"The hotel and rooms are generally clean and well-kept. There is no hotel-bar, but there is an adjoining sushi restaurant with a bar. This was my first time to stay outside the quarter, and I have to admit that I will make sure to stay in the quarter from now on. Although, it should be noted that the hotel is close enough to walk to and from the quarter. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel again."

"Great convenient location. Atmosphere is more like a school or office building than a hotel, not at all gardenlike - not a plant in the place. Bath was very nice, but it was a strange feeling to have the only window in the room looking out into the hallway. Bellhops are very friendly and helpful, housekeeping is haphazard."

"We had a very comfortable stay, room was very clean and staff were very helpfull to where to go and not to go. Gave us great tips for good resturants and the hotel is very convenient to the french quarter and Canal streetcar. even to the river front is within walking distance. I would recomend this hotel to anyone"

"The hotel was great. Too bad they do not serve breakfast. We had a long delay due to weather and they let us check out at 1:30 pm. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is 2 blocks from Borboun Street and very safe."

On 1-10 East (Texas or Baton Rouge)
Take I-10 Towards the Central Business District. Exit on Poydras St. (Exit 234B). Turn left onto Carondelet and follow to Common Street. Turn left onto Common, travel one half block to front of Hotel.
On I-10 West (MS, AL, or FL)
Take 1-10 towards the Central Business District. Exit on Canal Street (Exit 235 B). Follow to Baronne Street. Turn right on Baronne Street, then turn right on Common Street.
On Westbank
Take Westbank Expressway (Business 90). Exit on Camp Street (2nd Exit). Turn left onto Common St. Travel 2 Blocks to front of the Hotel
