The hotel was great. Very clean. We had the Jr Suite with a balcony which was really nice, large room and loved sitting out on the balcony. The courtyard is beautiful. There were 2 weddings so u couldn't use the pool or outdoor space which was a little disappointing. The restaurant was nice and had good food but I have to say the service was pretty slow. Also ordered just a cheese plate and glass if wine from room service and it took like an hour and a half. Other than that def would stay ... Read more

Rooms clean and comfy if small. Most staff friendly and helpful. Check if pool and courtyard are available as if they have a wedding on you cannot use them....which I feel they should declare. Really close to all the madness which is the French Quarter.... By the way in the French language an 'entree' is a starter .......starters then entrees........ Anyhow good for the price we paid but glad it wasn't full price. Stay if you get a deal and you should be satisfied

Enjoyed the hotel very much. Friendly staff, and convenient parking . Quick check in. Clean room that overlooked the courtyard, holiday theme decorations. Had drinks at the hotel bar, which had several interesting selections outside of the generic options of drinks. Was able to walk to major restaurants and attractions in the French Quater. Breakfast was delicious. Would return, and recommend to anyone!

Always a perfect place to stay when my Husband and I go to New Orleans. Bourbon Street is only a short stroll from the front door but far enough away to get some shut eye when you need it! We aren't huge fans of walking before breakfast so the onsite Bistreaux Restaurant was just what we needed to get each day rolling through the Quarter. Valet parking was a breeze and the concierge knew EXACTLY what we were looking for each day and helped us to get there whether it be by Taxi or EXACT driving d... Read more

I LOVED this hotel! Location was fantastic, rooms were clean and the new courtyard is amazing. I found the best rates and had to book, couldn't pass up the value. The free jazz brunch at the court of two sisters restaurant was dynamite, completely made our trip. My expectations were exceeded!

After reading reviews. We decided to stay here. People must have LOW standards. One of the worst places we've stayed in. And we travel a lot. very bad time for our 25th anniversary. The hotel was dirty, our room and bathroom was nasty. Staff not helpful. Complained. and finally they sent us an email to come back and stay at their hotel. Really?

After paying $1090.47 for our room and parking for 3 days, We are very upset that the courtyard or the pool was available to use because of weddings and receptions on Saturday and Sunday all day and night until about 10:00. I feel if I'm paying that much everything should be available or at least let me know so I have the choice to stay or not. But we never was told about this. Plus our room was a deluxe room which you couldn't walk between the bed and dresser without hitting the corner on the d... Read more
