my grandmother, sister, and I stayed here and it was just too nice. we stayed in one of the suites and it had a little kitchenette, a living room, a bedroom with two beds, a vanity room, and the bathroom. all the staff are ready to help and if you dont know what to do, the hotel is within walking distance of the french quarter. The pool was different being on a higher floor then the ground floor, That was my first time swimming in the sky. all in all, a fantastic trip.

This is a beautiful hotel, however, the customer service is terrible. First, the front desk clerk checked us into a room that was occupied. Second, I wanted to go for a run early in the morning and the front desk clerk didn't know where anything was in the immediate area. I ordered breakfast in the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get eggs and oatmeal. My room wasn't cleaned and then at 4 I asked if they could clean it. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The hotel is nice and classy but we had reserved a great suite so I cannot say much for standard rooms. The balcony was not as expected. For the suite price, we would have wanted a clean balcony with a table and chairs. Also, the staff seems to take the guests for granted - you don't feel like a special guest. Housekeeping was clean and efficient service wise but weird. i.e. We were sleeping with the do not disturb sign hung at the door and they called around 6 pm to ask if we would want turndow... I'm not sure if my expectations were high I just know that for me there are 3 things I hold in high regards when staying in a hotel. 1. Cleanliness in the room. 2. Customer Service overall. 3. WiFi. These are the things important to me. I'm not worried about a grand lobby, I won't see it other than checking in and out. So room and hotel cleanliness was very good. Customer service for the most part was average and I say this because some aspects were very good and others were nothing to write h... Read more

This hotel offers the classic old school charm you would expect from a premium hotel. Service may seem a bit stuffy at first, but that is simply the rigid standards of a first class hotel. The rooms are slightly outdated but kept to the highest standard of cleanliness. Suites are large and plush with views over the Mississippi. I love booking a room here for my birthday and exploring the French Quarter.

I was concerned because ALL of the pictures on here make the hotel look really old and bland but in person it felt fresh and classic!!!!!! I took a few pics myself but honestly the hotel just doesn't photograph well in my opinion. It is grand in person however. I loved it. Very pleased with our entire experience at The Windsor Court Hotel. We had a beautiful suite on the club level. It did not face the river but we had a great view from the club lounge that made up for it. Well worth it to reserve club level which is the top 4 floors & includes food & beverages most of the day along with great service from a private concierge. My daughter & I made use of the Spa. The suite rooms are unbelievable! Comfy beds, plenty of sinks and counter space for two people. There is enough room in them to host a small party! Turn down service and extra amenities appreciated. Enjoyed the fresh flowers in the Lobby each day. Two small issues, called down for extra towels due to being soaked in a downpour walking back to the hotel....they never arrived and had issues with key cards, that was fixed upon request.

We were so happy with Suite 1707, great views of the river from our balcony, and quiet as a tomb, our whole stay. We had a recent stay at the Windsor Court, an old favorite. Not sure what has happened but someone has taken his/her eye off the ball. No hot water on three different occasions. I also heard another guest complain of the same thing. Had to ask for turndown service and then did not get it. The Windsor Court still has some glamour and a great location. Hotel is under a light construction according to the front desk but I didn't notice any noise or anything out of place. Greeted in the fabulous courtyard with fountain by the door man. Along with a arrangement of yellow roses (my wife estimated at least 10 dozen). Champagne in the bar then dinner in the restaurant on the second floor. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Decor was excellent. The perfect size hotel for me.

Just spent a long weekend at Windsor Court while visiting NO. As usual service from check in through every facet of the stay was on point. Spent two evenings in the lounge in the lobby - just a great place to hang out with one of the best Old Fashioned drinks anywhere. Spent some time at the pool and Tyler was great - gave us great service all day. Will definitely return again - this is one of the best in NO.

I had booked through a special travel website and received discounted pricing for a beautiful suite. Service, cleanliness, and everything else was impeccable. Check out time and a different rate was charged and also bottles of wine we didn't touch. It was fixed, but had I just walked out without checking my bill, it could've been very ugly. I felt this was a sneaky attempt to make some money, because most people don't check out.

Lovely, elegant hotel in downtown New Orleans. Spent 3 nights there. Great customer service. Valet parking guys were very helpful. Great food in the restaurants and room service. That's saying a lot when a hotel's room service is excellent. We stayed on a high floor and if you're a light sleeper, this is a must if you're in a hotel in NOLA near the train. Facing the river, you can hear it loud an clear. But we didn't, thankfully. I highly recommend this hotel.

Windsor Castle, the sometime residence of Queen Elizabeth II, is located in the town of Windsor just a short 20 minute drive from London's Heathrow Airport. Minimum time here is 3 hours - this will allow you to see the State Apartments (when "her Majesty" is not present) (big wow!) and the equally amazing St George's Chapel which is as old as the hills and has the character to match. Buy tickets for the castle entrance on-line and you won't have to cue - just walk to the front.
