Great location! Walking distance to all the French Quarter fun! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our 1 BR was gorgeous! High ceilings, French doors into the bedroom, very elegant! We were in town for the first weekend of Jazz Fest (with the nice weather!) so didn't take advantages of the many amenities. The fitness center looked nice as did the 2 hot tubs (not huge).

What a lovely resort!!! Great location close to everything! Rooms are spacious not the best view but that decor and spacious areas made up for it. There are complimentary laundry machines very convenient.

My husband and I stayed here with friends who secured this hotel via their timeshare ownership. The hotel was very nice, clean, well appointed. We stayed in room 212 and had a partial kitchen with a stove top, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. All the dishes and utensils needed were provided. The bed in the bedroom was very firm (but comfortable enough). Our friends slept on the pullout sofa and seemed comfortable with it. There was a nice lounge area at the center of our fl... Read more

I didn't realize before booking that this was a time share- I know, bad research on my part. But this is definitely a time share and they definitely want you to buy into it. Don't get me wrong- it is really lovely. The lobby is gorgeous, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need and more. We were very happy with the accommodations. We were less happy with the phone calls nearly every morning asking us if we needed anything, and trying to sell us on doing t... Read more

Had 1 br delux - nice separate bedroom and large living/dining space with kitchenette. Comfortable pullout couch in living room. High quality linen. Easy access to everything. Walk to convention center, french quarter, etc. Free popcorn by valets and free coffee second floor. No pressure re: timeshare presentation.

I am a Wyndham owner, and hosted several friends over the Memorial Day weekend. It was our first time staying at La Belle Maison, and hopefully not the last. We were ecstatic over the facilities, the amenities, and the unit itself. Unit: We stayed in Units 705/706 which is a 1 bedroom suite with a connecting studio bedroom. Each side had the same amenities of refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, along with dishes, glasses, and flatware. Each had a table for 4, couch, and flat screen TV. ... Read more

We stayed as a guest of someone who owns a timeshare in another location. Get past the attempt of the concierge to have you attend a 10am breakfast to entice you into timeshares and you can get on with a great vacation in a great location. First, location rocks. For those who don't know, Canal street runs north and south in the city. On one side are English names for streets, and on the other side the streets switch to a French name. Canal Street is a major artery you can follow to major attra... Read more

We stay at wyndam resorts for business year round. We have business down here at least twice a year. If I didn't have points, I'd never pay to stay here. There's nothing redeemable besides a decent room and location.

We booked a one bedroom for us and a two bedroom for the kids (adult children). The location was perfect, close to everything and easy access to all the public transportation. The rooms were awesome! Unfortunately we were disappointed with the front desk staff, we had to call three times to get more toilet paper and towels. And the concierge was not helpful! They said they booked a swamp tour for us, we got up early, which no one wants to do on vacation, especially in New Orleans, to wait for ou... Read more

This is a beautiful, comfortable and well maintained place that is wonderful for people traveling with families. But there's something wrong at the front desk. The first red flag came when I checked in and asked what my rate was and the reservation clerk said she didn't know. She said she had no way of knowing my rate because I booked it through "Wyndham Extra Holidays." That was surprising to me because I booked it through the La Belle Maison website. And I found it odd that at the moment of ch... Read more

Molly and Chelsea were great. We would never have experienced a great time in New Orleans without them. They know the city very well and gave great advice. Talking to them is better than any Google search you can do. Wyndham should promote them

This is our go to place to stay. We love every bit of it; from teh valet service to check in to housekeeping. Rooms are very large; even the one bed rooms. Everyone is friendly and knowledgable of the area. Pool is small but hope you're not in Nola to swim. Also perfectly located across the street from a delicious restaurant.

Nice converted warehouse? Rooms have windows to interior, has a hot tub and spacious. Not stove but kitchenette. Nice modern and clean. Also has free wifi. One bed, but hard for those that like that. AC works well as is needed in the summer. Nice for a budget vacation where you do not want or need a view.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. Nice kitchenette, large table that would seat 6 -8. The rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. One bedroom had an ensuite bathroom, the other bathroom was off the living room next to the other bedroom. The concierge chased me down after I checked in to make sure I had an information packet, all staff were helpful with any questions. My husband and I stayed at this resort July 18, 2016 thru July 22, 2016. We had a great time in NOLA. I would stay at this resort again and again. It was perfect. The one bedroom suite was spacious, well decorated and well equipped. The staff at La Belle Maison was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is within walking distance of everything. I would recommend La Belle Maison if you are planning a trip to NOLA.

This hotel is nicely laid out and captures the look of the French architecture tastefully. With balconies as you leave the elevators and head to your room, it offers you a glance of the other floors. The colors are bold but compliments the rest of the décor rather nicely. I arrived very early but was told my room was ready for me to relax and begin my vacation. How lovely. La Belle Maison staff was as friendly as I remembered. We stayed in a 2 bedroom presidential our first 2 nights and a 2 bedroom lock-off the last 2 nights. The furnishings in the presidential are more upscale than the lock-off but the lock- off had more room. The lock-off was still nice but the extra room to us was worth the change. This was my favorite Wyndham hotel I have visited. It's a must see, must stay kind of hotel! The hotel was very clean. The ceilings were tall inside the rooms and had that New Orleans style. The location was a block from the street cars which run from Canal Street to the City Park and lots of stops in between. They also run from Canal to Harrah's casino and the Riverwalk. My daughter and I stayed here in March while visiting New Orleans. Our room was lovely, quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect!.....It was close enough to the Quarter that we could walk everywhere, and it was far enough from active night life that we had quiet at night. Stayed here in 2012 and loved it. The two bedroom condo we have this year is smaller than the two bedroom lock off we had in 2012. But it is still lovely and spacious. Beautifully restored hotel from what was originally a printing company. Had a large one bedroom suite. Very bright, clean and quiet. Everything included except a stove. But who wants to cook while in New Orleans. The hotel staff was mostly exceptional and housekeeping was at your door just barely after hanging up the phone. If you go through the valet service entrance you'll find a popcorn machine, fixings for snow cones, etc. Nice touch.

Having visited New Orleans on several occasions for both fun and business, I have stayed in a few of the mid to high-end hotels in the City. Often, they leave something to be desired because of the age or condition of the facility, especially for the price. This time, I stayed at the Wyndham La Belle Maison and was more than satisfied. Easy check in. Roomy Studio apt with kitchenette 4-person dinette pull out couch and huge tv visible from king bed. Morning coffee set up on 2nd floor. Parking off site is cheaper by +$10 and there are several garages in the area.
