"Very nice, however no microwave or refrigerator in our room. Wonderful restaurant 1 block away, PRIME TIME. Great location, right by the airport. 15 minutes from the French Quarter, which is a must!! Very clean, wonderful reception re: check in/questions, etc.. I would definately stay again."

"I was locked out of my room, only to be told that I had only booked for 1 night. This was incorrect and I produced my receipt and the matter was resolved (20 minutes later!!!!!!). The hotel was fine and the restaurant was good, and the staff is friendly."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location and free shuttle service to airport. If you are looking for a place near the airport to stay one night, you can consider this place. But the overall quality is low compared to the hotels in French Quarter or Downtown. I think 3 star would be more appropriate for this hotel rather than 3.5 star."
