I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. The location was great, everything was pretty much in walking distance, the hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is the shower head should move, I felt like the way it was set up made it a little difficult to shower. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

By visiting NOLA during Jazz Fest, I expected to pay a premium for a room, but with that premium comes an expectation of service to match it. If you're going to charge much higher than normal prices, please staff to levels to provide value for that money. The hotel itself is beautiful. The overall hotel is nice and unique. The history of New Orleans is what I enjoy the most, so staying here was neat. The biggest issue is no windows in the rooms and no outdoor area to enjoy. There was no coffee pot in the room or phone either.

The interior of the hotel is amazing! Someone took it's sweet time to touch every detail and make it an artsy and little hip spot. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Staff is polite. Overall it was great experience and it's just a few blocks away from the French Quarter so you can escape the noisiness there and still be 5 minutes away walking distance from all the fun places.
