10 West towards Baton Rouge.
Exit Orleans Ave/Vieux Carre (235A).
Proceed down ramp and turn left at the light.
Continue on Orleans Ave under Interstate.
Orleans Ave becomes Basin Street.
From Airport, Baton Rouge, Texas, etc:
Heading I-10 East towards New Orleans Business District and Slidell.
Exit Orleans Ave/Vieux Carre (235A).
Proceed down ramp and continue on Basin St.
Turn left on Conti Street.
Continue for six blocks.
