"Stayed at the mystery hotel, the accommodations where the best we have had in a long time, the room, the location and the staff where all top shelf with every need we had! THANKS for 3 great days in NOLA. Other members of our party stayed at another hotel a couple of blocks away from us for double the money and they liked our room better. No surprise here."

"My wife and I recently stayed at the Mystery Hotel in New Orleans, it was everything it was advertised as and then some. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds,and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy walking distances to the French Quarter and Business District as well as the Warehouse and Arts area. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking at staying in New Orleans, especially at this price.. Parking was available at nearby lots for $15.00 a night. Overall, terrific value. "

"I was so very skeptical of booking a this 'mystery' hotel. I was even more afraid that after doing so, my husband wouldn't have been very impressed with my adventurous side finally coming out when it deals with choosing a place for him to lay his head at night. Once we arrived to the hotel , I was so happy with the choice I made. The hotel is so beautiful and the people that work there are so friendly and helpful. Aside from the price of parking, I loved every minute of our stay there. The restaurant wasn't the best either,but everyone has their own taste. I didn't like it while my husband loved it. It was walking distance from everything that is worth looking at. We will definitely stay there again!!! "

"I was very nervous booking a `mystery room` in New Orleans. Never really knowing where you are staying. Boy was I wrong. After reading the reviews on this hotel compared to other hotels, I booked this one. Not one bad review and now I know why. We were so impressed with this hotel. Elated is more like it. It was my fiancé`s birthday and I wanted something special for him. He was so excited when we walked in the room and he saw a big balcony! That was his favorite thing and mine. So, the best hotel, best service and definitely the best price! I will be booking this hotel anytime I stay in New Orleans."

"I booked the Mystery hotel for 2 rooms. We were overwhelmed. What a value! We got a king superior room with a large balcony as an upgrade. My guests in the other room had a view. The service was great. My husband left his toothbrush at home, and they sent the housekeeper up with one promptly. We didn't have any washcloths when we checked in, and we got a full supply almost before I hung up the phone. The concierge was very helpful. Everyone I dealt with at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. This truly is a 4 start hotel. We would stay here anytime. It is a great value for a great place."

"My husband and I stayed at the Mystery Hotel for 4 days. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with children. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. You will not find a nicer hotel, especially for the price we paid. The only negative thing I can think of is the parking is 30.00 a day. You can park your own vehicle next door for 15.00 a day."

"We just returned from an 8 night stay at the Mystery Hotel.....We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel offers a great location - close to the street car stops and within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see, and it's just a couple of blocks away from Bourbon Street. The Hotel was very quiet (unlike the French Quarter), and the room service we had (one night only) was excellent. Our room was reasonably spacious and the bed was comfy, but the furniture is showing a bit of wear. Nothing major, just small nicks and scratches- but it does take the shine off the 4 Star listing. We always had hot water for showers and the air conditioner worked great! One small item is that the pool is located on the rooftop and everyday around 2:30 the sun disappears behind the high rise across the street. Not a huge issue but we were looking forward to a couple of days of lying in the sun by the pool.... I would like to mention the staff inside the hotel were very knowledgeable and friendly. In particular one housekeeper 'Harriet' went out of her way to provide excellent customer service and was incredibly friendly. On the other hand - I asked one of the bell hops yesterday where the restrooms were located inside the hotel and he didn't know! (We had checked out and were waiting to leave for the airport.) All in all, an excellent value and, as we had a very positive experience, I would return for another stay. "

The hotel has all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was also very accommodating to my needs. I would recommend the mystery hotel to everyone and you cannot beat the cost anywhere."

"This Hotel is a great value...Excellent location close to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff is great and helpful. We always stay in the quarter but will definitely stay here from now on. The location is very safe we walked the quarter and got back to the hotel at around 2am and never felt unsafe. Rooms are large and very clean."

"Magical. I guess Mrs. G didn't stay at the same Hotel as we did. I don't know if we were 'upgraded' but our floor was card access only. We had complimentary buffet breakfast and a self serve bar in the evening with hor d'oeurves. We stayed early December and were treated to a Christmas motiff complete with pics with Santa, Mrs Claus and Rudolph. Staff was polite and accomodating. Rooms on our floor were spacious and very clean. Marble entryways, granite countertops and crown molding. "
